Abstract

Of the 81,616 villages registered with the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics, only a small number have clear and clear village boundaries, and are legal according to current legislation, namely the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs (Permendagri) Number 45 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for Determining and Affirming Village Boundaries. The reason why a village does not yet have village boundaries is due to various obstacles, one of which is cost. The determination and affirmation of village boundaries is necessary to ensure the management of areas and resources that are guidelines for effective development planning with efforts to optimize benefits and minimize risks arising from development activities. Since the enactment of the Law on Regional Government. Law on Villages, the administrative boundaries have become very high in urgency. For this reason, the determination and affirmation of village boundaries is very necessary to avoid things that cause disputes between regions and facilitate the administrative system, especially to determine the name of the area occupied by a person as one of the identities of the place. The purpose of this research is to find out how the determination and affirmation of village boundaries and what are the obstacles of each village government in determining the boundaries of their respective villages. So the method used in this writing is a normative method that refers to juridical studies and books and other readings as secondary literature used in determining the answer to the problem

Abstract

International Civil Law is a law that regulates the relationship between individuals and legal entities in different countries. This legal relationship can be referred to as a relationship with other countries but in a civil context. Through current developments, especially the activities of every community are not only carried out in their own country but there are also problems that can occur among foreign countries. For example, the issue of marriage between different countries. In this issue, this will raise legal issues which will have an impact on which law applies between the two countries in resolving the problems that occur, which in this case the issue in question is a matter of civil law. Before resolving an international civil dispute, it must first determine which law applies to the case at hand, meaning that it must determine the point of connection (determining link point). After determining the linking point, a way of resolving the international civil dispute will be obtained.

Abstract

Air bersih merupakan sumber daya alam yang sangat berharga dan vital bagi kehidupan kita. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya upaya yang berkelanjutan dalam pengelolaan air bersih agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat, menjaga kelestarian lingkungan, menjaga kualitas air yang digunakan oleh masyarakat serta memastikan bahwa kebutuhan air masa kini tidak mengorbankan kemampuan generasi mendatang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan airnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelestarian sistem kelola air bersih yang efektif dan untuk mengetahui strategi mengatasi tantangan kualitas dan ketersediaan air bersih di Kelurahan Titipapan Kecamatan Medan Deli Kota Medan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan studi kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian menunjukan pelestarian sistem pengelolaan air bersih yang efektif membutuhkan kolaborasi antara berbagai pemangku kepentingan serta komitmen jangka panjang untuk memastikan ketersediaan air bersih yang memadai untuk generasi mendatang. Strategi mengatasi tantangan kualitas dan ketersediaan air bersih di Kelurahan Titipapan Kecamatan Medan Deli Kota Medan dapat dilakukan dengan pengelolaan air hujan dengan menggunakan model drainase ramah lingkungan/TRAP, memulihkan danau-danau, situ, pembuatan biopori, sumur resapan, kolam retensi dan danau buatan. Juga perlu dilakukannya pengawasan kualitas air bersih di Kelurahan Titipapan, Kecamatan Medan Deli Kota Medan dengan didukung kesadaran masyarakat dalam manajemen pemanfaatan air sebaik mungkin dan kesadaran dalam menjaga kualitas air agar tetap bersih.
