Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profesionalisme guru dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran agar terciptanya suatu pembelajaran yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini tinjauan pustaka, karena penelitian kepustakaan merupakan suatu cara untuk menemukan beberapa teori yang ada, maka bahan pendukung yang digunakan berasal dari literatur dan referensi yang ada. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini guru yang profesionalisme adalah guru yang memiliki kemampuan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif, aman dan menyemangati siswa. Guru juga harus memiliki nilai-nilai pribadi yang mencerminkannya peranannya sebagai teladan bagi siswa. Dalam proses pembelajaran, guru harus menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter pada diri siswa, dimana pendidikan moral selama ini semakin kurang menjadi tugas guru dalam pendidikan sekolah.

Abstract

Ra'a Rete is a traditional food of the Bajawa people of Ngada Regency, which holds cultural value and potential for development within an ethnobotanical context. This study aims to identify the local plants used in making Ra'a Rete and analyze their role in the Bajawa culinary tradition. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including field observations and in-depth interviews with community leaders and local culinary practitioners. The results indicate that Ra'a Rete utilizes a variety of local ingredients, such as tubers and spices, which possess high biodiversity and significant nutritional value. Furthermore, this dish plays an important role in preserving the cultural identity of the Bajawa people and provides an opportunity to raise awareness of the sustainable use of local resources. This research is expected to encourage the development of ethnobotanical-based culinary products in Indonesia and preserve traditional cultural heritage.

Abstract

The community service to society activity (CSS) in the form of training in the use of technology-based interactive learning media, namely Quizizz, aims to enhance the digital literacy skills of the Sare Pawe teacher-friendly community at SMPN 2 South Ende. The activities, conducted in the form of workshops, were attended by teachers and students, as well as lecturers and students from the Biology Education study program at the University of Flores, who served as resource persons. The training methods used were briefing, discussion, question and answer, and direct practice accompanied by mentoring. Based on the results obtained, it is known that the Quizizz platform is useful in efforts to improve digital literacy skills and abilities for teachers at SMPN2 South Ende. The Quizizz platform allows the creation of a learning process in the classroom by teachers more interactively and interestingly because of the gamification element, so that students become more enthusiastic about learning, which will have an impact on student learning outcomes.
