Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak latihan lari sprint 20 meter pada kecepatan tendangan dollyo chagi pada siswa ekstrakurikuler taekwondo di SMP Negeri 6 OKU. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa ekstrakurikuler taekwondo di SMP Negeri 6 OKU dan seluruhnya dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes kecepatan tendangan dollyo chagi. Latihan lari sprint 20 meter dilakukan selama 6 minggu, 3 kali seminggu. Hasil analisis uji hipotesis menunjukkan thitung (12,15) > ttabel (1,70), sehingga H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan lari sprint 20 meter dan kecepatan tendangan dollyo chagi pada siswa ekstrakurikuler taekwondo di SMP Negeri 6 OKU. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa latihan lari sprint 20 meter dapat dijadikan sebagai metode latihan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kecepatan menendang dengan teknik dollyo chagi dalam olahraga taekwondo.

Abstract

Banyaknya hambatan yang dihadapi dalam dunia pendidikan ketika ini mengharuskan guru PJOK bisa memanfaatkan peran teknologi pada kegiatan proses belajar mengajar. Untuk memverifikasi validitas, keefektifan, dan kepraktisan produksi media berbasis android materi bulutangkis SD, prosedur ini dilakukan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Depelovment menggunakan model ADDIE. Penelitian yang dilakukan telah membentuk produk hasil berupa media pembelajaran berbasis android yang mampu digunakan pada saat pembelajaran PJOK materi bulutangkis peserta didik SD. Tiga orang ahli dan telah memvalidasi penelitian ini sehingga dinyatakan layak untuk dipergunakan. Dengan data validasi ahli media untuk kevalidan yaitu 88,46% mengkategorikan sangat baik, aspek materi menunjukan 87,50% dikategorikan sangat baik serta aspek instrumen 88,46% juga mengkategorikan sangat baik. buat kepraktisan 88,3% mengkategorikan sangat baik. Pembelajaran meteri bulutangkis melalui media berbasis android dapat dipergunakan secara online dan offline. Pengembangan ini menunujukan bahwa media belajar menggunakan android dengan materi bulutangkis yang dilakukan dan diujikan kevalidasiannya dan keefektifan media dapat dipergunakan pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran PJOK.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen T Test Agility berbasis teknologi switch. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Research and Development) dari Borg and Gall dengan sepuluh langkah penelitian. Peneliti hanya mencapai tahap ketujuh dari sepuluh. 1) Potensi dan Isu; 2) Pengumpulan Data; 3) Desain Produk; 4) Validasi Desain; 5) Revisi Desain; 6) Uji Coba Produk; dan 7) Revisi Produk adalah tahapan pengembangan yang dilakukan. Sedangkan tahap 8) Uji Coba Pemakaian, tahap 9) Revisi Produk, dan tahap 10) Produksi Massal tidak dilaksanakan. Karena sumber daya yang terbatas dan waktu penelitian yang terbatas, peneliti tidak dapat menyelesaikan fase ini. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa SD Negeri 7 Selat Penuguan dan siswa SD Negeri 14 Selat Penuguan. Metode purposive sampling menghasilkan total 79 siswa, yang terdiri dari 60 sampel uji coba skala besar dan 19 sampel uji coba skala kecil. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa instrumen T Test Agility berbasis teknologi ini sangat layak digunakan, ini terlihat dari hasil uji kevalidan yang diperoleh dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 83%. Selanjutnya pada uji kepraktisan diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 84 %. Hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan hasil statistik uji nomalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji paired sample test. Pada uji paired sample test menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan antara hasil posttest dengan hasil pretest. Dimana pada uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh nilai Sig.(2- tailed) yaitu 0,77 > 0,05 dan uji coba kelompok besar memperoleh peroleh nilai Sig.(2- tailed) yaitu 0,22 > 0,05. Dari ketiga tahapan uji yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen T Test Agility berbasis teknologi switch sangat layak digunakan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the development of boccia balls to find valid and effective children with special needs disabilities at SLB-D.D1 YPAC Palembang City. The study is a research and development (R&D) research and development with the stages of borg & gall. The subjects of the study were students of SLB D.D1 YPAC Palembang City, 10 people on a small scale and 20 people on a large scale. Data were collected through questionnaires and skills tests. Data analysis used percentage analysis and paired sample t-test. The results of the final product of this study are in the form of boccia ball media which are intended for training children with special needs at SLB D.D1 YPAC Palembang City in practicing and playing boccia games. The development product has a very feasible meaning through the validation value of the media expert, which is 100% and the game expert, which is 91.67% very valid with an average validation value of 95.8% very valid. The effectiveness test explains that the developed boccia ball has an effect on improving the boccia game skills of special needs children at SLB D.D1 YPAC Palembang City, which is marked by a change in skills of 24.2 from the previous 17.1 in the early test and 25.4 from the previous 16.8 in the field test. The usefulness of this product is able to improve the achievements of boccia athletes in Palembang City. Helping coaches overcome the shortcomings of the training facilities aspect, namely the very minimal ball equipment and helping to accelerate the development of Boccia sports achievements in Palembang. The novelty of this research is developing media and facilities for matches and training in the form of balls, meeting the expected achievement of match results, getting used to adapting to balls that have standard weight and meeting the lack of ball media for training.

Abstract

This study discusses the effectiveness of the use of e-books based on the flip pdf professional sepak takraw application for students of Palembang 6 Senior High School. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using e-book media based on the flip pdf professional application for sepak takraw learning at Palembang Senior High School. The research method used in this research is Classroom Action Research using two cycles. The subjects in this study consisted of 36 students in class XI Senior High School. Data collection techniques used by conducting tests and observations carried out with several stages, namely: planning, implementation stage, observation stage, and reflection stage. The results of the research obtained in the pre-cycle with obtained classical completeness of 40.5% and obtained the average value of students of 57.6%, in pre-cycle I obtained the results of classical completeness of 56.8% with an average value of 62.8% and obtained results from pre-cycle II classical completeness of students of 86.4% with an average value obtained of 80%.  From the results of the data obtained, it can be concluded that the application of the use of e-books based on the professional sepak takraw flip pdf application can be said to be effectively used in learning at Senior High School, South Sumatra.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact and correlation of tennis games on the physical fitness of students at State Elementary School 11 Tanjung Batu. The study employs a quantitative descriptive approach to analyze data collected in percentage form, which is then discussed descriptively using a solid theoretical framework. The research involved 40 students from Tanjung Batu State Elementary School during the academic year 2023-2024. The findings reveal a robust relationship between the application of tennis games and improvements in physical fitness among students. The correlation coefficient (r) of 0.774 indicates a strong relationship, highlighting the effectiveness of tennis games in enhancing physical fitness levels. This is particularly evident in fostering creativity and skill development in small ball sports within the physical education curriculum. The implications drawn from this research underscore the practical benefits of incorporating tennis games into educational settings to bolster students’ physical fitness. The successful implementation of tennis games as a means to enhance physical fitness outcomes underscores its viability and relevance in educational practices. This research contributes valuable insights into the positive outcomes of integrating sports like tennis into physical education programs, emphasizing its role in promoting overall health and skill development among school children. In conclusion, the study substantiates the significance of tennis games not only as a recreational activity but also as a structured approach to improving physical fitness and fostering motor skill development among elementary school students. The findings encourage further exploration and adoption of tennis and similar activities within educational curricula to optimize physical education outcomes.
