Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث هي معرفة الأساليب العربية فى كتاب الأخلاق للبنين ومعرفة العناصر اللغوية فيه حتى نطورها ونمارسها فى محادثة يومية والاستفاد من تلك الأساليب على القيم التربوية فى الحياة اليومية. أما الطريقة المستخدم فى هذا البحث فهي طريقة دراسة التركيبية بواسطة مدخل التركيب والأساليب لجمع البيانات هي الملاحظة والمقابلة والإستبيان والإختبار، وتشمل هذه البيانات تحليلا منطقيا للبيانات الكيفية وتحليلا إحصائيا للبيانات الكمية. ومن النتائج المحصولة من هذا البحث أن كثيرا من كتاب الأخلاق للبنين من جزء الاول والثانى منها عشرون أسلوبا ، أساليب التى تستخدم لتطوير أسلوب لغوي واحد الى أسلوب لغوي أخر حتى نستطيع أن نمارسها إلى القيم التربوية اليومية.

Abstract

Bahasa merupakan alat komunikasi yang fundamental bagi manusia. Sejak dahulu kala, manusia telah mempertanyakan asal usul bahasa. Berbagai teori telah diajukan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana bahasa muncul dan berkembang. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri secara historis asal usul bahasa dengan menelaah teori-teori Barat dan Islam. Tulisan ini juga akan membahas tentang implikasi dari teori-teori tersebut terhadap pemahaman kita tentang bahasa dan manusia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Fixed-Term Employment Agreements (PKWT) on the anxiety of uncertainty experienced by employees, as well as how it affects their productivity in the workplace. In an era of economic uncertainty and labor market dynamics, employees with fixed-term employment agreements (PKWT) often face significant anxiety about their job security, as they lack the job stability enjoyed by permanent employees. The research participants were contract workers at a private company in the Tangerang area. This study explores how PKWT employees feel anxiety about job uncertainty, the effectiveness of PKWT in increasing employee productivity, and the problems that arise from this uncertainty. The method used was a qualitative study through in-depth interviews with PKWT employees and employment management. According to the study's findings, employee motivation and mental health were not significantly affected by anxiety related to job insecurity. This study is expected to provide recommendations to help management create policies that can reduce anxiety and improve the performance of PKWT employees.
