Abstract

PPTQ Aziziyyah is one of the Islamic boarding schools in Tangerang. Arabic and English are the languages used by PPTQ Aziziyyah students. This aims to improve the quality of students in the fields of knowledge and communication skills where the students and female students here not only excel in memorizing Allah's verses, but are also fluent in international Arabic and English. The research method used in this research is a case study with a qualitative approach through focus group discussions. The research uses a critical paradigm. The data collection technique uses a focus group discussion involving resource persons from the Tahfidzul Qur'an Aziziyyah Islamic Boarding School, namely teaching staff. The results of this research aim to find out how the Instagram social media management team at Tahfizdzul Qur'an Aziziyyah Islamic Boarding School manages the brand image on Tahfidz Instagram to become an advantage as a selling point, content characteristics as determinants in content formation, maximizing the features and potential of the Instagram application and engagement such as the number of likes, views and followers as indicators of success in building the brand image of the Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur’an Aziziyyah.

Abstract

The Public Relations (PR) strategy implemented by Uniqlo within the framework of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) can be effective in enhancing brand awareness amidst the intense competition in the global retail industry and changing consumer preferences, particularly among the younger generation. This study aims to analyze the Public Relations (PR) strategy employed by Uniqlo to increase brand awareness through the approach of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC). This research adopts a qualitative approach with an interpretive paradigm to gain an in-depth understanding of Uniqlo's PR strategy in enhancing brand awareness through IMC. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation to explore stakeholder perceptions and experiences regarding the effectiveness of the implemented PR strategy. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis, beginning with verbatim transcription, coding, and grouping data into major themes relevant to PR strategy elements, the use of IMC, and factors influencing brand awareness. Themes were interpreted by relating them to the theories of Public Relations (PR), IMC, and brand awareness. The validity of the findings was strengthened through data triangulation from various sources. Conclusions were drawn based on the emerging patterns to evaluate the effectiveness of Uniqlo's PR strategy. The findings indicate that the success of Uniqlo's Public Relations (PR) and Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategies in increasing brand awareness is influenced by communication consistency, product quality, commitment to sustainability, and adaptability to market changes. These factors synergistically build a positive and relevant brand image in the eyes of consumers. By maintaining message consistency across various communication channels, Uniqlo has not only enhanced brand recognition but also solidified its position as the top choice for consumers who value quality, comfort, and social responsibility. Well-integrated PR and IMC strategies have strengthened Uniqlo's image as a brand that is not only sales-oriented but also committed to social values and sustainability, which are highly appreciated by modern consumers.

Abstract

Power tendangan Mae Geri merupakan salah satu komponen biomotor penting dalam cabang olahraga karate, di mana kekuatan dan kecepatan otot tungkai berperan dominan dalam menghasilkan tendangan yang efektif. Latihan leg press merupakan salah satu bentuk latihan kekuatan yang dapat memengaruhi peningkatan power otot kaki melalui manipulasi intensitas beban. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara intensitas latihan leg press dengan peningkatan power tendangan Mae Geri pada atlet karate. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 atlet karate yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Variabel intensitas latihan leg press diukur melalui persentase beban latihan (%1RM), volume latihan, dan frekuensi mingguan, sedangkan power tendangan Mae Geri diukur menggunakan alat tes power tendangan berbasis sensor. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kedua variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara intensitas latihan leg press dengan peningkatan power tendangan Mae Geri pada atlet karate (r = 0,67; p < 0,05). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi intensitas latihan leg press yang dilakukan, maka semakin besar peningkatan power tendangan Mae Geri yang dihasilkan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa intensitas latihan leg press memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan power tendangan Mae Geri pada cabang olahraga karate. Pelatih disarankan menyusun program latihan leg press dengan pengaturan intensitas yang tepat untuk mengoptimalkan performa tendangan atlet
