Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the planning, organization, implementation and evaluation in the management of student graduates at SMPN 1 Sangatta Utara, which successfully graduated all its students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation with the main informants, principals, deputy principals for curriculum, student affairs, and teachers. The validity of the data was tested through source triangulation, and analysis was carried out descriptively. The research results show that management functions are implemented effectively: 1) Planning is carried out through coordination meetings to prepare integrated programs without disturbing the main schedule. 2) Organization is carried out by the school principal giving authority to the deputy head of curriculum to appoint the person in charge of the program. 3) Implementation involves technology-based learning, increasing academic competence, and routine religious formation. (4) Evaluations are carried out periodically to measure program effectiveness and identify obstacles. This research concludes that the application of management functions supports the success of improving the quality of graduates. Recommendations are aimed at strengthening collaboration between related parties for program sustainability

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran pendidikan adab dan sopan santun dalam membentuk karakter santri di pesantren salafiyah, dengan fokus pada praktik yang diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren Mambaul Ulum. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan, observasi, dan wawancara dengan para pengajar serta santri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan sopan santun di pesantren tidak hanya diajarkan secara teori, tetapi juga dibentuk melalui kebiasaan, keteladanan, dan pengawasan langsung dalam kehidupan sehari-hari santri. Kitab-kitab klasik seperti Ta’limul Muta’allim, Akhlaqul Banin, dan  Adabut Ta’lim Wal Muta’alim  utama dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai adab. Pendidikan nonformal melalui kegiatan sehari-hari seperti muhadarah, gotong royong, dan kedisiplinan ibadah turut membentuk karakter santri yang berakhlak mulia, taat, dan beretika dalam bersosial. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pesantren salafiyah memiliki peran strategis dalam mencetak generasi muda yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga matang secara moral dan spiritual.

Abstract

Fire is a serious threat to settlements, both urban and rural. To improve the response to the fire threat, a fire preparedness training program is being conducted in the settlements. The purpose of this report is to present the implementation, results, and evaluation of the fire preparedness training program in the settlement conducted by the PkM team. The method used is the Participatory Action Research method. (PAR). This dedication is held in the village of Tepian Makmur, in the district of Rantau Pulung, East Kutai district. The fire preparedness training program in this settlement has improved public response to the fire threat. Active public participation, increased knowledge and skills of participants, as well as positive feedback, are indicators of the success of the program. Fire preparedness training in settlements is an effective step in improving response to fire threats. This program could be a model for similar efforts elsewhere to improve public preparedness for fire disasters.

Abstract

Bullying remains a recurring form of violence in school environments and has significant negative impacts on students’ psychological well-being, social development, and academic performance. This community service program (PkM) aimed to enhance students’ understanding of the types of Bullying, its consequences, and preventive measures through an educational socialization activity conducted at SMPI An-Nadhliyah Mambaul Ulum, Sangatta Selatan. The program employed direct counseling, expert-led material presentations, and interactive discussions. A total of 40 students, including class representatives and members of the OSIS (Student Council), participated in the activity. The results indicate that students responded positively to the program and demonstrated improved ability to identify various forms of Bullying that were previously unfamiliar to them. Based on verbal feedback and observation, the activity effectively increased students’ awareness of the importance of creating a safe, respectful, and violence-free school environment. The school management also expressed its commitment to strengthening preventive efforts through continuous supervision and guidance for students. Overall, this program proved effective in improving anti-bullying literacy and reinforcing a supportive and safe school culture.
