Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation and price on competitive advantage in UMKM of geprek chicken in Bireuen. This type of research is quantitative associative descriptive research by distributing questionnaires to 87 respondents, while the population used in this study were consumers of Ratu geprek chicken. The data analysis tool used in this study used SPSS, Multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using partial significant test (t-test), simultaneous significant test (F-test), and determination coefficient testing (R2). The results showed that product innovation and price had a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

Socialization of Women's Empowerment Through Creative Economy in the Craft Sector" aims to increase women's awareness and skills in developing the creative economy in the craft sector. This activity is carried out through training and mentoring to improve women's abilities in designing, producing, and marketing craft products. The expected results are increased income and welfare of women, as well as the development of the creative economy in the community. Thus, this activity can contribute to women's empowerment and local economic development.

Abstract

This study investigates how religiosity influences job satisfaction in relation to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). A quantitative method was employed, involving one hundred permanent employees from various organizations. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) was used for analysis. The results indicate that religiosity significantly affects job satisfaction, job satisfaction significantly affects OCB, and religiosity partially mediates the relationship between job satisfaction and OCB. This study affirms that religiosity plays an important role in fostering positive employee behavior in Indonesia.

Abstract

The growth and development of school age children must be optimal, such as providing nutrition in good and correct quantity and quality, if not correct. An effective way to do this is through health promotion regarding healthy snacks and the dangers of junk food. This community service activity is intended for parents and schools to reduce the contribution of school-aged children to unsafe and unhealthy street snacks. Health promotion activities at SD N.18. Bireuen was held from January to June using digital methods delivered via Whatsapp group, carried out pre and posttests then presented using leaflets, videos and followed by discussions. There has been an increase in knowledge and attitudes of parents and schools regarding healthy food and the dangers of junk food.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze communication style and leadership style factors in building employee loyalty at Raja Mart in Bireuen Regency. This research approach is descriptive qualitative research. As informants are the owner/leader and several employees of Raja Mart, Bireuen. Data collection uses interview techniques or direct structured interviews. The data analysis technique uses a descriptive analysis model. The research results show that: 1) communication style has a significant influence on employee loyalty 2) leadership style has a significant influence on employee loyalty 3) employee loyalty is jointly influenced by the way leadership and communication are enforced.
