Abstract

This study examines the curriculum integration pattern of traditional Islamic boarding schools in developing religious potential and entrepreneurial character at the Sidogiri Banat 1 Islamic Boarding School in Pasuruan. In the context of changing times that demand independence and applicable life skills, Islamic boarding schools are required not only to be centers of spiritual strengthening, but also as a place to form productive and innovative characters. This study is important because it is able to show that the tradition of classical Islamic knowledge can synergize with entrepreneurship education without losing the substance of Islamic values. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with participatory observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that curriculum integration was carried out by combining the diniyah education system based on yellow books with structured entrepreneurship training. Business practice activities such as food production, management of student cooperatives, and household skills are combined with strengthening morals, worship, and positive behavioral habits in the Islamic boarding school environment. This integration pattern is not carried out formally, but is rooted in traditional values ​​that are strengthened by the culture of the Islamic boarding school itself. The implication of this integrative curriculum pattern is the formation of the character of students who not only understand religion, but are also independent, disciplined, responsible, and have an entrepreneurial mentality. Sidogiri Banat 1 Islamic Boarding School is an example that traditional Islamic boarding schools can become a center for sustainable religious and economic empowerment of students. This study recommends the replication of a similar integration model in other traditional Islamic boarding schools as a concrete contribution to the development of adaptive and contextual Islamic education.

Abstract

Academic supervision is carried out by the Head of the Madrasah through coaching, observation and competency assessment and evaluation. The aim of this research is to understand the strategy for implementing academic supervision by the Madrasah Head as an effort to develop abilities and improve teacher performance at MAN 2 Pasuruan. This research problem aims to help teachers improve their abilities, organize and manage the process of teaching and learning activities in Madrasas. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with case studies. Using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques, the data sources were from Madrasah Principals, Deputy Madrasah Principals and teachers. Collected using free guided interviews, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), field observations and documentation. Data analysis through data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data through triangulation. The results of research on academic supervision programs include 1). Planning is prepared to determine achievement indicators with a cooperative and humanist approach that is determined at the beginning of each school year. 2). The implementation strategy is to determine methods and techniques that build a report and a humanist approach, either directly or indirectly, with the help of deputy heads and teachers who have been appointed and trusted in supervision. 3). The evaluation is carried out by the Head of the Madrasah periodically by determining the schedule and time at the end of the odd and even semesters after all stages of the program have been carried out completely and comprehensively.

Abstract

This study aims to see how Islamic religious education and ethics are implemented in one of the state primary schools in Bantul area, Yogyakarta, based on the 2013 curriculum. This study used a qualitative method. The data used in this study came from interviews with PAI teachers and observing teacher and student learning activities in one of the 3rd grade elementary schools in Bantul district. This study shows that PAI teachers have prepared all learning tools needed for learning, including making lesson plans, syllabus, prota, prosem, and teaching strategies. Learning can be done in various ways, such as lecture, question and answer, presentation, discussion, practice, and project-based learning. However, these methods are less effective because there are still students who lack confidence and enthusiasm for learning. The evaluation stage applied by PAI teachers assesses three domains, namely, cognitive (knowledge), affective (attitude), and psychomotor (skills). As for inhibiting factors, teachers try to maximize the supporting factors that are already available at school in terms of improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

Along with the change from the 2013 curriculum to an independent curriculum at the start of the 2022/2023 academic year. SDN Warungdowo I is one of the basic education institutions in Pasuruan Regency that was selected by the Ministry of Education and Culture to take part in the Class 2 Mobilization School Program. For this reason, researchers chose this institution to be the place for research on the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5). The aim of this research is to reveal the design, implementation and results of the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project curriculum to realize imtaq for students at SDN Warungdowo I Pasuruan. Case study research method, because it can describe contemporary empirical research in a real life context. The research results show that the design of the P5 curriculum goes through a module planning process, organizing it using a block system at the end of the semester, and the P5 theme of the institution is a sustainable lifestyle with an evaluation system using assessment rubrics, and student performance. Implement P5 by carrying out activities according to the P5 module for each phase, using an assessment rubric with a checklist system, the P5 process goes through the stages of orientation, contextualization, action and reflection. Based on the recap of the assessment rubric, the results of its implementation in the Imtaq dimension with elements of morals towards nature reached 53%, the mutual cooperation dimension 27%, and the creative dimension 31%. Thus, it can be concluded that curriculum design and implementation of P5 play an important role in realizing the Imtaq dimension in students.

Abstract

Evaluation is an assessment process that compares the achievement of a program in the field with the standards that have been formulated. Studying the Qur'an, especially when memorizing the Qur'an, must use the right and clear method, and the most common among Quran memorizers is to use the talaqqi method. The purpose of the evaluation of the tahfidz program at the Sabilillah boarding school is to make improvements for the sustainability of the program. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. This research was conducted by collecting descriptive data and then analyzed qualitatively. The data collection method used is observation techniques and literature study. In the observation of researchers, this tahfidz program has obstacles that have an impact on the sustainability of student activities during memorization deposits. Researchers found indications in the form of no students who have successfully completed the memorization of 30 juz even though this program has been running for four and a half years. The evaluation used by the researcher is a type of comprehensive program evaluation that uses the CIPPO Evaluation Model. Regarding the many problems arising from the context and program of tahfidz deposits, further programs have been prepared, namely; Providing a routine schedule of "Mandatory Nderes", adding deposit allocations, checking the ability of students in the smooth reading of the Qur'an and the accuracy of the pronunciation of makharijul khuruf which is carried out every week.

Abstract

One of the important parts of teaching Islam in Islamic boarding schools is reading the yellow book. However, the complexity of the classical Arabic language used in these books, along with the limited amount of time to study it thoroughly, is a major problem often faced by santri. The Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School developed the Al-Miftah lil Ulum method, which helps speed up the reading of the yellow book without reducing understanding of the material contained therein. This method uses the knowledge of nahwu and sharaf as a basis for understanding the structure of the Arabic language, and also uses speed reading techniques, which allows students to understand the text thoroughly in a shorter time. This research aims to teach the use of the Al-Miftah lil Ulum method to speed up the reading of the yellow book at the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School Branch and how this impacts understanding of the material. This research uses a case study method and uses observation, interviews and documentation to collect data. The results show that the use of the Al-Miftah lil Ulum method increases the speed of reading the yellow book at the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School. Apart from that, this method also reduces the linguistic difficulties that santri/pupils often face when reading classical Arabic books, thereby increasing learning efficiency. It is estimated that this research will provide new insight into the importance of mastering the basics of Arabic and help develop a faster and more effective method of learning the Yellow Book at the Sidogiri Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

The influence of globalization has at least touched the character of students, who are currently experiencing such significant changes that it is difficult for the younger generation to face the cultural clashes that lie ahead. Character education is one thing that can be a solution to these problems, character education can increase superior and quality human resources. Character itself is a special characteristic possessed by a person or a nation that has become ingrained into personality. The implementation of character education in schools can of course not only be realized through teaching and learning activities, but can also be built through other self-development programs such as through extracurricular activities and routine activities held at school. This development activity is a very potential way to develop character values ​​in students. In order to develop the character of students at MTs Miftahul Ulum Kalirejo, the Madrasah facilitates students with various kinds of activities in the school environment. Apart from the teaching and learning process in class, activities are also carried out through routine activities, one of which is the Dhuha prayer. The purpose of this routine Dhuha prayer activity is to design students' awareness to have good religious character and spiritual values ​​so that they can be implemented in everyday life.

Abstract

This study aims to analyzes working capital management and financing in general. Basically, working capital management is a form of managing the company's current assets and current liabilities with the aim of achieving a balance between profit and risk so that in the future it can make a positive contribution to company value, namely increasing profits and reducing risk. The condition of the company is influenced by working capital management in increasing and controlling its liquidity. Where a company must provide sufficient working capital in order to carry out the company's operations. In addition, increases or decreases in liquidity can be seen from the company's working capital. Financing management is very important for Islamic financial institutions because by implementing good financing management, Islamic financial institutions in particular will be able to maintain healthy financial performance and reduce the risk of bad financing. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. To minimize the risks that occur, financing management from the perspective of Islamic financial institutions must be carried out based on the precautionary principle contained in the financing analysis which includes 5C analysis and 7A analysis.
