Abstract

UMKM kuliner di Kota Pontianak menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Tujuan utama adalah untuk mengukur pengaruh literasi digital dan kecakapan kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UMKM tersebut. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian penjelasan. Data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari 271 responden UMKM dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dianalisis menggunakan partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui perangkat lunak warp-PLS 8.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan literasi digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, entrepreneur literacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital dan mengaplikasikan prinsip-prinsip manajemen kewirausahaan secara efektif berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap keberhasilan bisnis mereka. Kendati demikian, perlu diingat bahwa generalisasi temuan ini masih terbatas pada konteks sampel penelitian yang spesifik. Penelitian lanjutan dapat difokuskan pada eksplorasi mekanisme kausalitas yang mendasari hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut, serta identifikasi faktor-faktor moderasi atau mediasi yang berpotensi mempengaruhi hubungan tersebut. Abstract - Culinary MSMEs in Pontianak City are the focus of this research. The main objective is to measure the influence of digital literacy and entrepreneurial skills on the performance of these MSMEs. This research adopts a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Quantitative data obtained from 271 MSME respondents using questionnaires were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) through warp-PLS 8.0 software. The results showed that digital literacy has a significant effect on MSME performance, entrepreneur literacy has a significant effect on performance. These findings imply that the ability of MSME players to adopt digital technology and apply entrepreneurial management principles effectively contributes significantly to the success of their business. However, it should be noted that the generalizability of these findings is still limited to the context of the specific research sample. Further research could focus on exploring the causal mechanisms underlying the relationship between these variables, as well as identifying moderating or mediating factors that could potentially influence the relationship.

Abstract

A low understanding of digital financial management, the risks of online fraud, and the legal aspects of digital transactions prompted the Community Service Program themed “Smart Finance, Risk-Free: Workshop on Financial and Digital Legal Literacy for PKK Mothers in Sui Raya District, Kubu Raya Regency.” The main objective of this activity is to enhance the understanding and skills of PKK mothers in managing finances digitally in a safe and efficient manner, to raise awareness about the dangers of online fraud and prevention methods, and to provide knowledge about personal data protection and digital legal aspects. The method used is an interactive workshop that includes material presentation, discussions, and hands-on practice with financial applications. The targeted outcomes include an increase in participants' understanding, as measured by pre-test and post-test results, with a minimum improvement of 20% in financial literacy and 15% in digital legal literacy. Additional outcomes include documentation of the activities in the form of a video uploaded to online mass media platforms and the publication of the results in a scientific journal on PKM. This program equips participants to be able to optimally utilize digital technology and avoid financial and legal risks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of influencer marketing, word of mouth (WOM), and brand image on purchasing decisions at chatting cafes and dimsum in Pontianak City. This study used a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26 software. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a non-probability sampling method, with a sample size of 170 respondents. The results showed that simultaneously, influencer marketing, word of mouth (WOM), and brand image significantly influenced purchasing decisions. Partially, word of mouth and brand image had a more dominant influence than influencer marketing. These findings indicate that consumer reviews and brand perception play a significant role in driving purchasing decisions at Chat Cafe & Dimsum in Pontianak

Abstract

This research is important in understanding how human behavior is influenced by the intersection of materialistic values and happiness. The relationship between love of money and happiness often results in complex dynamics. Spirituality as a harmonizer offers a solution to manage the relationship between materialism and happiness. This study aims to explore how human spiritual intelligence can harmonize the love of money with the purpose of human life, namely, happiness. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach with analysis techniques using moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that love of money has no significant effect on happiness, and spiritual intelligence strengthens the relationship between love of money and happiness.

Abstract

Penelitian PKM ini berjudul "Pengembangan Pemasaran Berbasis Digital untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing Trader Cangkang Sawit di Pasar Lokal dan Global". Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberdayakan para trader cangkang sawit di Pontianak melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pemasaran digital. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan promosi digital, keterbatasan akses pasar, serta minimnya literasi digital dan hukum bisnis pada pelaku usaha cangkang sawit, meskipun potensi ekspor dan pasar internasional sangat besar. Melalui pelaksanaan workshop, peserta dibekali keterampilan pemasaran digital seperti pembuatan konten, pengelolaan toko online, penggunaan media sosial, SEO dasar, hingga email marketing. Kegiatan juga mencakup edukasi literasi hukum digital serta penggunaan aplikasi facebook meta ads dan scalev. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan peserta. Pendampingan ini membuka peluang baru, termasuk potensi ekspor dan perluasan pasar. Luaran kegiatan meliputi dokumentasi video, artikel ilmiah, serta rencana lanjutan berupa pengembangan website, e-commerce, media sosial, dan strategi ekspor. PKM ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kapasitas bisnis mitra tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pencapaian Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) kampus dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat lokal secara berkelanjutan
