Abstract

Study aims to describe the design of technology-based learning in Islamic education. This is because, in the current digitalization era, we cannot be separated from technological advances in designing learning in Islamic educational institutions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library research method by collecting information. from various journals and books. The results of the analysis show that progress knowledge obligatory environment education including Islamic education For Keep going adapt with development technology. One of the effective model is the ADDIE approach that has an impact positive in increase quality learning and helping student reach potential maximum they based on characteristics, quality as well as ability participant educate.

Abstract

Understanding student interests, abilities, and limitations is fundamental to effective education. By recognizing these elements, educators can create personalized learning experiences that engage students and foster a love for learning. Interests are vital as they motivate students to participate actively in their education. When lessons are aligned with what students are passionate about, they are more likely to engage deeply and retain information. For instance, incorporating themes from students’ favorite hobbies or current trends can make learning relevant and exciting. Abilities encompass both the strengths and weaknesses of each student. Differentiated instruction, which tailors teaching methods to meet diverse needs, allows educators to challenge advanced learners while supporting those who may struggle. Regular assessments and observations help identify these abilities, enabling educators to adapt their approaches and provide appropriate resources. Limitations, whether they stem from learning disabilities, socio-economic factors, or emotional challenges, also play a critical role in shaping educational experiences. Understanding these limitations allows teachers to implement inclusive strategies that ensure all students can access the curriculum. Ultimately, a comprehensive understanding of interests, abilities, and limitations fosters a supportive learning environment. This holistic approach not only enhances academic achievement but also promotes self-esteem and resilience in students. By prioritizing these factors, educators can empower students to reach their full potential, equipping them with the skills and confidence needed for lifelong learning and success.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan kyai dalam pesantren memiliki peran krusial dalam membentuk mental, moral, dan nilai-nilai keagamaan santri di tengah tantangan modernisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi kepemimpinan Kyai Muhammad Ghazali Utsman dalam menanamkan nilai keagamaan di Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Al-Utsmani. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kyai memainkan dua peran utama, yaitu sebagai pelayan (khadim) yang mengorganisasi pesantren secara struktural dan sebagai pemandu (muwajjih) yang memberikan arahan serta bimbingan keagamaan kepada santri. Model kepemimpinan ini terbukti efektif dalam membentuk karakter dan ketahanan mental santri menghadapi perkembangan zaman. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan berbasis spiritualitas dan keteladanan kyai menjadi faktor utama dalam menjaga eksistensi dan relevansi pesantren di era modern.

Abstract

Education has a strategic role as the main pillar in national and regional development. This article aims to evaluate the direction and implementation of education policy in Bondowoso Regency within the framework of equitable national development. With a qualitative approach and descriptive-analytical methods, this study analyzes national and local policy documents as well as the scientific literature related to public policy and social justice in education. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of education policies in Bondowoso still faces various challenges, such as inequality between public and private schools, low regional institutional capacity, and central policies that tend to be unresponsive to the local context. Private schools, especially those based on community and religion, have not received proportionate funding despite having an important role in expanding access to education. Therefore, it is necessary to reformulate education policies based on local needs, strengthen the capacity of local governments and multi-sector collaboration to encourage inclusive, equitable and quality education as a pillar of sustainable regional development.
