Abstract

This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to foster an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age through entrepreneurial literacy in the children of the Al Ikhlas Orphanage in Palu, Central Sulawesi. Entrepreneurial literacy is considered important to equip foster children with knowledge and skills that can support their independence, both financially and psychologically, after leaving the orphanage. Methods for implementing this activity include an introduction to entrepreneurship, providing motivation, practical business idea development sessions, business simulations, and interactive discussions. Evaluation shows that this activity received a positive response from orphanage children and administrators, which encourages the continuation of similar programs in the future. It is hoped that the results of this activity will have a significant impact in preparing the younger generation to be independent and economically productive.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and evaluate the influence of leadership style and work ethic on workplace interactions. The response sample consisted of around 32 students. The data was collected via sending questionnaires to respondents. Multiple regressive lining is the method of analysis used. When the results of the investigation are positive and suggestive of the patient's responsiveness. The T-Test exposes this as "probability value." The complexity of leadership style is less than 5 percent." This illustrates that the leadership styles adopted by employees are highly advantageous to their work. When the outcome of a workplace disciplinary investigation benefits a student's employment. According to the UJIT study, the degree of question discipline was less than 5 percent alpha. It is therefore evident that workplace discipline is being suppressed.

Abstract

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatankausalitas dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Responden berjumlah 44 orang guru. Hasil analisismenunjukkan bahwa secara serempak, disiplin dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadapkinerja guru, yang dibuktikan dengan Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai Sig.F = 0,000 < 0,05. Nilaikoefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,817 menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat antara disiplin,motivasi, dan kinerja guru. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,651 mengindikasikan bahwa65,1% variasi kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh kedua variabel tersebut, sementara sisanya 34,9%dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Secara parsial, disiplin memiliki pengaruh yanglebih besar terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien regresi 0,697 dan nilai signifikan 0,000,sedangkan motivasi memiliki koefisien regresi 0,241 dengan nilai signifikan 0,017. Hal inimenunjukkan bahwa peningkatan disiplin dan motivasi guru akan berpengaruh positif terhadappeningkatan kinerja guru pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) 8 Palu. Dan hasilpenelitian ini yaitu disiplin dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru padaSekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) 8 Palu.Kata kunci: Disiplin, Motivasi, dan Kinerja Guru
