Abstract: This research (1) to know the Instructional al-Imla> 'in improving writing skills for students of Arabic writing in Pondok Pesantren Al-Raudlatul Hasanah Medan, (2) to carry out the process implementation of Instructional in instructional design al-Imla> 'in improving writing skills for students of Arabic writing in Pondok Pesantren Al-Raudlatul Hasanah Medan, (3) Obtaining a result of the implementation of instructional design on Instructional al-Imla> in improving writing skills for students of Arabic writing in Pondok Pesantren Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Medan and (4) Finding the supporting and hindering factors the on implementation Instructional instructional design al-Imla> in improving writing skills of Arabic writing for students in Pondok Pesantren Al-Raudlatul Hasanah Medan. The results this research from implementation of design Instructional model Dick, Carey and Carey on al-Imla> instructional 'in improving writing skills of Arabic writing for students in Pondok Pesantren Al-Raudlatul Hasanah field is as follows: (1) The purpose of General Instructional al-Imla>, (2) The particular purpose of Instructional al-Imla> (3) .Planning Instructional strategy al-Imla> ‘', (4) .The material Instructional al-Imla> for teacher Subjects>', (5) .The Structure instructional design model on Instructional al-Imla> ‘'.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui pembelajaran al-Imla>' dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis tulisan Arab bagi santri di Pondok Pesantren Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Medan, (2) Melaksanakan proses implementasi desain pembelajaran pada pembelajaran al-Imla>' dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis tulisan Arab bagi santri di Pondok Pesantren Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Medan, (3)dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis tulisan Arab bagi santri di PondokPesantren Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Medan dan (4) Menemukan faktor-faktorpendukung dan penghambat dalam mengimplementasikan desain pembelajaran pada pembelajaran al-Imla>‘ dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis tulisan Arab bagi santri di Pondok Pesantren Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Medan. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada Penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan kombinasi dari metode deskriptif-kualitatif dan eksperimen sederhana yaitu R & D (research and delovement). Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1). Tujuan Instruksional Umum pembelajaran Imla>’, (2). Tujuan Instruksional Khusus pembelajaran Imla>’, (3). Rancangan Strategi pembelajaran Imla>’, (4). Bahan Ajar guru pembelajaran Imla>’, (5). Pengembangan model desain pembelajaran pada pembelajaran Imla>’ .

This research aims to determine the basic knowledge and learning strategies for Al-Quran Hadith digital literacy technology among STIT Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Medan students. This research was conducted using interviews and in-depth observation. The theory applied is the term digital literacy learning of the Koran Hadith. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach sourced from primary and secondary data. Primary data sources were obtained from student interviews. Meanwhile, secondary data comes from literacy activities held at STIT Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah. From the research results, it can be concluded that students' basic knowledge in digital literacy of the Koran Hadith is still inadequate. Meanwhile, the strategy applied to deepen digital literacy learning of the Koran Hadith is by conducting literacy learning training or workshops. The results of the implementation of digital literacy can be seen from the level of students' ability to master digital media technology, such as the al-Maktabah asy-Syamela program, HadisSoft, Al-Quran Madinah, QuranInMsWord and Adobe Reader relevant for STIT Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Medan students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Proses pembelajaran pasca covid mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa di MTs Al Washliyah Bajaronggi metode ini penelitian kualitatif pendekatan berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian proses pendidikan pasca COVID-19 proses pendidikan pasca COVID-19 pada kegiatan pembelajaran ini mengungkap beberapa pengaruh pendidikan pasca COVID-19 yang dihadapi siswa, guru, dan orang tua dalam proses pendidikan. Pengaruh pendidikan pasca COVID-19 yang terkait dengan siswa adalah komunikasi,keterampilan sosial, dan moralitas yang terbatas. Para guru menemukan bahwa lebih banyak masalah terkait dengan kurang nya kedisiplinan. Guru memiliki tantangan tersendiri, termasuk dalam pemilihan metode pengajaran yang tepat, menurunnya moralitas siswa terhadap guru.

Islamic education will stagnate if its human resources are unable to answer the challenges of the times through innovation and scientific renewal. Therefore, strengthening the capacity of human resources in Islamic boarding schools needs to be a sustainable and systematic strategic agenda. Islamic boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions that have a strategic role in shaping character, leadership, and strengthening Islamic values. However, in facing the challenges of globalization, Islamic boarding schools are required to improve their institutional management capacity, especially in terms of human resources (HR) and finance. This study aims to explore strategies for strengthening HR management and optimizing the management of productive waqf at Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah 2 Lumut Islamic Boarding School through a participatory approach in the form of a forum group discussion (FGD). The results of the thematic analysis showed three main findings: the need for managerial training based on Islamic boarding school values, the importance of professionalizing waqf asset management, and the urgency of technology integration in financial governance. This activity also shows that the participatory approach is effective in building collective awareness and commitment to contextual and sustainable institutional transformation.

This study aims to analyse the principles and practices of human resource management (HRM) in the Ta’hilu al-Mudarrisin (teacher development) program in Islamic schools and evaluate its impact on improving pedagogical competence, ethical standards, and adaptability to changes in educational regulations. This study used a descriptive qualitative methodology with case study techniques in several Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with principals, program administrators, teachers, and students, and analysis of training documents and supervision reports. The results indicate that strict supervision and reflective methods effectively improve teaching quality, pedagogical competence, and student achievement. The program also plays a role in enhancing educational ethical standards and responsiveness to regulatory changes. However, program implementation faces obstacles such as limited resources and time, which can be overcome through task reorganisation and capacity building. The implications of this study underscore the importance of integrating strict supervision, capacity-building, and spiritual enrichment to foster a progressive educational environment in Islamic schools.

Pesantren-based universities present a unique educational environment where religious and cultural values strongly influence students’ academic choices. This study analyzes the factors influencing students' decision-making in selecting study programs within this context. Using a quantitative survey approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 22 prospective students of STIT Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Medan for the 2024–2025 academic year. The Guttman scale measured responses across 18 decision factors, including parental direction, talent development, career, cost, peers, etc. The results show that talent development (mean = 0.91) and parental direction (mean = 0.86) were the most influential factors, followed by career considerations (mean = 0.81) and program reputation (mean = 0.73). Personal choice (0.77) and potential program advancement (0.77) also contributed significantly. In contrast, cost (0.41) and peer influence (0.55) were found to have a limited impact. The findings underscore the predominance of internal motivations and family influence over socioeconomic or peer-related variables. This study recommends that pesantren-based institutions tailor their curricula to align with students’ talents and career aspirations while fostering family involvement in academic decision-making. Future research should expand the sample size and include multiple pesantren-based institutions to ensure broader generalizability. Additionally, qualitative approaches could enrich understanding of the nuanced influence of pesantren culture on educational choices.
