Abstract

The uncertain global economy during the Covid-19 pandemic during 2020-2022 means that Indonesia must be able to adapt to these conditions. The government, through the Financial Services Authority (OJK), issued a policy that can provide stimulus to the economy in Indonesia, especially the banking industry, so that society is not burdened further in the limited situation at that time. Restrictions on community activities aimed at suppressing the spread of the corona virus have become a challenge for banks in Indonesia to carry out their functions as business entities that collect and distribute public funds. The research examines the influence of the BI 7-day Reverse Repo Rate (BI7DRRR) and inflation on Return on Assets (ROA) of commercial banks in Indonesia during the 2019-2022 period. This year's period shows the conditions in 2019, namely before the Covid-19 pandemic, during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely 2020-2021 and after the Covid-19 pandemic, namely 2022. The method used in this research is quantitative using secondary data from the OJK, using multiple linear analysis techniques.

Abstract

This study aims to examine, determine, and analyze the influence of customer experience and perceived usefulness on the intention to reuse the Alfagift minimarket e-commerce application on Alfagift application users, especially Instagram followers @alfagift_idn. This study uses a quantitative approach involving one hundred respondents as samples and processed using SPSS 26. This research implies that the data fullfill the requirements of a normal distribution, which is 0.200> 0.05. The regression equation model in this study is Y = 18.986 + 0.404 X1 + 0.388 X2 + e, so the research stated that the data in this study is viable to use. According to the data results of the partial correlation, the customer experience variable has an impact on the intention to reuse by 61.31% and the perception of usefulness has an impact on the intention to reuse by 62.09%. According to the results of the determination coefficient analysis (), 66.1% of the intention to reuse the Alfagift application is influenced by the independent variables, namely customer experience and perception of usefulness. Hypothesis testing in this study shows a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Kebijakan tarif PPN 11% mendapatkan kontra dari beberapa pihak karena waktunya yang dinilai kurang tepat. Walaupun saat ini pandemi sudah mulai membaik, tetapi masih banyak masyarakat yang pendapatannya belum stabil. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh tarif PPN 11% dan tingkat pendapatan selama pandemi terhadap daya beli masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Indomaret di Kecamatan Caringin. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive random sampling dengan rumus Lemeshow sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel 96 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tarif PPN 11% tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap daya beli masyarakat, sedangkan tingkat pendapatan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap daya beli masyarakat. Adapun secara simultan tarif PPN 11% dan tingkat pendapatan berpengaruh terhadap daya beli masyarakat dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 34,4%.
