Abstract

This research discusses the design of a fiber-to-the-home network in Taman Sekata Indah Housing, Tanjung Selamat, Sunggal, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra 20351 using the Google Earth Pro application. This research aims to find out in detail how to design a fiber to the home network starting from the boundaries of the area and the data collection of the number of buildings in the area. area restrictions and data collection on the number of buildings in the area, designing the Optical Distribution Point (ODP) pole. The research methods include making a flow chart and searching for data sources using observation, interviews, and case studies. Abstract

Pengolahan citra digital merupakan suatu disiplin ilmu yang berfokus pada transformasi citra menjadi informasi yang dapat diinterpretasikan oleh manusia. CNN, yang terinspirasi oleh arsitektur sistem saraf biologis, dirancang khusus untuk mengolah data dua dimensi dan telah terbukti efektif dalam tugas klasifikasi citra. Dalam studi ini, data diperoleh dari sumber terbuka (Kaggle) dan dikategorikan menjadi dua kelas: sepeda motor dan non-sepeda motor, dengan proporsi 80% untuk pelatihan dan 20% untuk pengujian. Proses pra-pemrosesan mencakup langkah-langkah seperti pengubahan ukuran, normalisasi, dan augmentasi data untuk meningkatkan keragaman dan mencegah fenomena overfitting. Arsitektur CNN dirancang dengan beberapa komponen utama, termasuk input layer, convolutional layer, pooling layer, dan fully connected layer. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa model berhasil mengklasifikasikan citra sepeda motor dengan tingkat keyakinan mencapai 99,26% dan mampu mengidentifikasi objek non-sepeda motor dengan akurasi 100%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa teknik CNN sangat efektif dalam klasifikasi citra digital, khususnya dalam konteks pengenalan sepeda motor.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to identify the forms of bullying that occur among elementary school students, measure students' perceptions of bullying, and determine the age group most vulnerable to bullying at MIS Al-Hikmah in Ujung Teran Village, Merdeka District, Karo Regency. Through awareness-raising activities conducted by students from the University of Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara's Community Service Program, it was found that bullying most frequently takes the form of physical and social teasing, particularly among fifth and sixth graders. The majority of students (86%) still view bullying as harmless banter without realizing its negative consequences. This study emphasizes the importance of character education based on noble moral values, enhancing students' understanding of bullying, and the active role of teachers, parents, and the school environment in creating a safe and supportive learning environment. The results of the awareness campaign demonstrate the potential for increasing students' awareness and promoting sustainable bullying prevention in Islamic-based elementary school environments. Keywords: elementary school bullying, awareness campaign character education, islamic education bullying prevention   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk bullying yang terjadi di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar, mengukur persepsi siswa terhadap bullying, serta mengetahui kelompok usia yang paling rentan terhadap perundungan di MIS Al-Hikmah Desa Ujung Teran, Kecamatan Merdeka, Kabupaten Karo. Melalui kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara, ditemukan bahwa bullying paling sering berbentuk ejekan fisik dan sosial, terutama pada siswa kelas 5 dan 6. Sebagian besar siswa (86%) masih menganggap bullying sebagai candaan tanpa menyadari dampak negatifnya. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai akhlak mulia, peningkatan pemahaman siswa mengenai bullying, serta peran aktif guru, orang tua, dan lingkungan sekolah dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang aman dan suportif. Hasil sosialisasi menunjukkan potensi positif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran siswa dan mendorong pencegahan bullying yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah dasar berbasis pendidikan Islam. Kata kunci: bullying sekolah dasar, sosialisasi pendidikan karakter, pendidikan islam pencegahan bullying

Abstract

Stunting remains a national priority issue in Indonesia, and West Aceh Regency is one of the regions facing this challenge. The success of stunting reduction programs heavily depends on effective and well-targeted budget allocation. This study aims to develop a budget allocation simulation model for stunting reduction programs in West Aceh Regency using Multiple Linear Regression. Historical program and budget data from the template-data-kabupaten-aceh-barat-stunting.csv dataset were used to train the model. Features such as year, program category (Infrastructure, Empowerment, Health, Other), program name, and a priority score were analyzed to predict the budget amount. The model fitting results show very high performance, with an Adjusted R-squared of 0.989 and an F-statistic of 298.6 (p < 0.001), indicating the model significantly explains the variability in budget allocation. The prioritas (priority) variable was found to be the most statistically significant predictor (p = 0.000). This model was then used to simulate an optimal budget allocation for 2025, with a total recommended budget of IDR 36.50 Billion. The main recommendation focuses on the "Program for Fulfilling Health Efforts" with a simulated allocation of IDR 33.75 Billion. This research demonstrates the potential of predictive modeling as a data-driven decision-making tool for local governments in planning budgets for stunting interventions. Furthermore, this study underscores the critical importance of shifting from historical-based budgeting to evidence-based allocation methods to accelerate national stunting reduction goals effectively.
