Abstract

Introduction: The length of stay of tourists is a very critical issue in the tourism and hospitality industries, including in the halal tourism sector. So, this study aims to find out and test the factors that affect the length of stay of Muslim tourists when traveling in halal tourism destinations by integrating Islamic attributes with push-pull motivation mediated by satisfaction. Method: The method used in this study is quantitative using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis. The population of this study is Muslim tourists who visit halal tourism destinations in Lombok with a sample of 171 respondents. Results: Islamic attributes such as Islamic facilities, alcohol and gambling-free, and Islamic morality have a direct effect on length of stay, while halalness affects the length of stay mediated by satisfaction. Push and pull motivations have a positive effect on the length of stay. Finally, the length of stay is also affected by satisfaction. Conclusion and suggestion: Islamic attributes and motivation as well as satisfaction greatly affect the length of stay of Muslim tourists when traveling at halal tourism destinations. The findings of this study are very important and can serve as a crucial guide for businesses and governments to present the various needs and attributes of Muslim tourists so that they feel satisfied and willing to stay longer in halal tourism destinations.

Abstract

Ijarah atau sewa menyewa lahan pertanian tidak terlepas dari adanya konflik antara penyewa dan pemilik lahan karena mengalihfungsikan aset seseorang untuk dimanfaatkan bagi kepentingan orang lain. Dalam praktik sewa menyewa harus ada kepastian kesepakatan antara kedua belah pihak untuk meminimalisir terjadinya konflik sehingga terciptalah keadilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik sewa menyewa lahan pertanian dalam mewujudkan keadilan dalam perspektif Islam di Lingkungan Cakranegara Kota Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang disusun secara terbuka dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi di lapangan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari proses penelitian adalah meskipun mayoritas masyarakat di Lingkungan Cakranegara beragama Islam, namun masih saja terjadi praktik sewa menyewa lahan pertanian yang tidak sesuai dengan ajaran Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of PT Wisata Borobudur Indah employees reviewed from the perspective of work motivation and work discipline and mediated by organizational commitment. The methods used were descriptive and explanatory with a population of 177 respondents and a sample of 123 employees were taken randomly and data was obtained by spreading questionnaires. The data obtained was processed to analyze to find out the picture of the research object and with SPSS, Lisrel and Path analysis software. The results of processing and statistical analysis show the results that, a). Motivation has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment with a path coefficient of 0.278. b). Work Discipline has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment with a path coefficient of 0.217. c). Motivation has a significant effect on Performance with a path coefficient of 0.184. d). Work Discipline has a significant effect on Performance with a path coefficient of 0.248. e). Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Performance with a path coefficient of 0.325 Path coefficient. f). Motivation has a significant effect on Performance through Organizational Commitment with a path coefficient of 0.090. g). Work Discipline has a significant effect on Performance through Organizational Commitment with a path coefficient of 0.071.
