Abstract

Sexual violence has become a global issue that is of serious concern in various countries. In the school context, harmful sexual behavior has become a global problem since the 1990s and a major challenge for society. High rates of child abuse and sexual violence have highlighted the need for focused interventions to educate young students about sexual risks and protection against harmful behavior and to raise awareness of their rights to be protected. This research aims to find out the results of the evaluation of preventive programs regarding sexual violence that are already running in Indonesia and provide recommendations regarding other preventive programs that can be implemented in Indonesia. This research uses the systematic literature review (SLR) method. Article searches were carried out through the Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Garuda databases involving 15 relevant articles regarding preventive interventions for sexual violence. All articles reviewed were also assessed for suitability according to the Mixed Method Appraisal Tool (MMAT) guidelines. Education-based interventions, which include bystander training, psychoeducation, media literacy, and legal education, have been shown to increase awareness and prevention of behavior of sexual violence among students. School and community-based intervention programs are also helpful in preventing sexual violence and creating safer environments.

Abstract

A situation that is needed in an organization is a situation where employees provide opinions and ideas that support the progress of an organization which is commonly referred to as employee voice behavior. The purpose of this study is to find out 1) the trend of employee voice behavior research, 2) to map studies related to employee voice behavior, 3) to map which countries often conduct research on employee voice behavior, and 4) to explain studies on employee voice behavior. This study uses bibliometric analysis and narrative reviews. The results found in the last five years totaled 413 consisting of book articles, reviews, book chapters, and conference papers on employee voice behavior narrative studies discussing the relationship between employee voice behavior and employee motivation, morality of leadership style, employee performance, paternalistic leadership style and leader-member exchange relationships.  The limitation of this research is that it uses SCOPUS data from the last five years, but 2024 is only entering its second year, so the publications are limited. Researchers suggest further research to use a more diverse database so that the data obtained is more comprehensive.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya komitmen anggota dalam organisasi mahasiswa rantau yang menghambat kinerja dan keberlanjutan organisasi. Komitmen organisasi merupakan aspek penting yang menunjukkan keterlibatan, identifikasi, dan loyalitas anggota terhadap tujuan bersama dalam organisasi. Apalagi organisasi mahasiswa memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan potensi dan keterampilan sosial mahasiswa yang jauh dari lingkungan tempat tinggal. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melaksanakan program intervensi psikoedukasi berbasis Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) guna meningkatkan komitmen anggota organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pra-eksperimen dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest, yang melibatkan pengukuran skala komitmen sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Intervensi berupa psikoedukasi dengan pendekatan team coaching model GROW (Goal, Reality, Options, Will) berbasis ebook yang mencakup pemahaman nilai-nilai organisasi, tantangan komitmen, dan strategi peningkatan sikap dan motivasi anggota. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan skor komitmen pada seluruh partisipan setelah intervensi, dengan peningkatan signifikan yang mencerminkan dampak positif program. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa program StayInSync efektif dalam memperkuat komitmen anggota organisasi mahasiswa rantau, penelitian ini juga menawarkan implikasi penting untuk strategi pengelolaan dan pengembangan organisasi di lingkungan kampus.
