Abstract

This investigation is persuaded by the huge number of cases that happen in children due to the decay in ethics and terrible ethics, so devout instruction must be ingraining and instructed at an early age. The errand of guardians and instructors is exceptionally vital to instruct and instill great ethics so that children have great identities. This inquiry points to portray methodologies for the improvement of devout ethical values in early childhood. In this employment inquiry, the writing thinks about strategy. The information obtained was compiled, analyzed, and concluded that children are the following era of the family and country, who ought to get great instruction so that their potential can be created quickly so that they will develop into human creatures who have solid, able and gifted identities. It is vital for teach and families to play a part and be dependable in giving different sorts of fitting incitement and direction so that the following era will be made with ethics and behavior in agreement with standards.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the urgency of the generation of healthy children in facing the digital era. The purpose of this study was to describe the role of PAUD educators in the acceleration program for stunting reduction in Surabaya City. This research uses library research method by collecting several sources of literature obtained from national and international journals, books, and some relevant research results. After the library data has been collected, the authors arrange and sort the data into new findings or new sources of information. The results of this study show that the role of PAUD educators has a very strategic and important role in (1) Counseling on the importance of the first 1000 days of life (HPK) for children from the womb to birth, even in the growth and development period; (2) Counseling on the dangers of stunting and how to prevent it to pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and parents who have early childhood; (3) Providing facilities for families who have been affected by stunting to improve nutrition and nutrition so that there is a change in lifestyle in providing balanced nutrition. The recommended activities are also to maximize the delivery of training materials through the use of digital media

Abstract

Perkembangan sosial emosi dan motorik kasar pada anak usia dini sangat dipengaruhi oleh keterlibatan orang tua, khususnya ayah sebagai role model utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan keeratan permodelan orang tua laki-laki dengan sosial emosi dan motorik kasar pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional, melibatkan 50 orang tua laki-laki yang memiliki anak usia dini di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini di Kecamatan Wiyung, Kota Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan tabulasi, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, serta uji Spearman’s Rho untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh item pernyataan pada variabel keeratan permodelan orang tua laki-laki (X1), sosial emosi (Y1), dan motorik kasar (Y2) dinyatakan valid dengan nilai r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel. Hasil analisis korelasi dengan uji Spearman’s Rho menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara keeratan permodelan orang tua laki-laki terhadap sosial emosi (nilai sig 0.000, korelasi 0.548), yang berarti dukungan keterlibatan orang tua laki-laki berkontribusi positif terhadap perkembangan sosial emosi anak. Selain itu, hubungan antara permodelan orang tua laki-laki dan motorik kasar juga signifikan (nilai sig 0.002, korelasi 0.430), menunjukkan kontribusi positif terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar anak. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya lembaga pendidikan dan masyarakat mengembangkan program pengasuhan yang mendorong keterlibatan aktif orang tua laki-laki dalam mendukung perkembangan anak, serta perlunya penelitian lanjutan dengan cakupan yang lebih luas untuk memperkaya temuan dan pengembangan strategi pengasuhan berbasis keterlibatan ayah.
