Abstract

Abstract. Theft is one of the most common crimes in society, with various underlying motives and patterns. 1 This study aims to analyze the motives, patterns, causal factors, and legal responses to theft cases using Robert K. Merton's Anomie theory as a framework. Through a qualitative descriptive method, data was collected from in-depth interviews with inmates at Cipinang Class I A Penitentiary, East Jakarta. The results showed that social factors such as poverty and unemployment significantly contributed to theft. Additionally, there are differences in legal responses between the Indonesian positive law system and Islamic criminal law towards theft offenders. This study is expected to provide a better understanding of the causal factors of theft and policy recommendations for crime prevention, as well as contribute to law enforcement and offender rehabilitation. Keywords: Theft, Motive, Pattern, Causal Factor, Legal Response, Anomie Theory, Criminal Law, Offender Rehabilitation Abstrak : Tindak pidana pencurian merupakan salah satu kejahatan yang paling umum terjadi di masyarakat, dengan berbagai motif dan pola yang mendasarinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis motif, pola, faktor penyebab, dan respon hukum terhadap kasus pencurian dengan pendekatan teori Anomie dari Robert K. Merton. Melalui metode deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan dari wawancara mendalam dengan narapidana di Lapas Kelas I A Cipinang, Jakarta Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor sosial seperti kemiskinan dan pengangguran berkontribusi signifikan terhadap tindakan pencurian. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan dalam respon hukum antara sistem hukum positif Indonesia dan hukum pidana Islam terhadap pelaku pencurian. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih baik tentang faktor-faktor penyebab tindak pidana pencurian serta rekomendasi kebijakan untuk pencegahan kejahatan, serta memberikan kontribusi dalam penegakan hukum dan rehabilitasi pelaku. Abstract

Fiqh of worship is a branch of science that discusses the procedures of the correct implementation of worship in accordance with Islamic teachings. This research aims to analyze the role of fiqh of worship in improving the devotion of students at SMA IT Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka. students at SMA IT Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interview, and document study. The results showed that fiqh worship learning has a significant effect on improving students' students' devotion, which is reflected in the improvement of the quality of worship, discipline, and positive behavior in daily life.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan merumuskan pendekatan serta strategi pembelajaran sosiologi yang relevan dengan tuntutan pendidikan abad ke-21. Pokok pembahasan meliputi karakteristik pembelajaran abad ke-21, tantangan yang dihadapi dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran sosiologi, pendekatan pembelajaran yang sesuai seperti pendekatan scientific, contextual teaching and learning (CTL), humanistik, serta sosio konstruktivis. Selain itu artikel ini juga mengidentifikasi strategi pembelajaran inovatif seperti problem based Problem Based Learning (PBL), Project Based Learning (PjBL), dan pembelajaran kolaboratif yang dapat memperkuat keterlibatan siswa. Integrasi literasi digital dalam pembelajaran Sosiologi dikaji sebagai respon terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan literasi abad ini. Di akhir, dibahas pula peran guru Sosiologi sebagai fasilitator dan katalis sosial dalam membentuk karakter dan keterampilan sosial peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, mengolah berbagai referensi teoritis dan hasil penelitian yang relevan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Sosiologi di abad ke-21 menuntut pendekatan yang adaptif, kontekstual, dan kolaboratif yang berpusat pada pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21 dan pemanfaatan teknologi secara bijak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the forms of Lembak language maintenance and the factors influencing Lembak language maintenance among teenagers in RT 17, Dusun Besar Village, Bengkulu City. The type of this research is qualitative, while the method used in this research is descriptive. This research uses data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings from the observations and interviews conducted can be concluded that the Lembak youth in RT 17, Dusun Besar Village, are familiar with the Lembak language and continue to use it when interacting with parents and family members at home. However, when interacting with peers, many believe that they do not always use the Lembak language because some friends do not understand it. Based on the research findings, the conclusion of this study is: (1) The total number of Lembak tribe members in RT 17, including their descendants, is 47 people from the Lembak tribe. Forms of preserving the Lembak language, (2) The form of language preservation of Lembak among the youth of RT 17 is by introducing the Lembak language from an early age and continuing to use the Lembak language when interacting with parents and family members at home, and the youth also continue to use the Lembak language with friends who are also of Lembak descent. (3) There are four factors in the preservation of the Lembak language in RT 17 based on the research findings, namely the factor of descent, the factor of residence, the factor of loyalty in preserving the native language, and the factor of tolerance present in the community.
