Abstract

This community service aimed to analyze the relationship between brain waves and the readiness levels of students with disabilities in learning by utilizing EEG (Electroencephalography) signals. EEG signals were used to record brain electrical activity associated with various mental states, including learning readiness. The method involved collecting data from students with disabilities by measuring brain waves before and during the learning process. The results of this study revealed a significant correlation between specific types of brain waves, such as alpha and beta waves, and the students' readiness to absorb learning materials. These findings are expected to provide new insights for developing more effective teaching methods tailored to the mental conditions of students with disabilities and serve as a reference for optimizing inclusive education curricula based on technology

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk mengkaji implementasi metode inquiry di PAUDQ Nur Fadlilah Tuban. Melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan pendidik dan orang tua, serta dokumentasi kegiatan pembelajaran, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi secara komprehensif bagaimana metode inquiry diterapkan dan dampaknya terhadap perkembangan anak. Teknik triangulasi diterapkan untuk memastikan validitas data, sementara analisis tematik digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan makna dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode inquiry memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan kreativitas dan keterampilan pemecahan masalah anak. Anak-anak menjadi lebih aktif, mandiri, dan percaya diri dalam mengeksplorasi ide serta mencari solusi. Selain itu, interaksi yang dinamis antara guru dan anak dalam pembelajaran inquiry terbukti meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kemampuan berkolaborasi. Peran guru sebagai fasilitator sangat penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung eksplorasi dan inovasi. Meskipun ada beberapa tantangan, seperti kesiapan guru dan keterbatasan sumber daya, keberhasilan penerapan metode inquiry membuktikan bahwa pendidikan anak usia dini dapat lebih inovatif dan menyenangkan. Dengan dukungan yang tepat dari guru, orang tua, dan lembaga pendidikan, metode ini berpotensi besar untuk terus dikembangkan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan pelatihan guru, peningkatan keterlibatan orang tua, serta pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih fleksibel untuk mengoptimalkan efektivitas pembelajaran berbasis inquiry.
