Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is very supportive in human resource management that affects various strategic decisions of the company, such as giving bonuses, benefits, and promotions. An objective and fair evaluation is needed to ensure that outstanding employees get the appreciation they deserve.  This research aims to apply the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) technique in determining the priority of assessment criteria. Using 5 main criteria used are productivity, quality of work, discipline, initiative and creativity, and teamwork. The Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method is used because it is easy to determine the weight of the criteria based on the order of the main priorities that have been determined by the decision maker. From the final results of ranking 5 alternatives to the 3 best alternatives, it can be analyzed that the C1 criterion really determines the final score because it is the criteria with the highest priority so that it gets the greatest weight and can affect the assessment results. The implementation of this technique is expected to support more precise and objective decision making and can facilitate decision makers in determining the parameters of the assessment criteria obtained based on the level of priority order of criteria and criteria attributes.

Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of Dhuha prayer at SMP 2 Sungguminasa using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). Through a qualitative approach, the research reveals that the Dhuha prayer activity conducted before class has successfully enhanced students' discipline and religious awareness. The support from teachers in motivating and supervising the activity plays a crucial role in its success. However, challenges such as limited facilities and a lack of awareness among some students remain. Overall, the program contributes positively to shaping students' spiritual character and discipline, with potential for improvement through more effective guidance and supervision.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurang percaya diri. Permasalahan penulis ini adalah apakah layanan konseling kelompok yang berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan rasa percaya diri peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah konseling kelompok berpengaruh meningkatkan percaya diri peserta. Meningkatkan percaya diri disini adalah menumbuhakan percaya diri siswa untuk mengembangkan potensi yang di milikinya tampa malu dan ragu. Dengan memberikan konseling kelompok agar siswa lebih berani menunjukkan kemampuannya di depan teman-temannya, serta tidak canggung berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Pada dasarnya kurang percaya diri banyak merugikan peserta didik tidak hanya melalui bergaul dengan sikap yang rendah, tetapi melalui siswa mempertimbangkan pilihan mereka dengan cara yang berbeda. Kurangnya percaya diri mungkin memerlukan perhatian untuk membantu memastikan bahwa pilihan masa depan siswa tidak perlu di batasi.

Abstract

The Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) serves as a leadership laboratory for students and requires strong, competent human resources to act as agents of change within the school. This program aims to strengthen leadership values and shape positive behavior among OSIS members at SMK Al-Amanah through a Character Building Leadership approach combined with experiential learning methods. The activity was carried out on October 30, 2025, involving 42 OSIS members (core administrators and active members) through a series of interactive workshops, discussions, and educational games (outbound leadership games). The implementation method focused on three main simulations: Chain Sentences to train effective communication, Nail-in-the-Bottle to build team coordination, and Rubber Band Relay to develop focus and trust. Evaluation was conducted through behavioral observation during the games, value reflection, and pre-test and post-test trigger questions. The results of the activity indicate that experiential learning methods effectively enhanced participants’ understanding of responsibility, integrity, and teamwork. Qualitatively, participants showed significant improvement in group solidarity and organizational communication skills. It is concluded that the program successfully instilled positive leadership foundations and is recommended to be continued through weekly leadership coaching.
