Abstract

Kepatuhan Hukum dan Kepercayaan Pelanggan: Pengaruhnya terhadap Niat Pembelian Ulang di Marketplace Daring adalah artikel ilmiah studi pustaka dalam ruang lingkup e-commerce dan perilaku konsumen. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk membangun hipotesis bahwa kepatuhan hukum dan kepercayaan pelanggan berperan dalam memengaruhi niat pembelian ulang di marketplace daring. Objek riset penelitian bersumber dari pustaka online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley, dan sumber akademik lainnya yang berfokus pada kajian hukum, kepercayaan pelanggan, dan e-commerce. Metode yang digunakan adalah library research, yang bersumber dari e-book, open access e-journal, dan literatur terkait. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa:1) Kepatuhan hukum berperan terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan pelanggan, dan 2) Kepercayaan pelanggan berperan terhadap niat pembelian ulang di marketplace daring.

Abstract

The Relationship Between Physical Activity and Mental Health in High School Students is a scientific article of literature study in the scope of education and health. The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis that physical activity plays a role in improving the mental health of high school students. The research objects come from online libraries such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other online academic media. The method used is library research sourced from e-books and open access e-journals. The analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively. The results of this article show that: (1) Physical activity plays a role in high school students, and (2) Mental health plays a role in high school students.

Abstract

Analyzing the Relationship Between Teacher-Student Interaction and Sports Facilities on Academic Achievement is a literature review article in the field of education. The purpose of this article is to test the hypothesis that positive interactions between teachers and students, as well as adequate sports facilities, contribute to improved student academic achievement. The research sources were drawn from academic online platforms such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and educational journals. The method used is library research based on open-access e-books and e-journals. The analysis was conducted qualitatively in a descriptive manner. The findings of this article indicate that: (1) Teacher-student interaction affects student academic achievement, and (2) The availability of adequate sports facilities supports student academic achievement.

The Role of Sustainability Integration and Digitalization to Increase Profit in the Digital Age is a scientific article of literature study within the scope of business management. The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis that Sustainability Integration and Digitalization play a role in Increasing Profit in the Digital Age. Abstract

In this digital age, interactions between patients and doctors are increasingly moving to social media platforms, which can have a significant impact on the accessibility and affordability of healthcare services. However, it is important to note that when medical consultations take place online, new legal challenges arise in terms of information confidentiality, professional responsibility, and patient protection. This journal addresses the issue of legal protection for patients who communicate with doctors via social media. This study examines the legal framework governing online medical consultations, including patient privacy rights, doctors' professional ethics, and legal accountability. The emphasis is on identifying potential legal gaps and developing solutions to improve legal protection for patients in this context. This journal's approach aims to contribute to the development of appropriate and convincing regulations to address legal issues that arise as communication technology advances.

Abstract

The success of an educational institution is influenced by the quality of education, as education plays a central role in shaping character and preparing future generations. This research aims to analyze the factors that hinder efforts to improve the quality of education at SD Negeri Lambangjaya 02, Tambun Selatan. This research uses a qualitative approach of case study type. Data collection was conducted using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis was carried out through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results indicate that the obstacles to improving the quality of education at State Elementary School Lambangjaya 02 include limited facilities and infrastructure, a lack of parental involvement, and challenges in school management. Thus, this requires the role of various elements such as school management, teacher qualifications, parental support, and educational facilities in improving the quality of education.
