Abstract

This community service activity aims to implement an Internet of Things (IoT)-based environmental security system integrated with mobile applications to improve the quality of life of residents in RT 01 RW 03 Beji Timur. The main problems identified include high crime rates and inefficient manual administrative systems. Using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the system was developed with hardware components consisting of ESP32 microcontroller, DFPlayer Mini module, and PAM8610 amplifier connected through Firebase Realtime Database. The E-RT 01 RW 03 mobile application provides alarm alert feature with queue logic, transparent bookkeeping, digital dues cards, and electronic letter submission. The evaluation results show a significant increase in participants' knowledge from an average score of 74 to 81 after training. Although there was a slight decrease in usage intention (78 to 77) and training evaluation (78 to 76), these values still indicate positive community response. The system successfully provides fast emergency response, administrative transparency, and easy-to-use interface.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is an internet service provider thatowns various network devices such as routers, switches,and servers. Device management is still performedmanually without digital record-keeping, leading toinefficiencies, particularly in the process of requestingand checking device availability. This study aims todevelop a web-based inventory information system tomanage network devices systematically and efficiently.The system is developed using the Laravel frameworkand PHP programming language, and it is equipped witha dynamic QR Code feature that is automaticallygenerated for each recorded device. The inventoryinformation system website was tested through aContract Acceptance Test involving three user roles:Admin, NOC, and CTO, with an average evaluation scoreof 97.5. In addition, system functionality testing of thesystem was conducted using the black-box testing methodon 75 scenarios, all of which were successfully executed.Security testing results indicated a low security risk level.These overall testing results show that the systemfunctions as intended and capable of meeting user needsoptimally.

Abstract

Aquaponics is a combination of aquaculture systems in the form of fish and hydroponic cultivation in the form of plants. Catfish growth will be optimal in water conditions with a temperature of 26°C - 30°C and a water pH of 6 - 9. Therefore, monitoring aquaponic water quality is needed to improve fish and plant growth. To facilitate the monitoring of water quality and plant growth, an Android-based mobile application "My Aquaponic" was created. This Android application uses the Firebase database platform. The data values displayed on the application are water temperature, water pH, water level, plant height, fish feeding status, and visual plant images. Quality testing of the My Aquaponic application is based on the ISO 25010 standard and other tests, namely data value accuracy. In testing the accuracy of data values, aspects of functional suitability, portability, and compatibility get a percentage of 100% in the 'Very Feasible' category. Testing the performance efficiency aspect obtained an average CPU performance of 3.914% and an average memory usage of 246.276 KB. Testing usability aspects with the System Usability Scale (SUS) method gets an average SUS value of 86.5 and based on the SUS Score percentile rank table falls into the adjective rating category 'Excellent' with grade "B" and acceptability range "Acceptable".

Abstract

Aplikasi mobile Peduli PMI dikembangkan sebagai media pengaduan dan perlindungan bagi Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) di Malaysia. Permasalahan yang sering dialami PMI meliputi persoalan hukum, kekerasan, dan perlakuan tidak adil selama bekerja di luar negeri. Keterbatasan akses komunikasi dan informasi juga menjadi kendala dalam memperoleh bantuan secara cepat dan tepat. Meskipun telah tersedia berbagai media informasi dan layanan perlindungan PMI, sebagian besar masih berfokus pada penyediaan informasi atau layanan pengaduan secara terpisah serta belum menyediakan akses yang terintegrasi melalui perangkat mobile untuk mendukung pelaporan dan perlindungan PMI secara cepat dan mudah. Keterbatasan tersebut menyebabkan PMI masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menyampaikan pengaduan dan memperoleh bantuan yang dibutuhkan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi mobile Peduli PMI yang dapat memudahkan PMI dalam melaporkan permasalahan yang dihadapi, memperoleh informasi mengenai hak-hak mereka, serta mengakses layanan perlindungan yang diperlukan. Penelitian dilakukan melalui tahap identifikasi kebutuhan berdasarkan observasi dan referensi dari situs resmi terkait PMI. Selanjutnya dilakukan perancangan antarmuka aplikasi yang intuitif dan pengembangan menggunakan framework Flutter dengan bahasa pemrograman Dart. Sistem menggunakan basis data MySQL dan menerapkan arsitektur client-server dengan komunikasi melalui HTTP dan REST API. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi aplikasi berjalan dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100% sesuai spesifikasi. Pengujian performa memperlihatkan penggunaan CPU berkisar antara 38,2% hingga 57,5% dan penggunaan memori maksimum antara 646,0 MB hingga 699,5 MB. Selain itu, aplikasi kompatibel dengan perangkat Android versi 9 hingga 13. Dengan demikian, aplikasi Peduli PMI mampu menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam mendukung layanan pengaduan dan perlindungan bagi PMI di Malaysia.
