Abstract

Video streaming is a technology play video files directly without having to download it. LTE (Long Term Evolution) is a mobile telecommunications technology as the evolution of HSDPA technology. LTE has the ability to transmit data at high speed. LTE network technology used in duplex mode FDD (Frequency Division Duplex) and TDD (Time Division Duplex). This study aims to determine the performance of video streaming on LTE network by using a TDD. The performance is analyzed include delay, packet loss, and throughput. The simulation results prove that the distance between UE and eNodeB with utilization factors influence the end-to-end delay, packet loss, and throughput in streaming video transmission. On the same data packet length, the greater the distance between the eNodeB with the EU, the greater the value of end-to-end delay. While the throughput of the smallest is 352 200 kbps which occurs when the distance between the eNodeB and UE is 10000 m with a utilization factor of 0.9.  Key-word : Video Streaming, LTE, TDD, jarak eNodeB ke UE, faktor utilisasi, delay end to end, packet loss, throughput

Abstract

Antidiabetic effects of water extract of ciplukan (Physalis angulata L.) herbs has been done with the test method of alloxan diabetes induction. Water extract was fractionated using n-hexane, ethyl acetate and water.The results showed that ciplukan water extract dose of 10 mg/kgbw and the water fraction dose of  4.84 mg/kgbw have similar effect with glibenclamide dose of  0.65 mg/kgbw. The phytochemical screening showed that ciplukan water extract contains alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, polyphenols, steroids and triterpenoids, monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids. ABSTRAK Telah dilakukan uji efek antidiabetes ekstrak air herba Ciplukan (Physalis angulata L.) dengan metode uji diabetes induksi  aloksan. Selanjutnya ekstrak air difraksinasi dengan pelarut n-heksan, etil asetat dan air. Hasil uji membuktikan bahwa ekstrak air herba ciplukan dosis 10 mg/kgbb dan fraksi air 4,84 mg/kgbb mempunyai efek antidiabetes yang sama dengan pembanding glibenklamid dosis 0,65mg/kgbb. Hasil penapisan fitokimia menunjukkan bahwa simplisia dan ekstrak air herba ciplukan mengandung alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, polifenol, steroid dan triterpenoid, monoterpenoid dan seskuiterpenoid.

Abstract

Pembiasaan Pola Hidup Bersih dan Sehat Guna Memutus Mata Rantai Penularan Covid-19 adalah sebuah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh Program Studi Broadband Multimedia Jurusan Teknik Elektro PNJ. Kegiatan ini dilandasi oleh kenyataan bahwa saat ini sedang mewabah virus Covid 19 yang sangat cepat penyebarannya. Salah satu penyebab cepatnya penyebaran adalah kebiasaan buruk di masyarakat kita yang belum terbiasa membiasakan Pola Hidup Bersih dan Sehat sebagaimana yang disyaratkan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan RI. Seperti diketahui, virus covid 19 dapat masuk dan menjangkiti manusia adalah melalui mulut, hidung dan mata. Anggota tubuh manusia yang sering menyentuh bagian tersebut adalah tangan. Covid 19 menyebar menjangkiti manusia melalui droplet yang dikeluarkan penderita ketika ia berbicara, bersin atau batuk. Droplet tersebut bisa saja menempel pada benda-benda yang sering disentuh oleh tangan. Tanpa mencuci, apabila tangan yang tidak sengaja menyentuh droplet tersebut digunakan untuk makan atau menyentuh bagian mulut, hidung dan mata, maka kemungkinan besar ia akan tertular. Oleh karena itu sangat perlu untuk dilakukan program pembiasaan pola hidup bersih dan sehat diantaranya adalah mencuci tangan dengan sabun. Untuk mendukung program tersebut maka pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini telah dilakukan pelatihan pembuatan sabun cuci tangan, pemberian tempat cuci tangan portable beserta sabun cuci tangan serta pembagian masker.

Abstract

Private 5G represents a promising wireless network technology that offers a wide range of opportunities for mobile operators. It enables them to meet the increasing data demands of their customers and provide enhanced capacities and user experiences. However, before deploying Private 5G, it's crucial to prepare the foundation properly, especially when choosing the right antena and Radio Frequency (RF) band. This research project focuses on evaluating the implementation of 4x4 MIMO and 8x8 MIMO antenas in the Greater Jakarta industrial area, covering a 35 km2 area, operating at a frequency of 2300 MHz with a 40 MHz bandwidth. The study involved data rate measurements and determined the number of required sites based on different modulation schemes. The findings revealed that using an 8x8 MIMO antena resulted in a data rate twice as high as that achieved with a 4x4 MIMO antena and required only a quarter of the sites. Additionally, simulation results demonstrated that the 8x8 MIMO antena provided better SS-RSRP and SS-SINR values compared to the 4x4 MIMO antena, with values of -91.51 dBm and 8.52 dB

Abstract

Multi-access edge computing (MEC) has emerged as a hot topic in recent years which coincides with the advancement of 5G network technology. The designed MEC utilizes the network infrastructure in the SmartLab of Politeknik Negeri Jakarta. MEC is built to reduce latency and accelerate data transfer between devices and servers to support the learning process at SmartLab Politeknik Negeri Jakarta. The system uses an Open RAN network and server as an MEC platform to process content with distributed edge computing running on top of virtualization infrastructure and located at the network edge. The face mask detection use case is accessed in real time when the use case is running. Tests were conducted by defining implementation scenarios and comparing downlink, uplink, and latency as multi-access edge computing comparison parameters. The success of the face mask detection use case on the MEC infrastructure is also examined. After running the test scenario, it was found that multi-access edge computing has a maximum value for downlink of 21.70 Mbps, a maximum uplink value of 22.70 Mbps, and a maximum latency value of 15 ms. In addition, the face mask detection use case implementation in the test scenario was successfully run on the MEC infrastructure.

Abstract

Keberadaan kasus stunting dan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang lambat di Desa Binangga menjadi pendorong untuk melakukan pengabdian. Metode yang digunakan dalam menangani kasus melalui pendekatan barbasis produk daerah. Makanan fungsional dari tepung ampas kelapa dan daun kelor dapat digunakan untuk menangani stunting dan menumbuhkan ekonomi masyarakat. Penanganan stunting dan pemulihan ekonomi dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu persiapan, produksi, standarisasi, penerapan, dan evaluasi. Tahapan persiapan meliputi indentifikasi dan diskusi masalah, serta sosialisasi dan penerapan pembentukan produk diikuti 45 orang yang terdiri dari ibu-ibu PKK, kader puskesmas, orang tua yang anaknya terindikasi stunting, dan petani kelapa. Dari identifikasi dan koordinasi dengan ibu-ibu PKK diperoleh data sekitar 10 anak yang terindikasi stunting berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, tinggi, dan berat badan anak. Tahapan selanjutnya dilakukan produksi dan standarisasi makanan fungsional. Tahapan penerapan dan evaluasi dilakukan dengan intervensi makanan fungsional selama 2 minggu dan pengukuran tinggi dan berat badan anak setiap minggu. Diperoleh hasil telah terjadi pertambahan tinggi dan berat badan anak rata-rata masing-masing 0,71 cm dan 0,48 kg tiap minggu. Keberhasilan intervensi makanan fungsional dalam meningkatkan tinggi dan berat badan anak dapat menjadi alternatif penanganan stunting. Keberhasilan ini juga dapat menjadi motivasi buat ibu-ibu PKK untuk mengembangkan dan memasarkan berbagai produk melalui platform digital.

Abstract

Management Employee Stock option Plan (MESOP) is an incentive scheme that grants employees the right to purchase company shares at a predetermined price. In its implementation, reporting is necessary to monitor the movement of employee stock option transactions. ESOP reporting is designed with automation adoption to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and time savings. The evaluation of ESOP reporting automation is conducted by analyzing ESOP reporting results and applying the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method to measure Availability Rate, Performance efficiency, and Product Quality. The results of the ESOP reporting evaluation analysis conclude that the identification of employee transaction data from the 'Employee Transaction List' page aligns with the results generated by the ESOP reporting automation system on the 'Report' page. In the performance of ESOP reporting with automation, an Availability Rate of 100% is achieved. Furthermore, for Performance efficiency, ESOP reporting with automation reaches a value of 99.6% compared to manual reporting. Meanwhile, for Product Quality, ESOP reporting with both automation and manual methods obtains a value of 100%. The conclusion drawn from the obtained OEE value is 99.6%, surpassing the expected World Class OEE standard of around 85%.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of Information Technology demands efficient data management, especially within hospital settings to provide optimal services. Medical records play a crucial role in this context, encompassing patient health information stored by healthcare professionals. The transition towards electronic-based medical records is a prevailing trend, albeit accompanied by concerns regarding data security risks. Therefore, this study aims to implement a medical record data management system with a security approach that includes a password hashing system and AES-256 encryption. This research aims to design a password hashing system, encryption-decryption mechanism, and analyze the security level of password hashing against brute force attacks. The methodology focuses on utilizing the bcrypt algorithm for password hashing and the AES-256 algorithm for medical record data encryption. Test results indicate that the password hashing system utilizing the bcrypt algorithm generates secure hashes, and the AES-256 encryption system successfully encrypts medical record data with a 100% success rate. Brute force testing proves the effectiveness of the bcrypt algorithm in safeguarding password hash values. This research confirms that the implementation of password hashing and AES-256 encryption provides a robust layer of security in electronic medical record systems, supporting the transition towards safer and more efficient data management.

Abstract

Excessive exposure to free radicals can cause skin to look dry and thin. Avocado seeds are a part of the fruit that is very rarely used and is even considered waste by society. Avocado seeds are known to contain good antioxidant activity to ward off free radicals. Topical preparations that are widely used to protect the skin from exposure to free radicals, one of which is lotion preparations with natural ingredients that contain antioxidants. This research aims to determine the antioxidant activity of avocado seed extract with different concentrations, formulate avocado seed extract lotion, distribute avocado seed extract lotion preparations, and determine the antioxidant activity of avocado seed extract lotion. The method used in this research is the in vitro 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) method. Each avocado seed was extracted with ethanol 50 %; 70 %; and 96 %. The best antioxidant results are made into cream preparations in 3 formulas, namely F1 0.01 %; F2 0.05 %; and F3 0.1 %. The best antioxidant test results were obtained from avocado seed extract with ethanol 70 % and an IC50 of 20.68 ppm with very strong antioxidant intensity. The three lotion formulations met the evaluation requirements for topical preparations and provided an antioxidant value of F1 of 128 ppm, F2 of 72 ppm, and F3 of 55 ppm. The conclusion of this research is that the highest antioxidants in avocado seed extract are found in the 70 % ethanol extract and in the formula 3 lotion preparation.
