Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the connection between burnout from work stress and social support. The nurses at the ICU and emergency room at Dr. Hasri Ainun Habibie. This study takes a quantitative approach and employs a correlational study design. Total sampling was used to collect the samples. There were 40 responders, 24 of whom were ER nurses and 16 of whom were ICU nurses. This study used the multiple correlation approach. According to the study's findings, there is a significant negative relationship between social support and burnout (correlation coefficient value = -73.1%), a positive and significant relationship between job stress and burnout (correlation coefficient value = 41.4%), and a relationship between social support and job stress with burnout (correlation coefficient value = 46.4%). The ER and ICU nurses at Dr. Hasri Ainun Habibie report a jointly significant association between social support and job stress burnout, as indicated by the coefficient of determination value (R square) of 53.5%.

Abstract

This study was conducted based on the condition of poor emotional management in the dormitory of Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of art therapy techniques with coloring media as an alternative media in improving the ability to regulate emotions in boarding students at Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo, totaling 14 women. The subject determination technique used purposive techniques. Data collection techniques used using an emotional regulation scale. The data analysis technique is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the study showed that boarding students experienced an increase after being treated with art therapy techniques. These results are shown by descriptive data analysis, students experienced an increase in emotional regulation scores of 1.71 points after being given treatment. The average score before and after treatment was given from 29.79 to 30.50, which can be said that art therapy with coloring media can improve the ability to regulate boarding students.
