Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the relationship and test the influence of togetherness and solidarity on the spirit of mutual cooperation, as well as to see the influence of togetherness and solidarity on the leadership of RT apparatus in Belian sub-district. Methodology: In this study, there are several stages that are carried out to get the expected results. Starting from conducting field observations, looking for what relationships can strengthen the spirit of mutual cooperation and improve the leadership of RT apparatus. Results: The results obtained from this study are that there is a strong influence between the variables studied due to the results obtained, namely the value of CR is greater than the value of the t-table, which shows that there is an influential effect on the research conducted. The relationship and influence between independent variables and dependent variables is quite strong and it can also be seen that the influence of the intervening variable The influence of Togetherness on Leadership Through the Spirit of Mutual Cooperation has a direct effect with the t-count value (1.882503) greater than the t-table (1.655), and this can be said that the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable and by using the intervening variable turns out to have a direct and significant influence result. Limitations: In this study, the researcher has limitations on the variables that are studied and this allows other researchers to use this research as a reference and replace some variables that are considered very influential to improve the leadership of the RT device.

Abstract

The electrical energy demand in currently era is a very vital need, the electrical energy demand is spread almost to all human life needs, so it is only right if there is a reliable energy supply, There fact are that many people's homes and also public places area or mosque and public facilities have poor electrical installations and need to repair. These also happen with the electrical facilities in the public facilities of Teluk Mata Ikan Village, Nongsa District, Batam City. The reality is that most people still do not understand about electrical installations and there are still many electrical installations that do not comply with general regulations on electrical installations, In addition, there are still many electrical installation connections made by the community themselves that do not comply with the provisions. So this time Community Service is carried out by providing counseling about the importance of reliable and safe electrical installations. and go directly to the location to show how to install it properly, correctly and safely. By holding community service (PKM), residents are expected to understand how to install electricity properly, correctly and safely. The equipment selected for installation in an electrical installation must meet applicable standards and must be in accordance with environment. The installation of equipment must comply with the provisions in PUIL standard, and suitable according to the equipment manufacturer's instructions. To increase public knowledge and understanding of the importance of electrical hazards achiefments, this activity needs to be carried out continuously.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat kewirausahaan berbasis media sosial bagi para pelaku bisnis usaha kecil dan menengah pada masyarakat Desa Pengudang. Pengabdian ini dianalisis berdasarkan tiga komponen. Hasil analisis komponen pertama sebesar 46% masyarakat dapat meningkatkan pemahaman kewirausahaan berbasis media sosial. Kedua, sebesar 60% masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan media sosial untuk mengembangkan kewirausahaan, dan yang terakhir mencapai 40% masyarakat yang memiliki kemampuan menggunakan media sosial untuk pengembangan usaha. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat mendorong masyarakat pesisir untuk memanfaatkan media sosial dalam mengembangkan kewirausahaan, walapun persentasenya masih dibawah 50%. Melalui pengabdian masyarakat ini, dapat mendorong minat kewirausahaan berbasis media sosial dalam meningkatkan usaha kecil dan menengah pada masyarakat desa pengudang. Namun masih perlu melakukan pendampingan berkelanjutan agar keberhasilan program ini terus mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal, memperkuat daya saing, serta menciptakan peluang usaha baru yang lebih inovatif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Purpose: To determine the regulation of the rotation speed of a DC motor using an NE 555 type IC and by providing a stable voltage with the same working frequency but varying DC motor speed control pulse cycles. Methodology: This research method includes several stages, the stages in the research are as follows: The data required is the specifications of each component and the specifications of the hardware design to be made. The selection of tools and materials used must be in accordance with what is expected for setting and controlling the speed of a DC motor Result: The effect of the armature current (Ia) on the rotation speed of the motor is directly proportional; that is, the greater the rotation speed of the series self-amplifying DC motor. Conclusion: DC motor speed increases with Va and Ia. IC NE555 enables simple, affordable PWM control, though manual potentiometer adjustment lacks precision. Limitations: Dependence on specific ICs: Focusing on the use of the NE 555 IC may limit the understanding of other alternatives that may be more suitable or efficient for certain applications. This article could be better if it includes a comparison with other available methods or ICs. Contribution: This study can provide practical insight into how to implement DC motor speed adjustment in various applications, such as in the fields of automation, robotics, and other small control systems. This may help readers who wish to apply the techniques taught in their projects.
