Abstract

The independent variable is one that alters or impacts the existence of the dependent variable, whereas the dependent variable is one that is affected by or the cause of the independent variable's existence. Since peer contact is a setting where people build their character through both positive and negative behavior, it may be claimed that peer interaction has a substantial impact on students' religiosity. Religion's approach to peer interaction also strongly inspires people to attempt and strive for their goals because, without prayer and worship, effort alone would not yield the greatest outcomes. Thus, in this role play, children are allowed to participate directly in the activity. There are types of games carried out in this role play, namely children playing puzzles, dismantling picture pieces and arranging wooden blocks that have been provided.

Abstract

A simple example of introducing religious values to children is that nature is God's creation, so it can be applied by observing plants, animals, mountains, earth and others that adhere to Islamic teachings. Then the organization teaches learning activities, namely Worship, especially prayer, ablution, reciting the Koran and practicing it in an Islamic way to teach morals to children. Based on this description, this study aims to determine the application of Islamic religious education in early childhood in shaping children's character. This study uses descriptive qualitative research, where this study discusses policies, concepts and theories.               Methods and information from the results of data collection related to the concept of Islamic religious education (PAI) learning. Establishing Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in early childhood is one way to teach Islamic religious values to children. Instilling Islamic religious values from an early age means instilling good character in children. In TK IT Al-Hikmah as an integrated Islamic institution, there are many activities that serve as references to support Islamic Religious Education learning in the institution, such as the Iqro class where children are specifically guided to be able to recite the Koran, memorize short verses or even Juz 30, hadiths, daily prayers, and prayer practices which are carried out routinely every day.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tiga fokus utama, yaitu untuk mengkaji kebutuhan akan media treechart dalam upaya peningkatan kemampuan mengenal huruf anak, menyusun desain pengembangan media tersebut, serta menguji validitas dan kepraktisan produk yang dihasilkan. Metode yang diterapkan adalah model pengembangan 4-D yang mencakup tahap pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, serta penyebaran angket kepada tiga orang guru yang menjadi subjek penelitian. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa guru memiliki kebutuhan yang signifikan terhadap kehadiran media treechart guna menunjang pembelajaran pengenalan huruf. Desain pengembangan telah dirumuskan secara sistematis meliputi instrumen analisis kebutuhan, buku panduan penggunaan, angket tanggapan guru, dan lembar evaluasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat kepraktisan media mencapai 89,44% yang tergolong sangat praktis, sementara tingkat kevalidannya sebesar 88,33% dan dinyatakan sangat valid. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media treechart yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi syarat kelayakan dan berpotensi efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines how teacher certification policy shapes the professionalism and teaching quality of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers in Indonesia. Using a Systematic Literature Review guided by PRISMA 2020, the study analyzed 35 empirical articles and policy documents published between 2015 and 2026 from Google Scholar, Garuda, DOAJ, Scopus, and ScienceDirect. The review shows that certification primarily strengthens formal professional recognition and teacher welfare through professional allowances, but its effect on classroom practice remains uneven. The literature consistently places teacher self-efficacy as an important mediator connecting certification, motivation, instructional innovation, adaptability, and the quality of teacher-child interaction. Persistent barriers were also identified, including unequal access between formal and nonformal PAUD teachers, administrative overload, limited follow-up professional development, infrastructure gaps, and weak digital competence. These findings indicate that certification should be treated as the entry point for continuous professional development, supported by equitable policy design, stronger managerial supervision, and systematic digital competency development. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana kebijakan sertifikasi guru membentuk profesionalisme dan kualitas pengajaran guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review yang mengacu pada PRISMA 2020, penelitian ini menelaah 35 artikel empiris dan dokumen kebijakan yang terbit pada periode 2015-2026 dari Google Scholar, Garuda, DOAJ, Scopus, dan ScienceDirect. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa sertifikasi terutama memperkuat pengakuan profesi secara formal dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru melalui tunjangan profesi, tetapi pengaruhnya terhadap praktik pembelajaran di kelas belum merata. Literatur juga memperlihatkan bahwa self-efficacy guru menjadi mediator penting yang menghubungkan sertifikasi dengan motivasi, inovasi pembelajaran, kemampuan adaptasi, dan kualitas interaksi guru-anak. Hambatan yang masih menonjol meliputi ketimpangan akses antara guru PAUD formal dan nonformal, beban administrasi, terbatasnya pengembangan profesional lanjutan, kesenjangan infrastruktur, serta lemahnya kompetensi digital. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa sertifikasi perlu ditempatkan sebagai pintu masuk pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan, yang didukung desain kebijakan yang lebih adil, supervisi manajerial yang kuat, dan penguatan kompetensi digital secara sistematis.
