Abstract

Dalam pembelajaran matematika salah satu kemampuan matematis yang harus siswa kuasai adalah pemahaman konsep matematis. Standar kemampuan ini hasrus dimiliki oleh siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran hal ini memiliki keterakitan dengan model pembelajaran yang akan digunakan oleh pendidik dalam mengajar Pelajaran matematika. Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi dalam dunia Pendidikan salahsatunya adalah kurangnya kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif model pembealajaran Discovery Learning berbantuan Media Bangun Datar berbasis Geogebra terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa kelas v sekolah dasar, penelitian ini menggunakan kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperiment dengan desain non equivalent control group design. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil Kesimpulan yaitu peningkatan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa pada kelas eksperimen lebih baik dari pada kelas kontrol dimana kelas eksperimen dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata 84 dan pada kelas kontrol dengan nilai rata-rata 77, selain itu N -Gain dari kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,52 dan N-Gain pada kelas kontrol sebesar 0,31 dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning berbantuan media bangun datar berbasis Geogebra lebih efektif dibanding pembelajaran model discovery learning berbantuan media powerpoint.

Abstract

This research aims to see the effect of the project-based learning model assisted by STEM teaching materials on students' critical thinking skills. The type of research used is experimental research with pretest and posttest group design. The population and subjects in this research were 4th grade students at MI Ma'arif NU Tamansari, totaling 42 students, with details of 21 students as the experimental class and 21 students as the control class. The data collection technique was carried out by conducting a critical thinking skills test. The activity began with a pretest in both the experimental and control classes, then continued by giving treatment to the experimental class with a project-based learning model assisted by STEM teaching materials and the control class with a discovery learning model assisted by conventional teaching materials. The activity ended by conducting a posttest in both the experimental class and the control class. The results of the pretest and posttest data are then processed by carrying out normality tests and homogeneity tests as prerequisite tests. The results of the normality and homogeneity tests show that the data is normally and homogeneously distributed. Next, data analysis was carried out by making decisions using the paired sample t test and the independent t test. The results of the paired sample t test and the independent sample t test show a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be interpreted that the use of the project-based learning model assisted by STEM teaching materials and the discovery learning model assisted by conventional teaching materials has an influence and difference in the average skill results. students' critical thinking. The posttest results in the experimental class averaged 86.95 > 65.71 compared to the average posttest results in the control class so it can be concluded that the use of the project-based learning model assisted by STEM teaching materials has a more significant effect on students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Critical thinking skill is one of the competences needed by the students. Implementing STEAM-based (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) learning in the classroom can trigger their critical thinking to develop as well as their learning outcome. This study aimed to describe the effectiveness of STEAM-based learning system in enhancing 4th grade students’ critical thinking and leaerning outcome in Pati Regency. This quantitative-experimental study was conducted using quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. Two different schools in Kayen, Pati, were chosen as the subject of the research, and the samples were chosen randomly. There are in total 63 participants, of which 29 of them were chosen from SDN Rogomulyo and 32 students from SDN Pesagi 02. Data collection process was done by using documentation and multiple choices pretest-posttest. N-gain test and independent sample t-test were used for data analyzation. The results of this study showed that STEAM-based energy conversion was proven as effective in enhancing 4th grade students’ critical thinking and their learning outcomes in Pati Regency. This can be seen from the results of the minimum criteria of effectiveness of the learning process after the subject received a treatment which is the implementation of STEAM-based learning.

Abstract

Pancasila Education (PP) learning in elementary schools needs to present engaging and contextual media so that students can better understand the values of diversity. This study examines the practice of using pop-up media that displays symbols of religious diversity in the city of Semarang, implemented in a Grade 2 class at Labschool UNNES, using the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) model. The three-dimensional pop-up media is expected to enhance student engagement and foster a sense of wonder, while also introducing them to local culture and religious diversity in their surroundings. This research employed a descriptive study method through direct observation during the learning process. The findings indicate that the use of pop-up media effectively increases student participation in discussions and their understanding of tolerance values. It is recommended that teachers develop culturally and contextually relevant media to enrich students’ learning experiences.

Abstract

Supervisi pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan profesionalisme guru. Namun, pendekatan supervisi yang bersifat formal dan kurang reflektif sering kali tidak memberikan dampak yang optimal. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, SDN Kejambon 2 melakukan berbagai inovasi dalam pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan kompetensi guru. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk inovasi supervisi pendidikan yang diterapkan di SDN Kejambon 2 serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan profesionalisme guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan supervisi digital, supervisi berbasis coaching dan refleksi, serta pelaksanaan lesson study mini mampu meningkatkan efektivitas supervisi. Inovasi-inovasi tersebut mendorong keterlibatan aktif guru, memperkuat budaya reflektif, dan meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa supervisi yang inovatif perlu diadopsi lebih luas sebagai strategi pembinaan profesional guru yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe assessment and evaluation strategies in primary schools that support the improvement of learning quality and student outcomes. The main issue addressed is the suboptimal implementation of comprehensive and contextual assessment practices, where many teachers still rely heavily on written tests and have not fully integrated formative, diagnostic, or authentic assessments. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature review method. Data were collected from relevant national and international scholarly sources published between 2020 and 2025, and analyzed through data reduction, thematic presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that effective assessment strategies include the use of various assessment types (diagnostic, formative, and summative), techniques (observation, performance assessment, written tests, interviews, reflective journals, portfolios), and the integration of technology such as online quizzes, digital assignment submissions, and e-portfolios. These strategies support active, reflective, and student-centered learning. However, their implementation faces several challenges, including limited teacher understanding, administrative burdens, and varying levels of student readiness. Proposed solutions involve continuous professional development, the use of digital tools, and adaptive assessment approaches. This study contributes both practically and theoretically by offering insights into effective and sustainable assessment strategies to enhance the overall quality of primary education.

Abstract

From the perspective of human resource planning, this paper explores how global higher education institutions integrate value education into the recruitment, development, and online training of young talents under digital transformation. It examines current practices, challenges, and development strategies in this area. By combining international research on sustainable human resource management, employee performance, emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and leadership, the study identifies common issues such as weak top-level planning, narrow evaluation systems, fragmented training processes, and insufficient welfare support for young academic staff. The research further shows that digital technologies such as virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and big data can overcome traditional time and space limits in education. These tools help achieve a three-dimensional goal of “knowledge transfer, skill development, and value formation.”he paper suggests that universities should strengthen the system and foresight of discipline planning, build multi-dimensional evaluation systems that value innovation and social contribution, establish full-cycle talent management mechanisms, and promote innovative use of digital technologies in value education.Finally, based on global best practices, this study provides strategic recommendations for higher education institutions in areas such as technology ethics, inter-university collaboration, and intelligent education development.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi asesmen diagnostik kognitif dan non-kognitif dalam mendukung pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada siswa kelas VI SDN Mangkukusuman 2 Kota Tegal. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, angket, dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 26 siswa kelas VI. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Milles dan Huberman 1994, meliputi reduksi data,penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kognitif siswa cukup beragam, dengan rincian: 27% siswa berada pada kategori mahir, 35% cukup mahir, dan 38% memerlukan bimbingan. Sementara itu, asesmen non-kognitif menunjukkan variasi gaya belajar siswa, yaitu Implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di SDN Mangkukusuman 2 berjalan secara efektif karena guru telah memanfaatkan hasil asesmen diagnostik untuk merancang strategi pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa, baik dari aspek konten, proses, maupun produk pembelajaran. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa asesmen diagnostik merupakan langkah awal yang penting dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran yang efektif dan berpusat pada peserta didik.

Abstract

The learning process in the classroom often causes boredom in students, which has an impact on low student learning outcomes; this is evident from the results of initial observations at elementary schools in Cluster II, Jembrana District, which showed that the learning outcomes of IPAS for grade V students were still low. The purpose of this study was to develop Ludo learning media in learning IPAS on the human digestive system in grade V elementary schools, to analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of ludo digestion learning media to improve the learning outcomes of IPAS for grade V elementary school students. This study used the research and development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. The data collection techniques used were interview, observation, questionnaire, test, and documentation. The validation results of the ludo digestion learning media were considered very feasible, with an average percentage of 97.92% in the material validation test and 92.50% in the media validation test. The ludo digestion learning media is also effective in improving the learning outcomes of IPAS for grade V elementary school students, as reviewed by a 2-tailed significance value of 0.000 and an n-gain value of 0.73. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the digestive Ludo learning media is feasible and effective for improving student learning outcomes in IPAS learning for grade V on the human digestive system material at elementary schools in Cluster II, Jembrana District.
