Abstract

Technology ultilizing and teacher creativity in the digital era are userful for developing teacher performance in learning methods, teacher activities in technology utilization and teacher creativity in the digital era affect teacher performance to create learning that is not monotonous. This analysis is carrired out to find solution to problems regarding technology utilization. At SD.MI Jauharatun Naqiyah facilitates the lab to its students to be used as learning materials, the teacher uses Youtube, Zoom, and applications for learning so that studen are more interested in learning. Then ice Breaking is done to warm up before te satart of learning, the teacher also have E-Learning which is used for student assessment, as a result of this application, student are more somfortable in learning, if they do not feel bored quikly with the classromm learning atmosphere, of course, it also guides student to get used to digital technology, what is in SD/MI Jauharatun Naqiyah uses applications during the learning process, not only through Google Form, SD/MI Jauharatun Naqiyah also uses applications in making question and materials to its students.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how interpersonal communication between husband and wife plays a role in decision-making regarding the number of children, viewed from the perspective of Mubādalah. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a library research approach, which examines various literature such as books, journal articles, and other relevant references. The results of the study indicate that effective interpersonal communication is characterized by openness, empathy, the ability to listen actively, honesty in expressing opinions, and emotional support has a major influence on the negotiation process and joint decision-making regarding the number of children. The Mubādalah perspective provides a theological and ethical framework in building equal partnerships, as well as correcting hierarchical relationship patterns that often place women's voices in a less prioritized position. By using the principle of Mubādalah, the decision on the number of children is not only understood as a technical issue, but also as a spiritual and moral discourse, where husband and wife have equal responsibility and authority in conveying their hopes, concerns, and limitations. This mutually respectful communication is the foundation for the formation of a harmonious and democratic family.]

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Return On Equty (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Current Ratio (CR) terhadap harga saham perusahaan subsektor makanan minuman tercatat di BEI pada periode 2020-2024. Metode peneliti gunakan deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan data sekundeer dari laporan keuangan tahunan. Dari populasi 131 perusahaan, sampel yang memenuhi kriteria normalitas berjumlah 9 perusahaan, dengan teknik analisa yaitu metode purposive sampling. Analisis data mencakup uji asumsi, regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 55,3% variasi harga saham. Secara simultan, ROE, DER, dan CR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara parsial, ROE dan CR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, demikian DER tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa rasio keuangan merupakan indikator penting sangat bermanfaat bagi perusahaan serta investor membuat keputusan.
