Abstract

The research conducted to know the discipline, motivation and competencies impacted on performance of employee at Evy Beautrec ("EB"). EB is a salon and beauty equipment manufacturer based in Surabaya. The study employed quantitative methods using saturated sampling/all respondents from the population are used as the research sample. The sample size was 33 people who are employees of EB. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and conducting several interviews with the respondents. The methods used to analyze the data were multiple linear regression, which was processed using SPSS tool. The results of the research are confirmed by t-test calculations, which show that discipline, motivation and competence have a significant impact on EB employees’ performance respectively. Furthermore, the F-test results show that EB employees’ performance simultaneously impacted by discipline, motivation and competence. Of the three independent variables studied, motivation has the greatest effect on EB employees' performance, followed by competence and discipline. Previous findings have shown that still nothing variables that impacts on employees performance, and this phenomenon has attracted the interest of researchers to investigate the performance of EB employees in relation to the impacted by work discipline, motivation and competence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh varian aroma dan strategi pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Estē Parfume di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 61 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian terlebih dahulu diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,953, yang menandakan tingkat reliabilitas instrumen berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode regresi linier berganda setelah seluruh data memenuhi uji asumsi klasik, meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa varian aroma memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, khususnya terkait daya tahan aroma serta kemampuannya digunakan dalam berbagai aktivitas konsumen. Di samping itu, strategi pemasaran juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, terutama melalui pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi serta penerapan program bundling yang menarik minat konsumen. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa varian aroma dan strategi pemasaran secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Estē Parfume. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,890 mengindikasikan bahwa 89% keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh kedua variabel tersebut, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pelaku usaha parfum dalam mengembangkan inovasi produk dan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi lapangan,ditemukan bahwa kinerja karyawan Hotel Gunawangsa Manyar masih menunjukkan beberapa permasalahan dalam kinerja. Karyawan lama lebih berpengalaman cenderung lebih memahami prosedur pelayanan,sementara karyawan baru belum sepenuhnya menguasai SOP, sehingga sering membutuhkan arahan dan kurang percaya diri dalam bekerja, Kondisi tersebut dapat menimbulkan kesalahan dan keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian tugas dan kurangnya kreativitas dalam kecepatan kerja, ketidak mampuan dalam mengevaluasi masalah saat jam kerja, serta masih adanya karyawan yang tidak memanfaatkan waktu dengan baik untuk menyelesaikan tugasnya.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, pengalaman kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Gunawangsa Manyar.Metode yang digunakan adalah kuntitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Hotel Gunawangsa Manyar, dengan jumlah sampel 50responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uiji asumsi klasik, rengresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda yaitu Y=2.869 + 0.476 + 0.251+0.158 + e dengan hasil uji t memunjukan motivasi kerja, pengalaman kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan singnifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, motivasi kerja, pengalaman kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang dibuktikan melalui nilai F hitung 26.516 > F tabel 2.81 dengan signifikansi < 0,05.
