BPs can build an environment that may receive timely scope and information by subordinates, and in this environment, decision making can be easy and effective. Thus, subordinates can obtain accuracy of information and scope about overall organization and take the right position to reach the target organization by considering tasks more clearly. this research uses data a questionnaire with this research population is managers and core employees of the 1,000 house construction project in Gresik City. Secondary data for this research base on literature, interviews, and other sources such as books, the internet, and others. SPSS output results show generated regression of the influence of BPs on Managerial Performance. With the meaning increasing BPs, the higher value of Managerial Performance. The results in this study support the research conducted by Saidu et al. (2017), Tanase (2013), and Eker (2009), which stated that BPs had effect on Managerial Performance despite different research objects.

The rise of e-commerce in Indonesia has transformed consumer behavior, leading to a growing preference for online shopping. Shopee, a unique e-commerce platform, is experiencing rapid growth in the country, sparking an increase in impulse buying. Factors such as positive emotions and sales promotions are believed to drive impulse purchases. This study employs quantitative research methods to explore these phenomena. By surveying 100 respondents, it was found that positive emotions do not impact impulse buying among Shopee users in Pondok Gede District. However, sales promotions have a significant influence on impulse buying in the same area. When combined, positive emotions and sales promotions have a notable effect on impulse buying behavior among Shopee users in Pondok Gede District. The findings of this study suggest that while positive emotions may not directly lead to impulse buying on Shopee, the presence of sales promotions can significantly influence consumer behavior. This highlights the importance of marketing strategies that leverage both emotional appeal and promotional offers to drive impulse purchases among online shoppers in Indonesia. Furthermore, the rapid growth of e-commerce platforms like Shopee in Indonesia indicates a shift towards a more convenient and accessible shopping experience for consumers. As more Indonesians embrace online shopping, businesses will need to adapt their marketing tactics to cater to the changing preferences of their target audience.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bringin Karya Sejahtera. Budaya kerja ialah Kerutinan yang dicoba dengan cara berkali- kali oleh pegawai dalam sesuatu badan. Arti budaya kegiatan amat dalam sebab bisa mengganti prilaku serta tindakan karyawan buat mengalami tantangan era depan serta mencapai daya produksi yang lebih besar. Jenis penelitian yang dicoba merupakan penelitian lapangan( field work) yang bertabiat kualitatif, ialah selaku metode penelitian yang menciptakan cerminan berbentuk perkata ataupun perkataan dari orang atau sikap yang bisa dicermati. Wawancara dan observasi langsung akan digunakan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam mengenai budaya kerja di PT. Bringin Karya Sejahtera. Melalui pendekatan ini peneliti dapat memahami konteks sosial, budaya, dan sejarah yang berdampak negatif maupun positif terhadap budaya kerja di PT. Bringin Karya Sejahtera. Populasi dan sampel diambil dari karyawan PT. Bringin Karya Sejahtera. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Buat memperoleh informasi yang betul- betul asi, hingga pengecekan kesahan informasi memakai metode triangulasi ialah metode mencoba integritas selaku kir informasi dari bermacam sumber, metode serta durasi. Tata cara triangulasi mengaitkan pemakaian bermacam pangkal informasi dalam pelacakan buat menciptakan uraian lebih dalam. Dalam penelitian ini, triangulasi yang digunakan merupakan triangulasi tata cara. Dengan alibi dalam triangulasi tata cara lebih dipusatkan pada pemakaian tata cara pengumpulan informasi yang berlainan semacam pemantauan serta tanya jawab mendalam serta apalagi lebih nyata buat diusahakan membidik pada pangkal informasi yang serupa buat mencoba kemantapan datanya. Begitu pula trianggulasi tata cara ini berupaya mengecek kestabilan penemuan yang diperoleh oleh tata cara pengumpulan informasi yang berlainan. Tata cara ini menarangkan sedi- segi aksesoris dari kejadian yang serupa, dimana kerapkali poin- poinnya merupakan perbandingan informasi ini amat menarik untuk periset yang berkualifikasi serta membagikan pengetahuan sangat banyak. Hasil penelitian tentang budaya kerja di PT. Bringin Karya Sejahtera menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Budaya kerja yang baik dapat disadari atau tidak, juga akan selaras dengan perkembangan organisasi ke arah yang lebih baik. budaya kerja memiliki guna ataupun kedudukan selaku pembeda ataupun pembatas dari organisasi yang lain, bukti diri guna organisasi, penumbuh komitmen guna pendapatan tujuan yang lebih besar dari hanya kebutuhan orang, menguatkan kebersamaan sosial, dan perlengkapan kendali sikap anggota organisasi.

Pondok Gede Tea Shop, a business operating in the beverage sector, must consider ensuring its business continuity amidst intense competition. According to information provided by the shop owner, the annual turnover is perceived to follow a linear trend. Although the current turnover adequately covers operational costs, the shop aims to augment its turnover through increased tea sales. This research employs a descriptive approach, utilizing data collected via semi-structured interviews. The study's outcomes, based on SAP and ETOP analyses, suggest an appropriate corporate strategy derived from the SWOT matrix: an investment strategy. Specifically, this involves short-term investments with subsequent benefits anticipated in the future.

Sambal Cumi and Paru by Dapoer Zambal is a new instant food business established in 2023. Not many people know about this business because it is still very new. In addition, there are many competitors working on the same business and are already successful. This study was conducted to determine whether the right competitive strategy can increase the sales of Dapoer Zambal's Sambal Cumi and Paru. For this study, a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats approach was used as a descriptive qualitative methodology. The analysis results show that improving customer service and adding new menu variations are the most effective competitive approaches to increase sales.

The research conducted to know the discipline, motivation and competencies impacted on performance of employee at Evy Beautrec ("EB"). EB is a salon and beauty equipment manufacturer based in Surabaya. The study employed quantitative methods using saturated sampling/all respondents from the population are used as the research sample. The sample size was 33 people who are employees of EB. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and conducting several interviews with the respondents. The methods used to analyze the data were multiple linear regression, which was processed using SPSS tool. The results of the research are confirmed by t-test calculations, which show that discipline, motivation and competence have a significant impact on EB employees’ performance respectively. Furthermore, the F-test results show that EB employees’ performance simultaneously impacted by discipline, motivation and competence. Of the three independent variables studied, motivation has the greatest effect on EB employees' performance, followed by competence and discipline. Previous findings have shown that still nothing variables that impacts on employees performance, and this phenomenon has attracted the interest of researchers to investigate the performance of EB employees in relation to the impacted by work discipline, motivation and competence.

Pertumbuhan pesat sektor e-commerce di Indonesia mendorong perusahaan seperti Tokopedia untuk terus meningkatkan strategi pemasaran digital dan pengalaman pelanggan guna mempertahankan loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing dan customer experience terhadap loyalitas konsumen Tokopedia di Indonesia. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap pengguna aktif Tokopedia, data dianalisis melalui regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui peningkatan keterlibatan dan persepsi merek. Sementara itu, customer experience terbukti menjadi faktor dominan yang memperkuat ikatan emosional dan kepuasan pengguna, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan loyalitas. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi strategis bagi pelaku e-commerce untuk mengintegrasikan kampanye digital yang efektif dengan peningkatan kualitas pengalaman pelanggan guna menciptakan hubungan jangka panjang yang berkelanjutan.

Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam memanfaatkan platform digital sebagai sarana pemasaran produk secara online. Dengan maraknya perkembangan teknologi dan transformasi menuju desa digital, pelaku usaha diharapkan mampu beradaptasi dengan strategi pemasaran modern guna meningkatkan daya saing dan jangkauan pasar. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan praktis, dan pendampingan dalam penggunaan berbagai platform digital seperti media sosial, marketplace, dan aplikasi bisnis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman pelaku usaha terhadap pentingnya digitalisasi serta kemampuan awal dalam mengelola akun bisnis secara daring. Program ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam mendorong transformasi digital UMKM di wilayah pedesaan secara berkelanjutan.

Program kreativitas mahasiswa (PKM) adalah program yang ditujukan untuk pengembangan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam bidang wirausaha yang berorientasi pada keuntungan atau laba. Komoditas usaha yang dapat dihasilkan bisa berupa barang atau jasa. Tujuan dari program ini yaitu membentuk mahasiswa agar mampu memiliki jiwa untuk berwirausaha yang kreatif dan inovatif. Kajian ini ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan manajamen usaha serta inovasi yang telah diaplikasikan dalam pelaksanaan Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa tahun 2024/2025. Data diperoleh dari hasil kegiatan PKM-K yang telah dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Mahardhika Surabaya. Produk hijab segi empat Zenith scarf memiliki peluang yang cukup besar. Hijab segi empat dengan bahan kain paris ori premium cukup digemari oleh semua kalangan karena nyaman dan dingin saat dikenakan, selain itu hijab paris dengan bahan paris ori premium mudah dibentuk dengan style apapun karena ringan dan tidak nerawang. Program kreativitas mahasiswa (PKM-K) menjadi potensi yang cukup besar dalam mengembangkan kreativitas dan inovasi mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha. Mahasiswa mampu menciptakan produk sebagai bahan usaha dengan target pasar mulai dari pelajar, mahasiswa, pekerja, serta ibu rumah tangga. Dalam pelaksanaan program kreativitas mahasiswa (PKM-K) Hijab Zenith Scarf telah memproduksi sejumlah 20 pcs dalam satu kali produksi. Selama kurang lebih 2 bulan, Hijab Zenith Scarf telah menghasilkan 60 produk hijab. Produk hijab yang telah terjual sebanyak 50 produk, warna beige dan cokelat susu menjadi warna yang paling banyak terjual.
