Abstract

The observations and interviews conducted at SDN Harapan found that the teaching materials for memorizing the Qur'an in elementary schools, in general, have not produced a strong long-term memorization quality in students who memorize the Qur'an. This research aims to develop teaching materials for memorizing the Qur'an based on reasonable, practical, and effective stories. This type of research is research and development. The development model used is the Plomp model, which consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Practicality test data was obtained from the results of observation analysis of learning implementation, which was used in this study, which was quantitative descriptive data analysis and qualitative descriptive data analysis. The research data collection instruments are a validation questionnaire for media and material experts, a questionnaire on the practicality of teacher and student responses, and a test in the form of a post-test. The post-test results obtained a score percentage of 80% and met the effective criteria. It can be concluded that the "QAF" teaching material based on the story developed meets the practical and effective criteria.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between the concept of the expansion of the earth from the perspective of the Qur'an and modern geological theory, especially regarding the movement of the earth's plates influenced by mantle convection. This study highlights the importance of understanding the expansion of the earth from both a scientific and spiritual perspective by analyzing terms in the Qur'an, such as madda, firasya, and daha. This study uses a qualitative approach through a literature study, integrating scientific literature and religious texts. The results of the study show that although there are differences between the concept of "expanding earth" in the Qur'an and modern scientific theory, both have a relationship that can be studied interdisciplinary. The discussion in this study emphasizes that the expansion of the earth does not only represent a physical phenomenon, but also reflects the greatness of Allah in the creation of the universe. The findings of this study are expected to enrich integrative scientific insights and provide new perspectives on the relationship between science and religion. In addition, the results of this study emphasize the relevance of religious values in understanding geological phenomena and encourage constructive dialogue between science and spirituality

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has significantly facilitated human activities, particularly in communication. However, technology is often misused for unethical and criminal purposes, such as theft, spreading misinformation, hate speech, and various forms of fraud. This study employs a literature research method with a maudhui approach based on Al-Farmawi’s framework. The findings indicate that the Qur'an provides clear guidance on privacy, security, and ethical principles in the use of technology. These principles serve as a foundation for addressing contemporary issues, including cybercrime, from an Islamic perspective. The study underscores the relevance of Qur'anic values in mitigating the ethical dilemmas posed by technological advancements. For future research, it is recommended to explore the practical implementation of Qur'anic ethical principles in digital policies and cybersecurity frameworks. Additionally, empirical studies on the effectiveness of Islamic ethics in preventing cybercrimes, as well as comparative analyses between Qur’anic perspectives and modern cybersecurity regulations, could provide further insights into developing ethical and secure digital environments.
