Abstract

The creative workshop on designing school bulletin boards is a community service activity aimed at enhancing the collaboration and creativity skills of students at SD 168 in Sinar Bhakti Village. The main issue identified is the lack of effective learning media to stimulate teamwork and creativity among students. This program was designed to train students in designing school bulletin boards as a medium for expression and interactive learning. The activity was carried out in several stages: initial observation to identify students' needs, theoretical training on the basic concepts of bulletin board creation, hands-on group practice to produce projects, and evaluation of the final results and students’ teamwork processes. The results showed that students not only improved their collaboration skills but also successfully created bulletin boards that were attractive and relevant to the given themes. Furthermore, the program increased students' confidence in presenting their work in public. The positive impact of this activity is reflected in the heightened enthusiasm of students for project-based learning activities. Thus, this program makes a significant contribution to the sustainable development of collaboration and creativity potential among students at SD 168 in Sinar Bhakti Village.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work discipline and competence on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja Branch. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The partial analysis results showed that work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 4.728. Competence also significantly influenced employee performance, with a t-value of 7.048 and a significance level of 0.000, which is lower than α = 0.05. Simultaneously, work discipline and competence jointly had a significant effect on employee performance, with an F-value of 109.134. The coefficient of determination (R Square) was 0.890, indicating that 89.0% of the variation in employee performance is explained by work discipline and competence, while the remaining 11.0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as motivation, job satisfaction, stress levels, compensation systems, and job design (Nurfitriani, 2022).

Abstract

Fish smoked processing (salai ikan) is a driving sector of the local economy in Batumarta II Village, Lubuk Raja District, Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU). However, local MSMEs still face structural barriers, including limited conventional marketing scope and unrecorded financial management. This community service aims to accelerate digital transformation for smoked fish MSMEs to expand their market reach and professionalize business operations. The method used in this program follows the asset-based community development (ABCD) approach, which involves four main stages: laying the foundation, planning, information gathering, and acting on findings. The execution of the program included branding reconstruction through vacuum packaging, training on managing digital marketplaces and social media platforms, and digital bookkeeping via mobile applications. The results of this intervention showed significant behavioral shifts among the local business owners, including the establishment of active e-commerce channels and structured capital segregation. Digitization efficiently eliminates predatory intermediaries, allowing fish processors to secure up to a 35% increase in profit margins.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work discipline and competence on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through a questionnaire that was distributed to 30 respondents who were active employees of the company. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to determine the influence of independent variables on dependent variables. The results of the partial analysis showed that work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 4.728. Competency was also proven to have a significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 7.048 and a significance level of 0.000, which is smaller than α = 0.05. Simultaneously, work discipline and competence together had a significant effect on employee performance with an F score of 109,134. The value of the determination coefficient (R Square) of 0.890 indicates that 89.0% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by work discipline and competence, while the remaining 11.0% are influenced by other variables outside the study, such as motivation, job satisfaction, stress level, compensation system, and job design (Nurfitriani, 2022).
