Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan Islam perlu kembali ke akar historisnya guna meneguhkan identitas, karakter, kekhasan, dan keunikan. Terdapat sebuah spirit yang tak lekang oleh waktu, bahkan mendasari model pendidikan ideal di era kontemporer. Sejarah pendidikan Islam yang digagas oleh para wali merupakan cerminan bagaimana semestinya Islam disampaikan. Di era kontemporer umat muslim Indonesia, spirit pendidikan Islam ala para wali menemukan momentum dan sekaligus wadahnya, yaitu melalui tiga lembaga pendidikan yang ada: pesantren, kampus, dan lembaga adat. Ketiganya membutuhkan upaya integrasi, sinergi, dan modifikasi yang kontekstual. Apabila sistem dari tiga lembaga ini sudah terkoneksi maka epistemologi pendidikan Islam khas Nusantara bisa terwujud.

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant transformations to the field of education, including Islamic education. Technology such as the internet, mobile devices, and e-learning platforms have shifted learning models from teacher-centered to student-centered approaches, making education more accessible and flexible. However, Islamic educational institutions like madrasas and pesantrens face unique challenges in integrating technology due to limitations in infrastructure, educator skills, and concerns about preserving Islamic values. This paper explores the opportunities and challenges posed by digitalization for Islamic education, focusing on infrastructure gaps, training needs for educators, and the cultural concerns surrounding the use of technology. The paper also highlights successful case studies from institutions like Madrasah Al-Irsyad and the International Islamic University Malaysia, showing how strategic management and government support can help overcome these challenges. It concludes by emphasizing the importance of integrating technology while maintaining the core values of Islamic education.

Abstract

This research investigates strategic management implementation in enhancing student learning motivation within Islamic higher education institutions through a phenomenological qualitative approach. An in-depth study explores motivation enhancement complexity by identifying three critical dimensions: structural, pedagogical, and spiritual. Research findings reveal that institutional transformation toward flexible and participatory models, student-centered learning method innovations, and systematic Islamic value internalization significantly influence learning motivation dynamics. Key success factors include transformative leadership, comprehensive mentoring systems, continuous faculty capacity development, and supportive technological infrastructure. The resulting strategic management model offers an integrative framework synergizing academic, spiritual, and managerial aspects within the Islamic higher education context, providing a holistic approach to stimulating student learning motivation

Abstract

The problem addressed in this community service project is the low understanding of PKBM Permata Paket B students in applying mathematics to everyday life. The objective of this study is to improve students' understanding of mathematics through context-based learning, as well as to stimulate their interest and independence in solving problems involving numbers. The method used is a contextual teaching approach involving group discussions, problem-solving exercises, and real-life problem applications. The results show that context-based mathematics learning significantly improved students' understanding of budgeting, expenses, and personal finance management. Students also showed increased active participation in learning activities and a better ability to connect mathematical theory with practical problems in their daily lives. This program also had a positive impact on social empowerment, increasing students' independence in managing their daily lives. However, challenges related to understanding more complex concepts remain, and it is recommended to use more varied methods and extend the learning time in the future.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan digital kepala sekolah menjadi faktor penentu dalam keberhasilan transformasi pembelajaran abad ke-21. Studi ini bertujuan mengungkap tantangan dan strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam mengelola pembelajaran digital di masa kini. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, data diperoleh melalui observasi kegiatan pembelajaran daring, analisis log Learning Management System (LMS), dokumentasi rencana pembelajaran digital, serta wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah dan guru. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan lemahnya kapasitas coaching digital, belum terpadu¬nya supervisi daring, dan ketimpangan kesiapan guru dalam penguasaan LMS. Namun, terdapat strategi adaptif yang dikembangkan kepala sekolah, seperti integrasi supervisi digital, penguatan kolaborasi guru, dan pemanfaatan data LMS sebagai basis pengambilan kebijakan. Evaluasi berbasis data juga menjadi praktik penting dalam manajemen inovasi digital. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan kapasitas kepemimpinan instruksional digital melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan dan penyediaan kebijakan teknologi yang responsif. Hasil ini memberi kontribusi terhadap pengembangan model kepemimpinan pembelajaran digital berbasis konteks Indonesia
