Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan sebagai konsep yang secara tepat mewakili inti dari kinerja suatu pelayanan, yaitu perbandingan terhadap excellence dan sales counter yang dilakukan oleh konsumen. Terciptanya kepuasan dapat membuat hubungan pelanggan dengan Institusi menjadi baik. Pelanggan akan melakukan pembelian ulang dan akan membuat pasien loyal terhadap Institusi tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien rawat jalan RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kuantatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif, dilaksanakan di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 67 sampel. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan univariat, bivariat, uji normalitas. Hasil penelitian dari uji bivariat Koefesian P-Value dengan jumlah nilai 0,016 maka dapat dikatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien. Pasien merasa puas dengan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau.

Abstract

The referral system is the implementation of health services that regulates the delegation of tasks and responsibilities of reciprocal health services both vertically and horizontally. The referral system has levels starting from the first level health facilities, one of which is the Community Health Center (Puskesmas). Public understanding of BPJS Health, especially regarding the referral system, is one of the factors that influence the high and low ratio of referrals at the Community Health Center. With the emergence of the Covid-19 outbreak, people in RW 003 Kulim Village are afraid to come for treatment at the nearest health facility. This statement was directly conveyed by local residents where they prefer to use natural herbal remedies that are chopped themselves. This is also related to the community's lack of understanding of the flow/tiered referral system in health facilities. In this article, the author describes the community service activities that have been carried out to increase the understanding of the local community about the Tiered Referral System in Health Facilities Community service activities carried out at the Nurul Ikhlas Mosque RW 003 Kulim Village, Kulim District. Before conducting counseling and finding the priority of this problem, the writer conducted a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method using a questionnaire with a total of 130 samples, with the accidental sampling technique in RW 003 Kulim Village. As for the results of this community service activity, the community already knows the flow/tiered referral system at health facilities and the requirements for their management.

Abstract

Technology company Apple Inc. is a market leader in IOS-based Smartphone sales. In market control, this company can quickly expand its sales wings with its official distributors to be able to reach several countries, especially buyers. The resulting products have a fairly good strategic power targeting the middle to upper segments. The methodology is exposed that the marketing of the products used leads to premium services and digital media-based distribution. The strategy adopted by Apple Inc. has proven to be very effective because the introduction of products that have an exclusive image makes loyal customers wait for the presence of their products until they reach their official distributors. By conducting good research and development (R&D) on its product line, it makes it challenging to run the market to the global corner. This study provides strategy and understanding of the business perspective of Apple Inc. technology.
