Abstract

Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK), memiliki peran penting dalam mewujudkan pendidikan jasmani yang inklusif dan berpusat pada peserta didik, guru harus mampu memahami apa yang menjadi kebutuhan peserta didik dan menuntunnya sesuai kodratnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam mata pelajaran PJOK (Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan) di MI Nahdlatul Ulama Balikpapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, metode penelitian kualitatif adalah prosedur penelitian ilmiah yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari proses interaksi komunikasi yang mendalam antara peneliti dengan fenomena yang akan dibahas. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam metode kualitatif, adalah peneliti itu sendiri. Selama pengambilan data peneliti dibantu dengan pedoman wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) di MI Nahdlatul Ulama Balikpapan adalah: 1) Tahapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. 2) Strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. 3) Evaluasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang dilakukan oleh guru.

Abstract

Model evaluasi berperan penting dalam proses ini. Evaluasi profesionalisme guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) bukan hanya proses sekali jalan. Evaluasi yang efektif harus dilakukan secara komprehensif dan berfokus pada kebutuhan guru, yang akan membantu mereka meningkatkan kemampuan, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan untuk menjalankan tugasnya secara profesional dan mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang lebih. Dalam peneletian ini, Implementasi Model Evaluasi dalam pengembangan profesionalisme guru di MI Nahdatul Ulama Balikpapan, menggunakan Model Evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model evaluasi CIPP dalam pengembangan profesionalisme guru di MI Nahdatul Ulama (MINU) Balikpapan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode kualitatif. Metode penelitian ini adalah jenis metode penelitian yang menghasilkan penemuan-penemuan yang tidak dapat dicapai (diperoleh) dengan menggunakan prosedur-prosedur statistik atau cara-cara lain dari kuantifikasi (pengukuran). Dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu, wawancara. Teknik wawancara yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam atau in-the interview. Hasil peneletian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model evaluasi CIPP dalam pengembangan profesionalisme guru di MI Nahdatul Ulama Balikpapan yaitu, 1) Evaluasi Konteks, 2) Evaluasi Masukan, 3) Evaluasi Proses, dan 4) Evaluasi Produk. Upaya-upaya untuk mengembangkan model evaluasi profesionalisme guru menjadi hal yang perlu diperhatikan. Mengingat bahwa perbaikan kualitas pembelajaran harus difokuskan pada upaya memperbaiki kualitas guru yang nantinya membentuk generasi penerus yang berkahlak mulia dan berilmu.

Abstract

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam and is obligatory for all able-bodied Muslims. The level of compliance among Muslims in paying zakat remains a challenge, especially within the Muhammadiyah community itself. This study aims to determine whether religiosity and literacy influence the compliance of the Muhammadiyah community in paying zakat to the Muhammadiyah Zakat, Infaq, and Shodaqoh Institution (Lazismu) in Sidoarjo. The quantitative research method was used in this study, using the Muhammadiyah community in the Sidoarjo region as the research population. The sample was selected based on the criteria of respondents already employed. The research instrument was a questionnaire to measure the influence of religiosity and literacy on zakat compliance. Data processing used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. This study found that religiosity and literacy have a positive and significant influence on the compliance of the Muhammadiyah community in paying zakat at Lazismu Sidoarjo. The higher a person's religiosity, the higher their compliance in paying zakat. Similarly, with literacy, individuals with a good understanding of the concepts, laws, and procedures for paying zakat (especially in this digital age) tend to be more compliant in paying zakat, as it can be done anywhere and anytime through various platforms provided by zakat institutions. In this study, religiosity and literacy also had a simultaneous influence, contributing significantly to zakat compliance, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 57.3%.

Abstract

Environmental degradation continues to escalate globally, underscoring the urgent need to enhance environmental education from the earliest stages of schooling. This study aims to examine the influence of Environmental Education (Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup: PLH) on the environmental care attitudes of fifth-grade students at SD Nasional KPS Balikpapan. A quantitative correlational design was employed, involving 30 students selected through a total sampling approach. A Likert-scale questionnaire was used and validated prior to analysis, employing simple linear regression. The results indicate that PLH has a positive yet statistically insignificant influence on students' environmental care attitudes (β = 0.234; p = 0.086). The R² value of 0.102 shows that PLH contributes only 10.2% to the variance in environmental care attitudes. In contrast, the remaining 89.8% is influenced by other factors such as school culture, family environment, and peer interactions. These findings suggest that PLH at the elementary level must be strengthened through more holistic, experiential, and contextually integrated approaches that support the development of environmentally responsible behavior.
