Abstract

Bangka Belitung is an archipelago province that has various tourist destinations, one of which is Bangka Botanical Garden (BBG) which is an agro tourism area that not only promotes nursery systems, but also other fields such as education, research, sports and tourism. This study aims to determine the effect of facility, accessibility and tourist attractiveness on tourist satisfaction visiting the Bangka Botanical Garden (BBG) Pangkalpinang. This Study uses a quantitative approach with a total sample of 260 respondents, while sampling techniques is non-probability sampling techniques using accidental sampling method. The independent variable in this study consists of facitily, accessibility, and tourist attractiveness, while the dependent variable is tourist satisfaction. Data processing uses multiple linear regression analysis with T test, F and R2 test. The results showed that testing the hypotheses, both partially and simultaneously on facility variables, accessibilities and tourist attractiveness had a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction visiting Bangka Botanical Garden (BBG) Pangkalpinang. This indicated that the better the facilities, accessibilities and tourist attractiveness available in the Bangka Botanical Garden (BBG) tourism area of Pangkalpinang, the more tourist satisfaction increase. The coefficient of determination (R2) was 62.7%, which means that the variables of tourist satisfaction can be explained by variable facilities, accessibility and tourist attractiveness.

Abstract

Creative industries based on local wisdom are born from the creativity of the community who see the potential and unique characteristics in its region. Pangkalpinang City is the capital of the province of Bangka Belitung Islands always strives to improve economic development in improving the level of welfare of its people, one of them through the creation of SMEs. This study aims to identify and analyze how SMEs development opportunities by Tripple Helix ABG method in supporting creative economy in Pangkalpinang City. Kind of this research is descriptive qualitative approach by data collecting. This study is one of Small Research and Development (R & D) category. Respondents of this research are the beginner perpetrator of SMEs Creative Industry in Pangkalpinang City. The SMEs’ men are 61 persons. In this research, creative economy field covers 9 (nine) sectors: Advertising, Publishing and Printing, Fashion, Design, Research and Development, Information Technology, Architecture, Craft, and Interactive Games. The results of this study indicate the efforts and roles of each aspect of Triple Helix have not been so maximal, so further development opportunities can still be done.

Abstract

Empowerment model and work discipline is reladet to the school performance. This study aims to analyze and determine the effet of the empowerment model and work discipline of teachers on the school performance in SMA Negeri 1 Mendo Barat, Bangka Regency. Empowerment and work discipline of the teacher are able to increase the school performance. Theachers who were satisfied with the empowerment model that given by the principal and obey the school’s rule will give a good impact to the school performance. This study is quantitave descriptive survey approach. The amount of sample was 38 people. The study used cencus method. Independent variables consist of empowerment model (X1) and work discipline of the teachers (X2), while the dependent variable wash school performance (Y). Testing instrument used validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. While, the analysis data method using multiple linear regression with the F test and t-test. The result shows that the variables of empowerment model (X1) and work disicpiline of the teachers (X2) simultaneously has signifikan effect on the performance of schools in SMA Negeri 1 Mendo Barat Kabupaten Bangka. It is shown by the calculation of the F test that Fcount (33.251) > Ftable (3.23) with p value of 0.000 < 0.05. Moreover, the adjusted R Square value of 0.635, which means that the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable is 63.5%. Partially, the result of t test shows that variables of empowerment model (X1) and work discipline of the teachers (X2) has a significant effect on the dependent variable models (X1) with variable calculation empowerment (X1) tcount (2.693) > ttable (2.0301) and work disicipline of the teachers (X2) tcount (2.250) > ttable (2.0301)

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Intellectual Capital (VACA, VAHU, STVA) on profitability and productivity. The population in this study is a Banking Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2016. Samples obtained by a purposive sampling method obtained 30 banking companies from 2014 to 2016. It is an empirical study using PLS for the data analysis. The analysis using outer test models and the inner model. Research results show that Intellectual Capital has a positive impact on profitability (ROA). The higher the value of VAIC (Value Added Intellectual Capital), the higher the profitability of the banking company. This indicates that the company is getting better in managing the assets that result in an increased return on assets owned companies measured by ROA. Intellectual Capital has a positive impact on productivity (ATO), yet VAHU and STVA have no positive and significant effect on productivity, whereas VACA has a positive and significant influence on productivity. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse the impact of the development of supply chain strategy in the tourism KEK Kelayang Cape as an alternative economy after Tin Mining. The research method is quantitative descriptive design, the number of samples used 80 SME business based on tourism. Analysis of the data using the analysis Confirmatory Factor with PLS method. Research findings indicate that the development of tourism in the Island of Belitung already provide economic impact, social and environment. The impact of the economy has 5 (five) dimensions, social impact has 5 (five) dimensions and environmental impacts have 4 (four) dimensions. The results of this analysis found that the impact of the economy is the most important dimension of measuring the impact of the development of KEK Kelayang Cape with the value of loading factor as the most high. The results of research has implications for the management practices that for economic impact absorption work force indicator is most important. Now the most important indicator of the social impact is positive changes on the values and adat isitiadat. The most important indicator of Environmental impact is the performance improvement/condition of the tourism area. Research Originality: This research conducted in the election of 1 of 10 tourism destination in Indonesia which is KEK , based on tourism in Belitung Island.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship and influence of social assistance on the number of poor people in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands. There are control variables as comparison, namely; unemployment, central government debt, economic growth and poverty. The research method uses a quantitative approach with non-parametric statistics, annual data (2015-2020) and elasticity are used to measure the magnitude of change in the number of poor people due to additional social assistance. Spearman Rank test to examine the relationship of each variable (the number of unemployed, central government debt and economic growth) to the amount of poverty in Indonesia. The results of the study show that there is a very strong relationship between social assistance for Contribution Assistance Recipients and the Family Hope Program on the number of poor people. A negative sign indicates that social assistance can significantly reduce poverty, with the strongest impact being the program. There is a strong relationship between debt and the number of poor people. The slowdown in economic growth has been proven to be unrelated to the number of poor people. This means that, in the midst of an economic slowdown, the number of poverty in Indonesia can be reduced through social assistance programs, job creation as laborers and government debt is allocated for productive activities and economic activities that have a direct impact on the poor and the poor. vulnerable to poverty.

Abstract

Program kegiatan ini merupakan skema pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan melakukan sosialisasi dan pendampingan untuk mendapatkan dana KUR Syariah dan Pemberdayaan UMKM di Kota Pangkalpinang Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Abstract

MSME owners in Central Bangka also have not been able to prepare financial reports in accordance with applicable financial standards. This is because MSME owners do not know the basics of accounting records. Even though there are quite a lot of Android-based accounting and financial reporting applications available with various choices according to the needs of the owner. This service uses the lecture method to introduce the basics of accounting and demonstration methods for assisting in the preparation of Android-based financial reports. This activity is expected to provide knowledge for PPKL and MSME owners regarding the basics of accounting and at the same time prepare financial reports for MSME owners. Evaluation of this activity is carried out by providing feedback sheets in the form of pre-test and post-test to measure the level of understanding of participants.

Abstract

People's Business Credit (KUR) is a credit guarantee program, where this program is channeled to MSMEs who need additional loan funds for their businesses so that they can increase business productivity. After the program runs, the guarantee institution ensures that the program has been running productively or effectively so that the target for the distribution of the KUR program is achieved. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the distribution of People's Business Credit (KUR) and its effect on improving the performance of micro and small enterprises. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research. Descriptive research pays attention to the actual problem as it was at the time the research took place. Through descriptive research, researchers try to describe events and events that are the center of attention without special treatment for these events. The last stage in data analysis is drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that KUR in the city of Pangkalpinang can be said to be effective, because it has met the requirements set by the government.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of marketing strategy and service quality on customer satisfaction among massage chair service users at PT Nusantara Sehat-Perfect Relax at Depati Amir Airport, Pangkalpinang City. The study employed a nonprobability sampling method using the incidental sampling approach, and the data analysis involved validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and R-squared test with SPSS version 24. The results of the descriptive analysis revealed moderate mean values for marketing strategy (3.37), service quality (3.35), and consumer satisfaction (3.34). The research found that marketing strategy (X1) and service quality (X2) positively and significantly affected customer satisfaction. Moreover, the F-test demonstrated that marketing strategy and service quality jointly and significantly influenced customer satisfaction (p < 0.05, p = 0.000). These findings highlight the importance of effective marketing strategies and high service quality to enhance customer satisfaction. The research contributes valuable insights for service industry practitioners and managers to improve customer experiences and loyalty.
