Abstract

Sustainable economic development must be achieved by developing countries. Economic development is a major phenomenon in human history placed in the industrial revolutionary movement. Indonesia has made great progress in economic development. Indonesia has an important role in the global economy. The aim of this research is to identify inclusive economic development in agriculture and plantation sectors in Indonesia. This study identifies the agricultural and plantation sectors in the areas of palm oil, rubber, crop and cocoa farming. The results show that agriculture and plantation sector in Indonesia plays an important role in economic development. Production of palm oil, rubber, crop and cocoa farming should be further enhanced in Indonesia, particularly areas that are sufficient for agriculture and plantation cultivation.

Abstract

This activity is conducted on Small and Medium Micro Enterprise (UMKM) "Raja Abon Makmur Lestari". In carrying out its business, MSME requires the right business planning and marketing strategy to prepare the business in the development of its business into a bigger and stronger business. This devotional activity provides the delivery of materials and direct practice of website creation and recording training - reporting of MSME financial statements. This activity is conducted by lecture, question and answer method and discussion. This method is used as a medium of communication during the training so that there is two-way communication between the speakers and the perpetrators of SMEs. Activities include the delivery of materials and direct practice of website creation and recording training - reporting of MSME financial statements. The results of the implementation of this activity are (1) Knowledge and understanding of MSME actors in making and using the website to be increased. (2) The existence of MSME website is expected to assist in information technology based marketing strategy in increasing sales. (3) The skills of MSMEs actors in recording and preparing financial statements are increasing, so it is possible to make their own financial report.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Intellectual Capital (VACA, VAHU, STVA) on profitability and productivity. The population in this study is a Banking Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2016. Samples obtained by a purposive sampling method obtained 30 banking companies from 2014 to 2016. It is an empirical study using PLS for the data analysis. The analysis using outer test models and the inner model. Research results show that Intellectual Capital has a positive impact on profitability (ROA). The higher the value of VAIC (Value Added Intellectual Capital), the higher the profitability of the banking company. This indicates that the company is getting better in managing the assets that result in an increased return on assets owned companies measured by ROA. Intellectual Capital has a positive impact on productivity (ATO), yet VAHU and STVA have no positive and significant effect on productivity, whereas VACA has a positive and significant influence on productivity. Abstract

This study is a follow-up study conducted by Zaki et al. (2014), who explored Islamic banks' ethical identity with financial performance. This study aims to identify the identity of Islamic banks in Asia against Shari'ah law and examine the relationship between EII and financial performance. The data used are financial data from 7 Islamic banks in Asia in 2016-2019. The study results show that the higher the EII value, the higher the Islamic bank supervision of sharia. Then the researcher describes the relationship between EII and financial performance as measured by using Return On Assets. The result is that there is no relationship between EII and financial performance.

Abstract

Education is essential for the development of the whole human being to educate and improve the life of the nation's people. The Ministry of Education and Culture offered the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka Program (MBKM) in 2020 to prepare tertiary education graduates who are resilient in facing change. The purpose of this community service is to create an educational atmosphere that is meaningful, fun, creative, and dialogic and has a professional commitment to improving the quality of education in Indonesia. This service activity was carried out at 12 Sungai Selan Elementary School, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The results of this activity get some hard skills and soft skills for students and are useful in the world of work.Keywords: Education, Human Development, Ability, Change, School Activities

Abstract

The Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka Program(MBKM) is a program launched by the Minister of Education andCulture which aims to encourage students to master varioussciences in preparation for entering the world of work. One of theMBKM programs is Teaching Assistance Activities wherestudents go directly into the world of education under theguidance of teachers and supervisors in the formal educationunit. This Teaching Assistance activity is carried out for onesemester starting from July 18 to November 4 2022. The authorprovides assistance to grades 5, 6 and children with specialneeds at the Pangkal Pinang Natural School. Mentoring activities in natural schools are carried out by Project Based Learning Learning Model and Thematic Learning Model.

Abstract

In recent years, the volume of imports of goods has increased significantly due to the sale of imported goods by e-commerce actors in importing goods, to reduce the volume of imported goods, the government has imposed new rules regarding the import of consignments, regulated in PMK 199/PMK 010/ 2019 concerning Customs, Excise and Tax Provisions on Imported Goods. This study aims to analyze the effect of changes in tax rates, establishment of a harmonized system, and shopping preferences on importers' decisions in purchasing imported e-commerce goods. This research approach is a quantitative descriptive analysis with a sample of 105 respondents. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique using a purposive sampling method. Based on the research results, changes in import tax rates, harmonized systems and shopping preferences have a positive and significant effect on importers' purchasing decisions. The results of this study are expected to provide information as a basis for consideration, support, and contribution of ideas to importers and the government in an effort to reduce import volumes and reduce the trade balance deficit.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become the foundation for building policy, organizational, and HR transformations. The paper estimates a model of digital transformation in banking sector reflect on the phenomenon, the literature from multiple fields, and case studies. The data is used from the case of The Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia. The finding shows that the internal factors, external factors, and risks could determine whether the implementation of the digital transformation model succeeds. There are still many improvements to integrate overall and work for the digital transformation.

Abstract

Asistensi mengajar merupakan salah satu bentuk pelaksanaan program Merdeka Belajar - Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa yang memiliki minat dalam bidang pendidikan untuk turut serta mengajarkan dan memperdalam ilmunya ; membantu meningkatkan pemerataan kualitas pendidikan ; serta relevansi pendidikan dasar dan menengah dengan pendidikan tinggi dan perkembangan zaman. Kegiatan asistensi mengajar ini telah dilaksanakan selama 16 minggu di SMP Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang, Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, yang dilakukan mahasiswa secara kolaboratif di bawah bimbingan guru pamong dan dosen fasilitator. Dalam kegiatan ini, mahasiswa melakukan praktik mengajar khususnya dalam mata pelajaran matematika, pendidikan kewarganegaraan, dan akidah akhlak. Mahasiswa juga melakukan kegiatan non mengajar seperti membantu pelaksanaan kegiatan-kegiatan di sekolah, mendampingi siswa dalam kegiatan karnaval dan jalan sehat, membantu reparasi bangunan sekolah dan penataan perpustakaan. Pada bagian administrasi, mahasiswa membantu guru menyiapkan perangkat pembelajaran dan bahan ajar, serta membantu pendataan kunjungan dan peminjaman buku di perpustakaan. Melalui kegiatan ini, mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan softskills dan hardskills seperti kepemimpinan, inovasi atau pemecahan masalah langsung dari lapangan, kemampuan komunikasi, dan kemampuan di bidang desain. Sedangkan bagi sekolah mitra kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan pelayanan pendidikan baik dari sisi pengajaran ataupun non pengajaran dan administrasi.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the management of village fund allocation at the Planning, Implementation, Administration, Reporting and Accountability stages and to analyze the impact of village fund allocation on community empowerment and village institutions in Mangkol Village and Pedindang Village, Pangkalan Baru District, Central Bangka Regency. His research is a type of qualitative research and the data used is primary data and secondary data collected using observation, interviews and documentation methods. Resource persons in the research consisted of the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, BPD Management, PKK, LPM, BUMDes, Karang Taruna, RT, Community. The data analysis technique used in the field is tennis The results of this research show that the Planning, Implementation, Administration, Reporting and Accountability stages are in accordance with the predetermined pathways and guidelines. Village Fund Allocation has a positive impact on community empowerment and village institutions. However, the community has not been able to develop the economy in the village due to a lack of responsibility and understanding from the BUMDes management team.
