Abstract

ABSTRAK. Investasi saham di pasar modal tidak lepas dari risiko. Semakin tinggi keuntungan yang diperoleh dari investasi, maka akan berpotensi tinggi pula risiko yang dihadapi (high risk high return). Diversifikasi saham merupakan salah satu cara untuk memperkecil risiko investasi yang dapat dilakukan oleh investor. Tantangan besar ketika melakukan diversifikasi saham dalam portofolio adalah penentuan kandidat saham-saham dan besarnya proporsi jumlah dana yang ditempatkan pada masing-masing saham yang menyusun portofolio optimum. Penyelesaian masalah pembentukan portofolio optimum ini dilakukan dengan mengimplementasikan algoritma genetika agar diperoleh proporsi saham yang dapat menghasilkan keuntungan optimum dengan tingkat kerugian yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Studi kasus dilakukan pada sejumlah saham dengan kinerja unggul yang aktif diperdagangkan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode algoritma genetika bekerja dengan efektif dalam penyelesaian masalah pembentukan portofolio optimum

Abstract

MSME owners in Central Bangka also have not been able to prepare financial reports in accordance with applicable financial standards. This is because MSME owners do not know the basics of accounting records. Even though there are quite a lot of Android-based accounting and financial reporting applications available with various choices according to the needs of the owner. This service uses the lecture method to introduce the basics of accounting and demonstration methods for assisting in the preparation of Android-based financial reports. This activity is expected to provide knowledge for PPKL and MSME owners regarding the basics of accounting and at the same time prepare financial reports for MSME owners. Evaluation of this activity is carried out by providing feedback sheets in the form of pre-test and post-test to measure the level of understanding of participants.

Abstract

Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan industri halal, terutama di sektor makanan dan minuman, perikanan, serta pariwisata halal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peluang dan tantangan dalam pengembangan industri halal di daerah ini serta merumuskan strategi yang dapat diterapkan guna meningkatkan daya saing industri halal lokal. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pelaku usaha, pemangku kebijakan, serta akademisi, serta observasi langsung terhadap ekosistem industri halal yang telah berkembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran pelaku usaha terhadap pentingnya sertifikasi halal semakin meningkat, tetapi masih terdapat kendala dalam akses terhadap sertifikasi, infrastruktur pendukung, serta regulasi yang belum optimal. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, diperlukan sinergi antara pemerintah, akademisi, dan pelaku usaha dalam membangun ekosistem halal yang lebih terintegrasi. Dengan strategi yang tepat, Bangka Belitung berpotensi menjadi pusat industri halal yang berdaya saing di tingkat nasional maupun internasional.

Abstract

Since 2019, the Computer-Based Written Test (UTBK) has been used as a system for university entrance exams. The TPS (scholastic potential test) and Literacy Test are two slightly different test forms that have been utilized in UTBK from 2023. The sole public senior high school in the Belinyu subdistrict is SMA Negeri 1 Belinyu. Less than 30% of pupils get admitted to state colleges, according to data from 2023. Therefore, the purpose of this service is to tell the teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Belinyu about UTBK and to train them in creating subject questions for the Scholastic test at UTBK. The method of activity carried out in the form of a preparatory stage in the form of observation, theme determination, and partner preparation followed by the implementation stage in the form of preparation of UTBK material and scholastic tests, exposure and evaluation. According to the service's results, 95% of participants believe that their comprehension of UTBK scholastic questions is improving, and they are hopeful that students will find it simpler to handle UTBK questions if scholastic questions are applied to the subject matter. The purpose of this service project is to help the teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Belinyu better comprehend the UTBK academic questions that incoming college students would encounter.

Abstract

The halal food industry in Bangka Belitung is a rapidly growing sector in line with the increasing awareness of Muslim consumers about the importance of halal products. This study aims to analyze the market power of halal food companies in the province using the Lerner Index, and to relate it to the price concept proposed by Ibn Khaldun. The method used is a quantitative approach by calculating the Lerner Index based on price and marginal cost data from 173 halal food companies. The research results show a variation in market power, where some companies have the ability to set prices above marginal cost, while others operate in a more competitive market. In Ibn Khaldun's perspective, excessively high prices due to market power can create injustice in the accessibility of halal products. These findings underscore the importance of policies that support healthy competition and fair pricing, to create a more equitable halal market in Bangka Belitung

Abstract

Water is a fundamental human need that must be available to support daily activities. However, ensuring the availability of clean water remains a significant challenge for both communities and water providers, whether managed by the private sector or the government. One effective approach to ensuring the availability of clean water is accurately predicting the water discharge from raw water sources. The results of these predictions can be used to map the potential for water availability and identify areas with water deficits. This study focuses on predicting water discharge in the Kolong ST 12 reservoir, located in the Sungailiat District of Bangka Regency. The Singular Spectrum Analysis (SSA) method is used for prediction. The aim of this study is to evaluate the accuracy of the SSA method as a prediction model. The results show that predictions made using the SSA method are quite accurate, as evidenced by the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) values of 46.68% for in-sample data and 35.54% for out-of-sample data. These MAPE values indicate that the SSA method has an accuracy of 53.32% for in-sample predictions and 64.46% for out-of-sample predictions. Parameter selection and data preprocessing processes affect the accuracy of the SSA method prediction results. The results of this study indicate that the SSA method has the potential to be developed into an accurate prediction model in analyzing water discharge data for optimal water resources management. The implications of this study are that the findings can assist the government and relevant stakeholders in water management. This study provides strategic information for policy planning to support food security programs and prevent water shortages through well-planned distribution.

Abstract

PPKL adalah ujung tombak Kementerian Koperasi dan UMKM dalam membina dan mengawasi kegiatan usaha koperasi dan UMKM yang dituntut memiliki keahlian dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya. PPKL Disperindagkop Bangka Tengah sebagian besar belum memiliki pengetahuan tentang dasar akuntansi dan ketidakmampuan PPKL dalam membantu UMKM memanajemen keuangan dan memberikan masukan dalam mengakses permodalan melalui investasi Pasar Modal. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ceramah untuk mengenalkan dasar-dasar akuntansi dan metode demonstrasi untuk pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan berbasis android. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan bagi PPKL dan pemilik UMKM mengenai dasar-dasar akuntansi dan sekaligus menyusun laporan keuangan bagi pemilik UMKM. Evaluasi kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan lembar feedback berupa pre test dan post test untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman peserta.

Abstract

This study examined the projected price of food marketing in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands as a step in deepening the issue of food security due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands had a significant impact on the issue of food security. This was caused by the deficit of several strategic food commodities and caused the prices of this food to increase quite high compared to other provinces in Indonesia, such as several provinces in Sumatra and Java. Therefore, local governments as policymakers have a high enough interest in maintaining prices for strategic commodities, especially food. This study intends to compare the volatility of food prices before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The data used is time-series data on weekly food prices in a traditional Pangkalpinang City market for September 2018 to February 2021. The data analysis technique uses the Vector Autoregression (VAR) method or Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) with the help of statistical software EViews. The results of this study indicate that several important commodities that support community life are predicted to increase significantly, including rice, chicken meat, and chicken eggs. The three food commodities that experienced an increase had a fairly high fluctuation. Beef and red chilies show declining projections in the 8-week forecast period. Meanwhile, cooking oil prices, granulated sugar, shallots, and garlic are still stable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of village funds in supporting village development in the Bangka Belitung Archipelago Province. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research by comparing targets and realization from 2018-2022 and guidelines for the effectiveness category of using funds using the regulations of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. From the results of the Village Fund effectiveness test in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, it shows that the average level of effectiveness is 99.91%, included in the quite effective category. With the highest level of effectiveness, which is almost 100%, it is found in Bangka Regency. This indicates that the management of Village Fund Allocations in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province is carried out optimally. Because the realization of the Village Fund Allocation obtained has reached the revenue target set in the Village Fund Allocation budget.

Abstract

AbstrakBea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor (BBNKB) adalah pajak yang dikenakan atas perubahan kepemilikan kendaraan bermotor, baik melalui transaksi jual beli, hibah, warisan, maupun peralihan lainnya. Perubahan ekonomi makro, kebijakan fiskal, inflasi, serta dinamika sosial masyarakat menyebabkan ketidakpastian dalam proyeksi pendapatan dari BBNKB. Sehingga diperlukan peramalan yang dapat memberikan gambaran tren masa depan berdasarkan pola historis. Metode NNAR dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pola nonlinier dan musiman, serta tidak memerlukan asumsi statistik yang terlalu ketat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode NNAR untuk melakukan peramalan terkait data Penerimaan BBNKB di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Metode NNAR mempertimbangkan kombinasi lag non-musiman, lag musiman, dan nauron di hidden layer dalam iterval tertentu. Model NNAR optimum diperoleh berdasarkan nilai RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) minimum sebesar 1.382.735.914 dengan model terbaik p (lag non-musiman) sebesar 3, P (lag musiman) sebesar 3, dengan Size (Neuron) sebesar 10. Model terbaik menunjukkan nilai MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) sebesar 2.28% yang menunjukkan bahwa model prediksi yang dperoleh memiliki akurasi yang sangat baik, berarti model NNAR yang digunakan akurat untuk melakukan peramalan Penerimaan BBNKB di Provinsi Bangka Belitung. Dengan model yang akurat dan akurasi peramalan yang sangat baik, sehingga dapat bermanfaat bagi berbagai pemangku kepentingan terkait penerimaan BBNKB di masa mendatang. Kata kunci: peramalan, BBNKB, NNAR AbstractMotor Vehicle Transfer Tax (BBNKB) was a tax imposed on changes in motor vehicle ownership, whether through sale and purchase transactions, grants, inheritance, or other transfers. Macroeconomic changes, fiscal policy, inflation, and social dynamics caused uncertainty in BBNKB revenue projections. Therefore, forecasting was needed to provide an overview of future trends based on historical patterns. The NNAR method was used to identify nonlinear and seasonal patterns and did not require overly strict statistical assumptions. This study used the NNAR method to forecast BBNKB revenue data in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The NNAR method considered a combination of non-seasonal lags, seasonal lags, and neurons in the hidden layer within a certain interval. The optimal NNAR model was obtained based on a minimum RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) value of 1,382,735,914 with the best model p (non-seasonal lag) of 3, P (seasonal lag) of 3, and Size (Neuron) of 10. The best model showed a MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) value of 2.28%, which indicated that the prediction model obtained had excellent accuracy, meaning that the NNAR model used was accurate for forecasting BBNKB revenue in the Province of Bangka Belitung. With an accurate model and excellent forecasting accuracy, it was useful for various stakeholders related to BBNKB revenue in the future. Keywords: forecasting, BBNKB, NNAR
