Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how the implementation of raw material inventory control that has been carried out at Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng, how to apply the EOQ method in controlling raw material inventory at Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng and whether there is a difference between controlling raw material inventory at Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng without apply the EOQ method by applying the EOQ method. The main raw material used by Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng is rice. Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng processes rice into sorabi food. In this research at Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng, it uses interview data collection techniques, library research, and observation. The method applied in this research is the mixed methods method (combination method). The data analysis method applied is using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Inventory, Reorder Point and Total Inventory Cost. Based on the results of this study, it is known that by calculating the EOQ method, the company can optimize inventory and can streamline inventory costs. And based on the results of the paired samples t-test, it is stated that there is a real/significant difference between the data results without applying the EOQ method and applying the EOQ method. Abstract

Puspamukti Village is a Tourism Village that has various potentials in various fields, both agriculture and plantations. Puspamukti villagers are housewives who have free time besides farming and gardening. This counseling aims to empower the Puspamukti Village community through the development of a handicraft business from unused plastic waste that has been converted into goods that have selling power by making Profitable Trash, namely ceramics from garbage that has aesthetic value and marketable functions by utilizing the TikTok digital platform. The method used is a method with counseling activities including product manufacturing training, digital marketing techniques, and branding strategies. The results showed an increase in community knowledge and skills in managing plastic waste into value-added products, as well as an increase in community interest in marketing their products through TikTok. In addition, this counseling also succeeded in building a network between handicraft business actors in Puspamukti Village with a wider potential buyer. It can be concluded that the activities for community empowerment in Puspamukti Village have achieved a number of successes, including: 1) Increased awareness and skills: Puspamukti villagers have a better understanding of plastic waste management and are able to produce value-added handicraft products; 2) Behavior change: There have been positive behavioral changes in the community, namely an increased interest in processing plastic waste into useful products; 3) Economic development: The plastic waste handicraft business has the potential to increase community income and contribute to the village economy; 4) Effectiveness of TikTok utilization: The TikTok platform has proven effective as a promotional and marketing medium for handicraft products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan psikologis terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Fenomena perilaku ekstra-peran (OCB) menjadi krusial bagi efektivitas organisasi, namun peran kepuasan kerja sebagai pendorong utama masih sering diperdebatkan. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menguji hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil uji hipotesis langsung menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan psikologis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai path coefficient 0,521 dan t-statistics 5,425. Selain itu, pemberdayaan psikologis juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB dengan nilai path coefficient 0,402 dan t-statistics 3,719. Namun, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai t-statistics sebesar 0,988 dan p-value 0,324. Lebih lanjut, hasil uji hipotesis tidak langsung mengonfirmasi bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak terbukti memediasi pengaruh pemberdayaan psikologis terhadap OCB. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai path coefficient yang rendah sebesar 0,044 dan nilai p-value 0,420 yang berada di atas ambang batas signifikansi 0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemberdayaan psikologis merupakan faktor pendorong langsung yang lebih kuat bagi munculnya perilaku OCB dibandingkan melalui perantara kepuasan kerja. Implikasi praktis bagi organisasi adalah perlunya fokus pada pemberian otonomi dan makna kerja untuk menstimulasi inisiatif sukarela karyawan.

Abstract

 The objectives of this study was to determine and analyze the description of behavioral intention, financial literacy, and investment behavior in Generation Z in Tasikmalaya City, as well as the influence of behavioral intention and financial literacy on investment behavior in Generation Z in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used in this study is the survey method, while the types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The object of this study is Generation Z investors in Tasikmalaya City, with a research sample of 100 respondence and using sampling technique the non-probability sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that behavioral intention, financial literacy, and investment behavior in Generation Z in Tasikmalaya City are included in the good category. The test results prove that behavioral intention and financial literacy simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on investment behavior in Generation Z in Tasikmalaya City.
