Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, digital marketing strategies are crucial for the sustainability and competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study focuses on the implementation of digital marketing strategies for promoting MSME honey products from Wana Apis in Wonotirto Village, Temanggung Regency. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that utilizing social media, websites, SEO optimization, email marketing, and collaborations with influencers significantly enhance product visibility and sales. Additionally, mentoring MSME actors in product branding, such as logo design and packaging renewal, strengthens product identity in the digital marketplace. By adopting the right strategies, MSME Wana Apis Honey has the potential to compete in an increasingly competitive market and achieve sustainable business growth.

Abstract

This Journal aims to: 1) To find out the role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in forming Discipline in students at SD Negeri 02 Penanggungan Banjarnegara; 2) To find out the factors that support and hinder Islamic Religious Education Teachers in forming Discipline in students at SD Negeri 02 Penanggungan Banjarnegara.In writing this Journal, the author uses a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach, where this research is field-based. Data collection techniques used in this study use observation, interview, and documentation methods. Meanwhile, in the data analysis technique carried out with the aim of making it easier to understand the phenomena of problems that occur and in providing solutions to existing problems, the author uses the method of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.It can be seen from the results of this study that: 1) Islamic Religious Education teachers play a very important role in forming student discipline with designed programs such as reciting Asmaul Husna which is carried out at 06:45-07.00 before learning takes place, after which it is continued with the habit of praying dhuha together before entering the classroom. 2) In addition to these programs, Islamic Religious Education teachers also apply discipline about wearing neat, clean uniforms and following learning according to the rules. This is evident from the quality of students who have been able to apply discipline at school. 3) Obstacles in implementing discipline include supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors, the involvement of Islamic Religious Education teachers, other teachers, and parents in forming discipline both at home and at school by supervising student character. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of awareness of discipline and students often underestimate all the rules that have been applied at school, including parental supervision who does not care about children's discipline at home.

Abstract

This research is based on the fact that the cultivation of religious character and discipline is very important for guiding children's lives in the future and for preparing students to enter the next level. The two character inculcations in question at SDN 02 Penanggungan have a very close relationship and are mutually beneficial for students at SDN 02 Penanggungan who have succeeded in instilling these two characters. However, there are still obstacles in instilling this religious and disciplined character. Therefore, it is important to look for methods that can help students to implement more religious and disciplined characters in this school. Because these two characters can make students have a religious and polite nature in carrying out their lives every day. The purpose of this research is how the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers is in instilling this religious character and discipline well and being implemented by students. Because the character possessed by students at SDN 02 Penanggungan, including going to school in the middle of the village, is still very lacking. And it is hoped that with the role of the Islamic Religious Education teacher, students will have and be able to change their character for the better. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. A qualitative approach is research that is used to understand social phenomena or the behavior of the participants or subjects being researched. This approach focuses on collecting data to gain detailed insight into the problems that will be researched through interview, observation and document methods. The observation method is an investigation or data collection carried out deliberately by researchers by visiting the observation site directly in a systematic manner using the senses to obtain information. Interviews are a way of collecting data by holding questions and answers with people who can provide information. The documentation method is a data collection technique by collecting and analyzing documents, both written, image and electronic documents. The results of this research are focused on cultivating religious and disciplined characters in students. This research will involve Islamic Religious Education teachers, especially teachers of other subjects, parents and students. This research will include the process of cultivating good character and measuring methods for instilling this character, students can easily apply and accept several processes to achieve the goals that teachers and students will achieve in advancing the SDN 02 Penanggungan school.
