Abstract

Ice cream is one type of frozen food that is widely favored by various groups. Therefreshing sensation given is very suitable to be enjoyed, especially in hot weather like inIndonesia, which is a tropical country with two seasons, namely dry season and rainyseason. In this case, Blissful Ice Cream will conduct a business analysis related to BlissfulIce Cream's business opportunities by conducting PESTLE analysis, five force analysis,BMC analysis, strategic marketing mix, and financial planning. Blissful Ice Cream is anice cream that uses coconut milk as the main ingredient to produce a distinctive taste andtexture combined with various variants, which certainly add to the taste of Blissful IceCream. So, this is a special attraction for Blissful Ice Cream compared to its competitors.In addition, in the financial aspect, the capital used in Blissful Ice Cream is IDR483.000.000. Abstract

As an archipelago with diverse cultural and culinary riches, Indonesia has the same challenge in terms ofefforts to maintain traditional foods in the modern era. Roemah Pempek began introducing Palembangpempek through this food stall and trying to maintain all culinary traditions in Indonesia. A recent studyin 2021 proved that 87% of the population agreed and preferred local specialties. King et al.'s opinionfinding out, customers come to the pempek factory and see various pempek sold at the stall.Roemah Pempek aims to provide the best services at an affordable price while ensuring the excellent qualityof the food. The commitment to quality and authenticity of the food is the primary professional value thatensues in the desire to provide customers with a satisfactory culinary experience. Abstract

Potato chips are a popular snack food in Indonesia among many people. It has beendemonstrated that potato chips are virtually always offered in all stores, big and small, inIndonesia. This phenomenon arises from the fact that potato chips are a snack that appeals toall dietary groups due to its light and crunchy taste. The creation of new potato chip flavorsand packaging that adapts to the newest trends based on consumer references particularlythose from Generation Z and Millennials was subsequently the result of this. For five years,Posh Potato aims to generate 5–15% of sales per quarter. The Posh Potato business projectsthat, with an initial capital of Rp. 220,000,000 and a cumulative NPV value of Rp.686,022,266 with a ROA of 14% and a ROS of 51% in year 5 it will reach the payback periodin year 4. Abstract

The bakery industry is a vital segment of the global food sector, driven by changingconsumer lifestyles and an increasing focus on healthier eating habits. This studyexamines the feasibility of establishing Ecstatic Dough Bakery in Bekasi, Indonesia,amidst growing demand for healthier bread options. The research utilizes a qualitativedescriptive approach, employing secondary data analysis to assess market conditions,financial performance, and competitive positioning. Key frameworks such as Porter’sFive Forces, Business Model Canvas, and PESTLE Analysis are used to evaluate marketattractiveness and business viability. The results indicate that Ecstatic Dough Bakery’sfocus on whole wheat products and diverse flavours provides a competitive advantage ina moderately competitive market. Financial projections, including a favourable paybackperiod and high return on investment, support the bakery's potential success. With theinitial investment IDR 435.000.000, Ecstatic Dough Bakery is expected to achieve areturn on capital in the third year with a total gain of IDR 515.469.738, a 9% return onasset, a 29% return on sales, and a 70% the return on investment.
