Abstract

Kepemimpinan menjadi topik yang tidak pernah habis dalam hal organisasi, institusi, perusahaan maupun sebuah bangsa. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana kepemimpinan Pancasila penting didalam membangun dan melaksanakan visi-misi pemerintahan baru di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinan Pancasila dapat dipraktikkan dalam era pemerintahan baru Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan, kemudian menganalisa berbagai literatur dan melakukan studi singkat pada artikel yang relevan. Hasilnya menggabarkan bahwa seorang yang memiliki kepemimpinan Pancasila akan selalu menerapkan gaya dan seni memimpin yang menampilkan ciri, karakter, dan nilai Pancasila dalam setiap pemikiran, gagasan, dan aksi dalam memimpin pemerintahan. Pemerintahan era baru yang memiliki perspektif kepemimpinan Pancasila akan mampu menerapkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas secara konsiten; penguatan birokrasi yang berkelanjutan; memperkokoh sistem hukum dan peradilan; peningkatan pengawasan pemerintahan dan institusi publik; penguatan sumber daya manusia yang terukur; dan pelibatan partisipasi publik. Indonesia akan menjadi besar dan kuat ketika masyarakatnya berdaulat di bidang politik, berdikari di bidang ekonomi dan berkepribadian di bidang budaya sebagaimana yang dicita-citakan bapak bangsa Indonesia.

Abstract

This research focuses on the persistent issue of annual violence, particularly in personal settings such as domestic environments in Indonesia, where a majority of victims are women aged 15-49. At the Women and Children's Service Center (PPPA) in Jakarta Province, social workers serving as case managers utilize comprehensive case management methods to provide holistic care for these victims. The study aims to elucidate how these social workers employ stages of case management and fulfill their roles in addressing female victims of domestic violence through a qualitative descriptive approach that incorporates interviews, observations, and documentation for data collection.The findings of the research reveal that the case management process at PPPA Jakarta for female victims of domestic violence encompasses engagement, assessment, planning, intervention, monitoring, evaluation, and termination stages. Social workers in their roles as case managers act as connectors, service coordinators, consultants, counselors, planners, problem solvers, and case documenters. Additionally, they take on roles as educators, facilitators, and administrators. Effective management of these cases has led to positive outcomes for clients, including increased feelings of safety, improved emotional regulation, better decision-making capabilities, enhanced economic independence, and improved social functioning

Abstract

The quality of social work services is important in alleviating social problems. The quality is evidenced by the existence of a social worker certificate issued by a professional certification board. This is to ensure that the competence of both knowledge and skills possessed can not be done by just anyone. So this study explores the process of social work services performed by certified social workers based on social work values, knowledge and skills. This research with qualitative approach, involving 5 certified social worker informants in DKI Jakarta through interview, observation and documentation study. The result of research shows that social work process conducted by the five informants clearly shows that the value, knowledge, and skills of social work are applied in social work service process which includes initial approach, assessment, preparation of intervention plan, implementation of intervention, monitoring, evaluation and termination. Through this social work service process, the five informants can solve the social problems of the beneficiaries of social work services.

Abstract

This study highlights the social problems experienced by post-divorce mothers, and finds out the role of social workers in providing social interventions to divorced mothers. The method used is qualitative which is descriptive analytical. The determination of cases uses purposive sampling by assigning 3 cases. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that: 1) the problems experienced by divorced mothers include economic difficulties, childcare, mental health, conflicts with ex-husbands, conflicts with parents and extended family, lack of confidence because they have been seduced, and lack of motivation. The role of social workers in handling the problem of divorced mothers in the RW 010 area, North Sukabumi sub-district includes: carrying out home visits, providing motivation, providing assistance and education with family members where the client lives. After getting the intervention, the client is excited to continue living and returning to work; conflicts with the family have decreased; become more attentive to children and start socializing with neighbors. As for the suggestion, for the RW 010 area to pay more attention to divorced mothers being involved in community activities. Clients who divorced mothers are more active and productive and eager to continue their lives and maintain good relationships with their children, family, and the surrounding environment. Because a good healthy environment can help restore mental health.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research which aims to obtain a description of how the social workers role in handling the problems of rehabilitation participants at the Rehabilitation Center (Pusrehab) of the Indonesian Ministry of Defense. This study determined 3 cases purposively and data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, documentation studies. In the rehabilitation implementation process that has been carried out, rehabilitation participants have several social problems is self-acceptance of physical conditions, anxiety of family members regarding conditions experienced by rehabilitation participants, family acceptance of conditions experienced by rehabilitation participants, and difficulty in adjusting to the Pusrehab environment during the rehabilitation process. in handling the problems of rehabilitation participants, social workers do roles like a motivator, counselor, educator, facilitator, advocator, and liaison where the roles very helpful for clients in handling the problems they face. The results of implementing the social workers role in handling the problems of rehabilitation participants shows the changes experienced by the clients.
