Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini sangat berdampak terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan. Salah satunya administrasi surat menyurat. Administrasi surat menyurat adalah proses pengelolaan surat mulai dari agenda surat, penerimaan surat, dan pengarsipan surat yang dimana melibatkan kegiatan komputerisasi. Kegiatan komputerisasi merupakan sebuah kegiatan pengelolaan data dalam rangka menghasilkan informasi penting bagi manajemen, agar yang bersangkutan dapat membantu perusahaan yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya dengan baik. Dalam kegiatan administrasi sistem komputer sangat berperan penting dalam pengolahan surat. Pada SMAS Pariwisata PGRI Dawan penerapan pencatatan surat masih manual yaitu dengan mencatatat pada buku besar sehingga kurang efektif dan efisien. Dengan demikian dilaksanakannya kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan sistem pengelolaan surat menyurat dengan komputer untuk memudahkan pencatatan surat masuk dan surat keluar secara rutin. Dimana kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan edukasi. Pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada petugas pengelola surat mengenai penerapan penggunaan sistem operasi microsoft excel dalam pencatatan surat menyurat. Dengan dilaksanakannya program kerja ini, kemampuan pegawai dapat berhasil ditingkatkan, hal ini didukung dengan semangat dari pegawai dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan tersebut. Dan fasilitas yang memadai disiapkan dari perusahaan dalam kegiatan ini.

Abstract

This study examines the role of digital leadership in enhancing employee well-being within organizations that adopt hybrid work models, which have become increasingly prevalent due to the acceleration of digital transformation. Technology-based work environments require leaders to effectively manage virtual communication, digital workloads, and working conditions that influence employees’ psychological well-being. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital leadership on employee well-being while also evaluating the mediating role of digital working conditions. A quantitative method was employed, with data collected through an online survey of employees from various industrial sectors implementing hybrid work arrangements. The data were analyzed using a structural equation modeling approach. The results indicate that digital leadership has a direct positive effect on employee well-being and an indirect effect through the reduction of digital stressors such as information overload and task fragmentation. These findings highlight the importance of human-centered, adaptive leadership behaviors that are capable of balancing technological demands with employees’ psychological needs. The practical implications of this study underscore the need to develop digital leadership capacities to create a healthy and sustainable hybrid work ecosystem.

Abstract

Research on the digitalization of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia remains dominated by empirical studies, while systematic reviews that map the evolution, structure, and thematic trends of this topic are still limited. Addressing this research gap, this study aims to systematically examine MSME digitalization strategies in Indonesia using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) combined with bibliometric analysis. The SLR method was applied to articles indexed in the Scopus database for the 2019-2023 period, retrieved through Publish or Perish, and screened based on relevance to the research topic. The bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer was employed to map research trends, identify keyword relationships, and cluster thematic networks within the literature. From an initial pool of 1,000 articles, 80 studies met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed further. The bibliometric visualization identified seven main clusters and three dominant themes, namely digital transformation, MSMEs, and sustainable development. The four most prominent clusters highlighted e-commerce based digitalization strategies, social media utilization for marketing, cloud technology adoption, and digital divide and cybersecurity issues. The findings show that digitalization strategies in Indonesian MSMEs are largely driven by efforts to enhance competitiveness, market expansion, and operational efficiency. Moreover, e-commerce and social media platforms are identified as the dominant drivers of MSME digital transformation. Despite ongoing challenges such as limited technological access and low digital literacy, digitalization continues to yield positive impacts on business performance and sustainability. This study contributes to a clearer understanding of MSME digitalization in Indonesia and provides a comprehensive knowledge base for policymakers and researchers to develop effective digital transformation frameworks.
