Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of stress and conflictpartially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PTSimpatindo Multimedia Kupang with work spirit as a moderatingvariable. The number of samples are 104 employees. Data analysisuses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed stressand conflict negatively affected the performance of employees ofPT Simpatindo Multimedia Kupang. Work spirit does not mediatethe effects of stress and conflict on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workdiscipline and career development, on employee performance withleadership style as a moderating variable. The total sample of 22respondents with the sampling technique using saturated samplingtechniques. The main instrument of data collection is aquestionnaire. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression.The results showed that work discipline had a significant effect onemployee performance but career development had no significanteffect. The leadership style moderates the influence of workdiscipline and performance, thus also the influence of careerdevelopment with performance moderated by the leadership style.

Abstract

In the business world the use of management is still relatively new.The economic literature of the 19th and 20th centuries is stillunknown to him. The writers at that time, used the terms owner,businessman or capitalist to express those who ran commercial,trade or factory businesses. Modern humans could be said to behuman beings who endeavored without being alone, but ratherthrough them through joint ventures in organizations / companies.Here there are individual relationships with organizations /companies that are reciprocal with a high level of interdependenceand interaction. These interdependencies and interactions areplayed in the role and role of a very important 'leader'. In essence,the dynamics of organizational / corporate life require properbehavior from employees in the sense of encouraging, and fosteringa willingness to bring personal interests to broader interests,namely business interests in the company as a whole in the controlof someone professional manager (ecsseccutivelly professionalleader).
