Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture on employeeperformance at PT Jasa Raharja, East Nusa Tenggara Branch bothsimultaneously and partially. The number of samples is 30 people,with saturated sample technique. The main instrument of datacollection is a questionnaire. Data analysis method. using multipleregression techniques. The results showed that attitudes towardswork and behavior while working together had a significant effect onemployee performance. Attitudes toward work and behavior at thetime also partially have a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of stress and conflictpartially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PTSimpatindo Multimedia Kupang with work spirit as a moderatingvariable. The number of samples are 104 employees. Data analysisuses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed stressand conflict negatively affected the performance of employees ofPT Simpatindo Multimedia Kupang. Work spirit does not mediatethe effects of stress and conflict on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of trainingfactors on employee work performance. The research sample of 70employees, with the sampling method using saturated sample techniques. Themain instrument of data collection is a questionnaire. Data were analyzedusing multiple regression. The results showed that partially the trainingfactors consisting of training instructors, training participants, trainingmethods, and training objectives, significantly influence employeeperformance. Simultaneously these factors also have a significant effect onwork performance. The training method is the factor that has the mostdominant influence on employee work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of individual factors andorganizational environmental factors both simultaneously andpartially on the performance of KPPN Waingapu employees. Theresearch sample amounted to 28 people. Determination of the sampleusing the saturated sample technique. The main instrument of datacollection is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multipleregression techniques. The results showed that simultaneous andpartial individual factors and work environment significantlyinfluence employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of mediationbetween the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation on workperformance. The number of samples studied was 45 employeeswith a withdrawal technique using saturated samples. The maininstrument of data collection was a questionnaire. Data analysisuses multiple regression techniques. The results showedcommitment plays a role in mediating the influence betweenintrinsic and extrinsic mitivation on employee work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM)on employee performance. The research sample of 23 people. Determinationof the sample using the saturated sample technique. The main instrument ofdata collection is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multipleregression techniques. The results showed that aspects of customer focus,education and training, employee involvement and empowerment, andcontinuous system improvement, partially had a significant effect onemployee performance. The aspects of customer focus, education andtraining, employee involvement and empowerment, and continuous systemimprovement also simultaneously have a significant effect on employeeperformance.

Abstract

In the business world the use of management is still relatively new.The economic literature of the 19th and 20th centuries is stillunknown to him. The writers at that time, used the terms owner,businessman or capitalist to express those who ran commercial,trade or factory businesses. Modern humans could be said to behuman beings who endeavored without being alone, but ratherthrough them through joint ventures in organizations / companies.Here there are individual relationships with organizations /companies that are reciprocal with a high level of interdependenceand interaction. These interdependencies and interactions areplayed in the role and role of a very important 'leader'. In essence,the dynamics of organizational / corporate life require properbehavior from employees in the sense of encouraging, and fosteringa willingness to bring personal interests to broader interests,namely business interests in the company as a whole in the controlof someone professional manager (ecsseccutivelly professionalleader).
