Abstract

Adolescents are individuals who are in the process of developing into a more mature or adult. During this time, individuals often experience problems that originate from themselves or from outside the individual. The purpose of this psychoeducation is so that adolescents are able to recognize and understand the conditions caused by the problems that arise in these adolescents. By recognizing and understanding the problems, it is hoped that the adolescents will be able to help themselves to overcome their problems so that these adolescents can become productive and happy adolescents. This psychoeducational activity is carried out with face-to-face seminars. The method used in this activity is action research or often called Action Research. The process of this method is that it starts from identifying the problem, developing a service activity plan, implementing service activities and finally evaluating the objectives of the service carried out. The implementation of activities in the form of material presentation on "Adolescent psychology and its problems", questions and answers, and sharing of experiences of participants. Overall, the psychoeducation activities were smooth and orderly.

Abstract

Bullying behavior often occurs in all circles and all institutions, both government and private, including in the world of education, namely the school environment, the perpetrators and victims are teachers or students. Bullying is any physical violence or psychological violence that is carried out repeatedly due to the imbalance of power relations. The purpose of the psychoeducational activity is to provide information to teachers and students regarding the impacts caused by bullying behavior. Psychoeducational activities are carried out by means of face-to-face seminars at the SMAN 1 Sukamulia Musholla. The method in psychoeducational activities is action research or also called Action Research. Action Research consists of four processes starting from determining the problem, preparing an activity plan, implementing activities and finally conducting an evaluation related to the objectives of the educational activities carried out. The implementation process begins with the presentation of material, questions and answers, and sharing experiences related to bullying behavior experienced by students or adolescents.

Abstract

Bullying is any physical or psychological violence that is perpetrated repeatedly due to unequal power relations. Repeated frequency of bullying is at least more than once. The purpose of this socialization is to provide information to increase knowledge in all sectors involved in the school environment so as to minimize the occurrence of bullying behavior. This activity was carried out as a face-to-face seminar. In this activity the material presented was "Bullying". The method used in this activity is the presentation of material about bullying, sharing experiences from participants, and questions and answers. Overall the activity went smoothly and the participants seemed enthusiastic in sharing experiences that occurred in the community environment, besides that some participants seemed enthusiastic in asking questions and asking for advice in dealing with bullying behavior if it occurred in their respective living environments.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pendampingan psikologis untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam mengenali kemampuan yang ada pada diri setiap mahasiswa . Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara seminar tatap muka. Pada kegiatan ini materi yang disampaikan adalah “Who Am I”. Metode digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pre-tes, pemaparan materi “Who Am I”, pemutaran video pendek, berbagi pengalaman, tanya-jawab dan post-tes. Target kegiatan selanjutnya dalam upaya pendampingan adalah kegiatan seminar psikologis akan diaselenggarakan setiap tahun dengan tema yang sesuai dengan isu-isu terbaru.  Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan berjalan sesuai target bahwa mahasiswa merespon sangat positif terkait dengan tema dan materi yang dipaparkan. Respon positif terlihat dari antusias mahasiswa untuk bertanya dan berbagi pengalaman pribadi pada saat sesi berbagi pengalaman dan tanya-jawab. Selain itu mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan dalam memahami diri terlihat dari hasil post-tes yang dikerjakan.

Abstract

Stress can be experienced by anyone regardless of age. In this study the stress that occurs in adolescents is caused by problems that exist in the family. This study aims to determine the factors that cause family stress in adolescents. In this study the data collection method is through screening and interviews. Screening was carried out using the student health screening module from the Ministry of Health 2006. After that, interviews were carried out on each youth, and using SUD (subjective unite discomfort) to see the level of stress experienced related to problems with the family. The results of this study are the stress experienced by adolescents, including the attitudes of both parents who are felt to be unfair to their children in terms of attention, needs and attitudes. In addition, parents are considered to always compare their children with their siblings, parents who do not appreciate their children's achievements or work results, parents who are not harmonious, parents do not care about their children, and parents do not care consistently.
