Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dilakukan di Stasi St. Fransiskus Xaverius Kolimasang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan karena karakter anak zaman sekarang banyak yang menyimpang seperti anak-anak Katolik yang tidak terlibat dalam kegiatan rohani, kebiasaan memaki, berkelahi dengan teman, melawan perintah orang tua karena lebih sibuk dengan game online, dan adanya perilaku bullying yang dilakukan oleh sekelompok orang untuk menjatuhkan mental seseorang. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah membentuk karakter anak Serikat Kepausan Anak dan Remaja Misioner (SEKAMI) melalui kegiatan sekami. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini meliputi pendampingan, edukatif dan partisipatif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan yakni dari Bulan Agustus sampai Bulan Oktober 2024 setiap hari Sabtu sore dan hari Minggu. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah anak-anak sekami Stasi St. Fransiskus Xaverius Kolimasang menunjukan peningkatan kedisiplinan, mempunyai kesadaran rohani, memiliki semangat misioner yang baru, dan menumbuhkan nilai-nilai kebersamaan. Sedangkan melalui Pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif, efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembentukan karakter anak.

Abstract

The leadership of PAK teachers can influence changes in students' personalities that are adjusted to their needs based on their abilities. A leader is said to have a good leadership style if he can influence, guide and motivate students so they can learn with the highest achievement targets. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of the leadership role of PAK teachers on the formation of students' personalities. In this research, the author applies descriptive research with qualitative research methods. The results of this research show that the personality formation of students at SDI Riangkemie has so far been carried out well through the leadership competencies of PAK teachers and supported by sekami, recollection and scout activities, in order to develop students' personality traits. However, it is still found lack of discipline, bullying and uttering dirty words between students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of learning achievement of students in grades XI-D at SMA Negeri 1 Adonara in PAK subjects through a cooperative learning model of the team games tournament (TGT) type. This study uses a type of classroom action research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Classroom action research was carried out at SMAN 1 Adonara in classes XI-D or FD Phase by going through two cycles, namely cycle I was carried out on September 23, 2024 and cycle II on September 30, 2024. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in learning achievement, namely in the cognitive, affective, and psychometric aspects. The results obtained in the pre-cycle stage obtained the class average of learning outcomes or learning achievement of 61.40, cycle I of 65.33, and cycle II of 83.60. Meanwhile, the increase in presentations from each cycle for students who reach the Minimum Achievement Criteria (KKM) set by the school for the Catholic Religious Education subject is 75. In the pre-cycle of 20%, Cycle I is 33% and Cycle II is 100%. Thus, the application of the cooperative learning model of the team games tournament type can increase the learning achievement of students in SMAN 1 Adonara class XI-D or the FD phase.
