Abstract

Agricultural tools are important for agrarian communities. However, for some people in Banyumas Regency, Central Java, very few people have businesses in the agricultural tools sector. In fact, this can be a promising business opportunity. Knowledge about making blacksmith agricultural tools is generally obtained from generation to generation. Some blacksmiths in Banyumas generally only produce agricultural tools such as kudi and work machetes, because the need for these tools never stops, is always needed by farmers or workers, and the equipment produced does not require high design, even tends to be monotonous because the main thing is its function as work equipment. That is why Science and Technology for the Community (IbM) was implemented at the Pandai Besi Kirso production house on November 6, 2025, as a method of increasing production. IbM was continued with training in techniques for selecting raw materials, making potions that can improve the quality of iron, and making a variety of new products with high quality both in terms of strength and aesthetics. It was identified that agricultural tool craftsmen generally (1) Have limitations in equipment, (2) Lack expertise in metal blending, (3) Lack of innovative product variations, not only quality but also unique ethnic ones and (4) Low management quality. The implementation of IbM is expected to be able to minimize the problems of agricultural tool craftsmen's businesses, so that the blacksmith craftsmen's community businesses can develop and have a positive impact on the existence of MSMEs in Banyumas Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan moderasi beragama di Indonesia, khususnya perspektif umat Khonghucu memandang moderasi beragama di Indonesia. Penelitian ini sekaligus mencari cara mengharmoniskan masyarakat dan tidak membeda-bedakan antara mayoritas dan minoritas. Moderasi beragama adalah proses memahami sekaligus mengamalkan ajaran agama secara adil dan seimbang, agar terhindar dari perilaku ekstrem. Cara pandang dan sikap moderat dalam beragama sangat penting bagi masyarakat plural dan multikultural seperti Indonesia, karena hanya dengan cara itulah keragaman dapat disikapi dengan bijak, serta toleransi dan keadilan dapat terwujud. Moderasi beragama bukan berarti memoderasi agama, karena agama dalam dirinya sudah mengandung prinsip moderasi, yaitu keadilan dan keseimbangan. Bukan agama jika ia mengajarkan perusakan di muka bumi, kezaliman, dan angkara murka. Agama tidak perlu dimoderasi lagi. Namun, cara seseorang beragama harus selalu didorong ke jalan tengah, harus senantiasa dimoderasi, karena ia bisa berubah menjadi ekstrem, tidak adil, bahkan berlebih-lebihan. Kerukunan antar umat beragama merupakan suatu nilai yang terlembagakan dalam masyarakat. Kerukunan hidup beragama adalah kondisi bagi semua golongan agama bisa hidup bersama-sama secara damai tanpa mengurangi hak dan kebebasan masing-masing untuk menganut dan melaksanakan kewajiban agamanya. Menghormati agama yang lain, mengakui adanya unsur kebenaran di dalam agama lain, namun tanpa perlu mengaburkan apa yang dipercayainya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru terhadap pendidikan karakter peserta didik di SD Negeri 2 Karangwangkal. Penelitian ini juga mengkaji proses pelaksanaan karakter disiplin. Metode dalam penelitian menggunakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Uji keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi tenik. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif dari Sugiyono yang di mulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa di SD Negeri 2 Karangwangkal telah menjalankan empat peran guru terhadap pendidikan karakter yaitu keteladanan, inspirator, motivator, dan evaluator. Peran guru sebagai pewaris keberhasilan peserta didik dari proses pendidikan karakter harus memahami perannya sangat penting dalam pembentukan karakter. Otoritas yang dimiliki guru bukan semata-mata untuk memperlakukan peserta didik dengan seenaknya, namun untuk menciptakan peraturan agar peserta didik terbiasa patuh pada aturan yang menjadi nilai di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Learning motivation is a major factor in student success, especially for children from fishing families who are influenced by socioeconomic conditions, family environment, and coastal culture. This study aims to analyze the learning motivation of students from fishing families in elementary schools within a cluster in the coastal area of South Cilacap, as well as the factors that influence it. The study used a qualitative, phenomenological approach. The research subjects consisted of students, teachers, and parents, selected purposively to represent variations in learning conditions and family support. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through condensation, presentation, and verification of conclusions. We ensured the validity of the findings by triangulating techniques and sources. The results of the study indicate variations in learning motivation influenced by internal factors (drive to achieve, interest, and awareness of learning goals, and curiosity) and external factors (parental support, teacher attention, family socioeconomic conditions, and the school environment). Students who are highly motivated demonstrate determination, a willingness to learn, discipline, and an understanding of the importance of education. Moderate motivation is evident in fluctuating learning enthusiasm and reliance on external stimuli such as praise and grades from teachers and parents. Low motivation is characterized by passive behavior, lack of focus, minimal internal and external support, inconsistent attendance, and a lack of recognition of school as a top priority. This study confirms that the learning motivation of fishermen's children depends not only on family finances but also on moral, emotional, and social support from their surrounding environment. The active roles of teachers and parents are crucial for fostering students' sustained enthusiasm for learning in coastal schools.
