Abstract

This study aims to produce Islamic-based student worksheets withmodelsstudent quantum learninglearning outcomes. to improvethe learning outcomes of students in grade IV Elementary School (SD) are valid and practical. This type of research is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. This study used random sampling, namely for small group trials, a sample of 9 students was taken at SDN 020 Balung. The data collection technique is a LKPD validation questionnaire consisting of material experts, and education technology experts. Practicality questionnaire filled by students and teachers. The results of the assessment of the validity of the LKPD by the technology validator obtained an average of 85% with the criteria of "very valid" and the results of the assessment of the validity of the LKPD by the material validator obtained an average of 87% with the criteria of "very valid". The practicality of assessing student responses is 93% in the "very practical" category and the teacher's response is 92% in the "very practical" category. It can be concluded that the Islamic-based LKPD with themodel is quantum learning very valid and very practical so it is suitable for use by fourth grade students of Elementary School on theme 8 (My Living Area) sub-theme 1 (My Living Environment) is suitable for use by fourth grade students Elementary School

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Asuransi Trisakti (STMA Trisakti). Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan aset berharga dalam organisasi, yang kualitas dan kinerjanya menentukan keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan. Lingkungan kerja kondusif dan beban kerja seimbang adalah faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan data primer dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pegawai tetap STMA Trisakti, serta wawancara sebagai informasi penunjang. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan program SPSS dengan teknik statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di STMA Trisakti. Hal ini berarti bahwa apabila lingkungan kerja semakin baik, maka kinerja pegawai akan semakin meningkat. Sebaliknya, apabila lingkungan kerja semakin buruk, maka kinerja pegawai akan semakin menurun. Selain itu, beban kerja memberikan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di STMA Trisakti. Ini menunjukkan bahwa apabila beban kerja yang dimiliki tinggi, maka kinerja pegawai akan semakin menurun. Sebaliknya, apabila beban kerja rendah, maka kinerja pegawai akan semakin meningkat.   This study aims to analyze the impact of the work environment and workload on employee performance at Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Asuransi Trisakti (STMA Trisakti). Human resources (HR) are valuable assets in an organization, and their quality and performance determine the success of achieving goals. A conducive work environment and balanced workload are important factors that affect employee performance. This study uses a survey method with primary data from questionnaires distributed to permanent employees of STMA Trisakti, as well as interviews for supporting information. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software with descriptive quantitative statistical techniques. The results of the study show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at STMA Trisakti. This means that if the work environment improves, employee performance will increase. Conversely, if the work environment deteriorates, employee performance will decrease. Additionally, the workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at STMA Trisakti. This indicates that if the workload is high, employee performance will decrease. Conversely, if the workload is low, employee performance will increase.
