Abstract

Kahoot merupakan aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis permainan yang telah banyak digunakan di berbagai jenjang pendidikan, termasuk Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan Kahoot dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMP, serta dampaknya terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Kahoot dapat meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa, memfasilitasi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, dan meningkatkan pemahaman materi. Dengan demikian, Kahoot dapat dijadikan alternatif media pembelajaran yang efektif dalam konteks pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

The use of language, especially stylistics in a literary work, is an important aspect of forming meaning. This study aims to describe stylistics, especially in the components of rhetorical devices and moral values, in the novel Nyanyian Gurukinyan by Albert Purba. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results of this study answer three problem formulations, namely: (1) the use of stylistics, especially in the components of rhetorical devices in the novel Nyanyian Gurukinyan by Albert Purba, (2) the moral values ?? contained in the novel, and (3) its relevance to Indonesian language learning at SMAS Katolik Mariana. The study found 47 uses of figures of speech, consisting of 11 similes, seven metaphors, and 29 personifications. In addition, 11 structural investigations were found, consisting of 2 repetitions, three parallelisms, and six hyperboles. The analysis also identified 34 images, including 11 auditory, four olfactory, nine visual, and 10 movement images. Regarding moral values, 11 data points showed the relationship between humans and God, 11 data points on relationships between fellow humans, 2 data points on the relationship between humans and nature, and 2 data points related to the relationship between humans and themselves. The results of this study were then made relevant to learning Indonesian at SMAS Katolik Mariana through simple teaching materials. Based on the questionnaires distributed, it can be concluded that the results of this study can be applied to learning Indonesian at the school.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi dapat mengubah kehidupan manusia. Era teknologi menuntut proses digitalisasi dalam berbagai aspek dikehidupan masyarakat. Proses tersebut harus berbanding lurus dengan literasi digital masyarakat. Desa Jaranguda merupakan bagian dari masyarakat yang membutuhkan penguatan pemanfaatan literasi digital sebagai salah satu desa dikawasan Berastagi Sumatera Utara. Penguatan Pemanfaatan ini dilaksanakan dengan pelaksanaan sosialisasi literasi digital kepada perangkat desa, anak usia sekolah, dan masyarakat. Melalui penguatan pemanfaatan literasi digital ini di peroleh meningkatnya pemahaman Masyarakat dalam mengetahui istilah-istilah digital, pengunaan aplikasi digital yang diperuntukan sebagai media informasi pembelajaran, informasi Kesehatan, periklanan serta informasi Desa Digital.

Abstract

The implementation of the Cooperation Program with the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program in community dedication with the Republic of Ceko’s students aims to improve cultural and educational literacy at SD 1 Private HKBP Sidorame Medan. The introduction of literacy will provide an accompaniment from teachers and resources so that the students recognize both visual and technological literacy. This is because the level of student literacy is very low so this community dedication activity will develop a social level of cultural diversity and student literacy. This collaboration program was held on July 25, 2022, and ended on July 26, 2022, carried out by lecturers and students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, University of HKBP Nommensen Medan together with students in university Republic of Ceko. Based on the results of the activity, there were positive results with increasing interest in learning about literacy, especially in cultural literacy so that it had an impact on students and teachers. Therefore, teaching creativity is needed for the delivery of literacy and it will become a culture in literacy
